Happy to see the playground open sad to see its not open for breakfast, worst customer service yet! The pictures say it all, its been raining and my 5yo wants McDonalds breakfast and a playground oops not today! Humans need to take our orders I wont use a kiosk or the app. Your kiosk doesnt take cash. Not spending any more money here.

I dont eat fast food much but this is a very popular place for my Door Dashing endeavors. The staff is 5-star and the restaurant always looks clean/feels like a pleasant place to walk into. Sometimes there is a wait because of how busy they can be at certain times, but the staff is ALWAYS friendly - to customers AND to each other. 100% rock stars in my book. PS; they cater to their Door dash customers as if they were standing right in front of them like anyone else. That crew works their tails off and truly seems to care about customer service as well as quality. Teamwork in action every single day.

This is the only McDonalds in all of Yucca Valley. They have two lanes. Staff is super nice. The service is mixed. Its not super consistent, and sometimes, their sodas are not as carbonated as other places. Other than that its almost like any others McDonalds. This McDonalds is also not 24 hours so be mindful of the times.

The worst McDonalds experience ever. This place is so disgusting. Tables havent been wiped down in who knows how long. It smells like a porta-potty throughout the entire restaurant. There was a wet floor sign on the table. We all know where those usually are and its just there on the table. It felt disgusting just sitting in there. I went to go use the restroom to wash my hand but the bathrooms are locked and when I finally got someone to unlock the door, that bathroom was foul! Not to mention there wasnt even any soap in the dispensers.There are no employees taking orders at the register so we are forced to use the kiosk. With the kiosk, it comes with a table tent with numbers on it, which says to relax and your order will be brought to you. I waited 40 minutes for my food to come and then realized that people that had not arrived until well after we did were getting their orders brought to them. So I went to go check on our food and it was just sitting there on the counter, food is cold, ice is melted in the drinks, and my McFlurry was M&M soup! I spent $50 on this order. Obviously, were still here. The lady at the front said that shes been calling my number. Well, whats the point of the table number then? And why did everybody else receive their food on a tray brought to them but not us? I witnessed the lady try to do the same thing with another order. After watching it sit there for 5 minutes and the lady faintly saying the number, I walked up to the counter and told her that they were probably in the play place. She then brought the food to the play place and gave the customer his order.This place hasnt always been this trashy so something mustve changed. But come on! This is ridiculous McDonalds! All that work for a pay increase and this is what we get?

The manager was stressed out it seemed and she did a decent job of trying to suppress it. However, I could see it apparently due to babysitting her team.Restroom was in bad shape and Im still trying to figure out how to walk out if that restroom without having to touch a door handle. Tonight I went to the drive through to place a small order I entered the drive through at 8:06 pm and didn’t receive the food until 8:40. We were about to eat the food in their parking lot and the food was cold. We went to their door where the dining room was closed and knocked and was ignored so I did approach the manager through the drive-thru window on foot and asked him if he could just fix our order and he just told me the dining room was closed I asked him why couldn’t he just tell me that through to door and he told me that I need to go around and he flipped me off for no reason. I can’t believe a McDonalds MANAGER would flip off a paying customer when they were the one to give us cold food.

Heather the manager was super friendly and provided the utmost customer service for my partner and I. She let me know the pies I had ordered would take 12 mins so we opted to dine in and she brought fresh pies to our table and offered to refill our drinks. We are traveling from out of town and have been to many McDonald’s and she was the first manager I’ve encountered with a nice king demeanor and attitude. She takes her job seriously and is professional. Thank you Heather for a pleasant experience.

Come here more often than I would like because it’s the one quick meal that all my kids will eat. Food is always consistent and the drive through is usually really quick as well. If you want something a little healthier for the adults you can swing by Pokology for some poke after the drive through. It’s in the same parking lot.

I ordered 10pc chicken nuggets with the Buffalo hot sauce. Due to being morning, I was surprised they were willing to make the nuggets. I had to wait but worth it. They apologized for the wait which made it a great service. Food wasnt the best, I ordered chicken nuggets not a 5-star food item but overall a 5 star service and review. I havent been to McDonald in forever due to the imminent shame caused by most of their food and my lack of responsible choice control. Although the food tastes good, i find that it usually torments my soul. This time was different, though, as the double cheeseburgers and fries were perfect, and the coke I ordered was the best fountain soda Ive had in three years. Service was refresingly up to par. Its been a few hours since Ive eaten them, and I dont feel depressed yet, so it was worth it!

I was extremely disappointed in my visit today. I ordered two happy meals for my kids and when they checked their boxes the apples were missing. When I went to the door to go in (ordered through drive through) I was informed by an employee coming out that Id have to wait in the drive through line again just to get the apples for my kids. The manager needs to speak to the employees regrading customer service. You can tell they don’t want to be working there and let that determine how they treat the customers. The job isn’t hard and neither is preforming good customer service. If you hate your job that much go to school and get a better job. Until then treat your customers with respect. Waited 25 mins for a online order, tons of staff in there and two cars in the line. No one answers the phone and they tell me my order took so long due to fries being made. I had horrible customer service. McDonalds was giving any size coffee for .99 cents. @ 11:00 am. I asked the employee to check if I could by 2 coffees @ that price. I asked him to ask if I could. I showed her my receipt and she wanted to keep it. I asked her several times to give me my receipt back. She was arguing with me about that. I couldnt believe her attitude. You can tell the overall employee morale isnt very high here, and the food depicts the attitude of the employees very accurately. Jerry and Jenn should be commended. They were awesome today in the face of adversity. I was having issues with the ordering app and Jerry personally took the time to help me out with it. Jenn was cool under pressure when the shake machine went out with a huge line forming. She ensured everything stayed running smoothly until it could be fixed. This was a really nice McDonalds. The furniture and decor is modern. It was pretty clean. Plenty of parking. And the menu options were your standard fare. The wait for my food was probably the longest Ive ever had at a McDs. Took about seven minutes for two VERY BASIC cheeseburgers. Not what youd expect at McDonalds. There was plenty of staff as well, who were friendly, but you could tell my cashier was frustrated at something. Anyway, overall it was a good experience.

We went there last Saturday Feb. 15, 2020. My husband is allergic with anything that has vinegar so he specifically ordered his double quarter pounder with onion & cheese only but they put mustard ketchup & pickle. Then they were supposed to correct it. My husband reordered another one but they put everything on it again.They corrected it both times but they just scraped the mustard and ketchup & pickle and covered it with cheese so we could not see it. Lo and behold 2-3hrs after eating those contaminated quarter pounder my husband got sick with a food poisoning symptoms, everything was going out both ways, vomiting & diarrhea which lasted about two days, still feeling weak & sick at this time. The manager was aware that they made the mistake twice. They need to pay attention to specific orders because there is a reason for that. Very bad customer service. If you have food allergies or sensitivities, I highly do NOT recommend this place for you to go to. They need to train their cook to pay attention to specific orders and do not contaminate food.

Went to this location through the drive thru. The drive thru wait was pretty long. The customer isnt really good at this location, they arent that friendly. I cant believe if you want a large cup of ice they charge you $1 plus tax. Come on that. Is ridiculous! On tuesday the 17 of march he came to this location to purchase a coffee and pie in his semi truck and noticed it was drive thru only so he parked his semi. Im fairly particular to the French fries, though I often ask for them to be made with no salt as occasionally I find them to be over salted (and that just ruins the meal). Honestly the playland is the same exact one I used to play in when I was a 5 year old and now my 5 year old uses it, though the ball pit is now gone. It definitely could use some updating and the smell of sweaty feet in the humid room could be improved with better ventilation.

COVID protocol: there is a small walk up window to order from if not using the drive thru. Only 1 person is allowed in the space at a time (although they dont seem to enforce it). After you order you have to wait for your food to be ready. That can mean standing out in the cold if someone is inside ordering.If you are thinking of using drive thru, be careful not to get into the Del Taco line if entering from the main street. The play area is great but if you child needs a butt change good luck they dont have one diaper station in the entire place you must go out to your car and change your kid out in the open. They provide services for every age except kids still in diapers. They could easly fit a station into a disabled stall so it can provide a multi purpose. We asked someone that works there if theyre any station on site the employee said sorry no we have been asked alot about this. Im not really a Mc Donalds person... but we took the grandbabies here and had dinner, the kids had a lot of fun. I just wish other kids world wear their socks as stated in rule #4 in playground rules.

This McDonalds has an outer and inner set of doors isolating the patrons inside from often harsh outside weather, and a large kiddie play center.It is punctuated with comfy booths, and there is a high counter for seating with television. Their WiFi is stable, and the staff is friendly and efficient.This is a very well kept McDonalds (including the restrooms), and with a constant stream of customers your food is usually fresh and hot, unlike other locations where you may get items that have sat under the heat lamps for some time.Easy access to and from the main highway and between an Arbys and a Del Taco.
