Ma’s Kitchen definitely lived up to expectations. Try any kind of noodle that you won’t regret it!The signature chicken called big plate chicken was so tender and yummy, the flavors were amazing!The staff was attentive and kind. The atmosphere was really well also.I tried all lamb or beef dishes, they were all so good, but what surprised me was the fish with chili oil was so delicious.Plenty of free parking spaces btw.Highly recommend coming here if you’re in LA!

This is a modern Chinese restaurant featuring Xinjiang (Uyghur) dishes with a very good vibe. First of all, the service here was excellent on our every visit and very friendly as well. Some of the dishes were very good and others were just okay. The lamb kebab was okay and my favorite was the spicy cauliflower. We will return with more friends the next time so we can try it’s other specialty dishes such as lambs leg and large plate spicy chicken (大盘鸡）.Update: we’ve returned and tried the large plate chicken with handmade noodles. It was very good, but even the “small” order was a lot of food for three people. For those who like to try this dish for the first time, you can order with or without the bones and skins.

Food was alright. Has unique flavors but nothing out of this world. The atmosphere was hip and service was very attentive. We were warmly greeted and staff kept our water pitcher filled.I enjoyed everything we ordered, but Ive had better for most of the dishes. My favorite were the fried lamb pancakes. Least favorite were the lamb shumai which I ordered accordingly instead of the xiaolongbao. :(

Delicious and authentic Xin Jiang food!This place has good portions for the price. I highly recommend the lamb polof.If you have never tried it before, youre in for a treat. The polof rice is so delicious I asked for a second bowl of just the rice. The lamb leg is very tender and not chewy at all. It also doesnt have the gamey lamb taste (for those that dont like it).

Absolutely the best Xinjiang style big plate chicken (大盘鸡) in town. Hands down! The samsa was a delightful surprise, with its seasoned lamb filling that left me craving for more. The portion of the grilled steak is very generous that can easily feed a group of six. We also loved the friendly service and the Xinjiang art in the restaurant. A must-visit for anyone who wants to try authentic Xinjiang cuisine.

Muslim restaurant ！parking lot is huge. nice and clean environment！ so many tasty foods. Such a exotic chinese food. I will strongly recommend my friends to come to eat！must try the lamb leg rice and house big plate chicken and steam dumpling！

Welcoming staff and environment! Foods are authentic and savory. The flavor of lamb and spices are perfect. Highly recommend!! Lamp leg polov is a must try, meat is tender and rice is flavorful.

Ayoo new halal chinese restaurant?!! Stopped by this afternoon and when I say the experience was fantastic, I MEAN IT! The xiaolongbao truly stood out to us with the surprising flavor and filings. And the Big plate chicken deffo was the star of the show with its bold taste and the portion is sooo generous. The chicken fried rice and stir-fried eggplant are also delightful. The coolest ambience, friendly service made our dinning experience exceptional. Thank you! So glad that we found this gem and definitely will be coming back soon.

Highly recommend! Very authentic Xinjiang food, service is great! The interior design of the restaurant is pretty and also has karaoke music available!

Excellent quality meat and amazing service! Went to here with friends the other night and had a great experience. The inside of the restaurant is spacious and clean, I would say it’s a more model type aesthetic authentic and atmosphere stands out from other Chinese restaurants. I love the spicy Chicken and stir fried noodles, lamb stew is a must too. Jiaomaji YYDS…Definitely going back!!
