Masu Japanese Bistro in Saratoga

Perfect little gateway to delicious rolls, tempura and more. Slightly hidden away, but a perfect place to wind down in the evening, with some crisp beer, and some good Sushi. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and were happy with both the food, as well as the service.

It was a nice little sushi restaurant with a delicious, simple selection.

The sushi was fresh and tasty. The service was pretty fair, considering we were the only people in the restaurant. The restaurant had a bad odor, which is why I am deducting a star.

Sushi roll is one of my favorite food. However the rice used on their sushi is not sticky rice. Seems to me that the restaurant is just an imitation and not authentic Japanese since the staff are chinese. The wasabi had no pungent taste at all. It maybe expired. We had to ask for extra ginger but the waitress nevercame to us and ask if we needed anything else or ask how was the food. The food served tasted average but not worth the price.. Btw, their washroom is clean..

Disturbing Santa Claus vibes, contemptuous old Korean woman service, rice was basically sopping wet. Somewhat concerned I may have gotten a disease from the sushi

Small portions and very collaborative expensive. Food is fine - average quality.

Masu Bistro features Japanese cuisine. The menu didnt offer much in the way of gluten free items.BUT the chef prepared our food without any gluten. Yes! We thought the salmon was perfect, the salad was delicious, and the rice was fine. What made our visit memorable was the gracious hostess and the delightful outdoor seating. Try it, I think you will like it.

Unfortunately it look likes a restaurant but it is not. To go fast food place. No one dine in. We tried to dine in but only one staff who does all jobs, unswerving calls, packing and services. Located at higher level neighborhood.

Nice yard to sit out. Did not like food at all. Was the worse teriyaki chicken I ever had. Very dry with super sweet sauce on it.

Great food. Hardworking server. Somewhat expensive. Indoor and outdoor seating.⚠️ Vegetarians beware: stray fish eggs may be found in vegetarian rolls.Fried ice cream was gross; it was soggy bread around green tea ice cream. No crunch at all, only squishy doughy slices of bread. A very disappointing way to end an otherwise good meal.
