Should have known with 3.2 stars. Ordered a sausage and egg sandwich.. finding, when down the highway, it’s just a cheese and egg. I’m sure they bet on and hope most people passing through and won’t turn around. And yea, we have somewhere to be. Future customers beware, check your food while at window, even inside sandwiches/burgers..sad

Took our grand kids here for a bite to eat and ended up ordering a whole bunch of food. The reason why?? The food was actually good and hot 😂. Especially the fries and the were not greasy! Dont know if youve noticed but alot of the time when you get your food out of the bag, the napkins have these grease stains that kinda kills the whole experience for me as Im eating and thinking about what Im actually consuming. But not at this place anyway, the food was 🔥. So we ordered more than the usual and the kiddos were actually happy!!

I don’t know why I keep coming here every time I do there is always an issues the manager today some lady was very rude to us and tried telling us we had to go back around in line because she didn’t take my order: I told them a small fry and pulled around I didn’t know she didn’t hear me but to tell me I have to go clear around again she’s crazy so I spoke with the general manager on duty which handled the situation. The shift manager though should not be a manager she doesn’t know how to handle a situation. Oh also we handed her the change and she dropped .50 on the ground and told us we had to get out of our car to get it! Sorry nope not doing that either. Do not come here guys. 11th street is way better

Very bad quality food and will eventually kill you that bad old fried oil that they keep using morning till evening. The food tastes so bitter by evening every sandwich & fries and dirty kitchen and it is situated in a very low level neighborhood. I will never go there one more time. People need to wake up and think and understand the consequences of eating that unhealthy bad food. Life is short please neighbors, friends & community people with families don’t eat there - it is a very toxic food that they sell.The one on 11 th st by Safeway groceries is million times better for sure. But still McDonald is an unhealthy wrong choice while it comes to eating.There are many other healthy places you can get food. Not the quick fix & easy fix like unhealthy McDonald food.

I was served a Big Mac without any beef. I would figure that would be the main ingredient. Also I mistakenly ordered a drive-thru order instead of counter. When I showed them the code they said it was in progress. They said that three times before a manager got involved and changed my order to counter. It was my mistake but dont lie to me.

Morning Manager has none i mean zero customer service skills. Shes very rude after I asked her to explain. On top of that I had to buy more breakfast sandwiches because that bogo for $1 sale needs to be specific on how many sandwiches. Drive thru needs to be specific on peoples order. Avoid this location if at all possible. This franchise owner is back to old habits again. Charging extra for sauce. 25 cents per sauce extra to be exact. Don’t worry though, they’ll only fill your fries up half way so you don’t need all that extra sauce. Tracy has two other locations. Go to those instead. By the way, I paid extra for the sauce and never got it.

Ordered 2 Lg Unsweetened Ice Teas which I get from there daily through the Drive-Thru. Was handed the ice teas which I refused to take because instead of brown color it was a yellowish color. I told the guy that it wasnt supposed to look like that its supposed to be brown. I asked him to speak to the manager who told him it was okay. Then I insisted on talking to the manager myself and informed her that I buy tea there daily and it doesnt look like this. It apparently is watered down and needs to be remade. She told we just came on our shift and this is the way the last shift left it that way. I told her so I am supposed to take this tea and drink it like this? No offer to make a new batch up. Her response was do you want a refund, which I agreed to but was very upset that she was too lazy to make a new batch of tea. This happened last night. Total poor customer service!!! Should have known something was wrong when every other restaurant had a line except them. Went through the drive through cashier couldnt hear. Went to pay for the order and there was 2 cashiers who knows maybe they were training but why no one was at the restaurant and it was Friday so that was the red flag I should have noticed. After I paid I was asked to pull forward and waited for them to bring the food out. I didnt mind the waiting I did mind waiting for it to be the wrong order and the food was cold why have me wait to give me the wrong and incomplete order.

Lets be honest you dont go to McDonalds for a good dining experience, but this was unbelievable. Wait in the drive through for 15+ minutes and never move an inch or even hear the speaker come on for either line. Notice the parking lot is empty and the dining room is open so figure Ill order inside hoping its faster. 4 employees looked at me, yet never acknowledged my existence. 1 of them kept repeatedly looking at me, and yet never bothered to even say just a second. I finally just left when they started filling the cookie display right in front of me, yet again while pretending I dont exist.To say the service was awful wouldnt do it justice, to say the staff working there arent trained to any standard higher than pathetic would be a lie as well. To the manager there, I hope you are fired for the service there, let alone the employees under you. And for all the employees here, at that point its just basic common sense to tell someone itll be a minute, and yet the most BASIC thing to do still escaped you. But I guess thats what you get with McDonalds, a horrible experience with people who dont care about anything at all and never will. Never going back not only to this one, but to any McDonalds ever again after this.

First we had to repeat the order 3 times. We ordered a total of 9 pancakes for the 3 kids and empty cups so we can cut up the pancakes and put them in the cups with the syrup so as to not make a huge mess in the car. Today 5/31/2022 at 3:07 pm I visit this McDonalds with kids. I took my kids for lunch after a long time after COVID been left. When I ordered my food, I asked specific food, and the person who took my order said she got everything right. Then I asked her since there is no soda machine where can I do refill if need to? The lady said you come ask at countertop and we do refill. When my food came, it was placed in the bag like trash, fries were old brown and hard, my sandwich were not correct either, worse non of the employees were looking at me while I was standing by countertop. They were laughing with each, some were talking in cell, the person who took my, I was told that she is a manager, and I asked to talk to her, a guy came to the counter and I the manager what you want? I asked him that I refill for my small soda drink, he refused, then he turned around gone and came back and due to we do not do refill for drinks. I told what I was told but he ignored and said, NO refill. I asked him to give the customer service number for complain but he refused, he was refusing providing employees name too. Then he walked away and everyone else didnt even bother as I was excuse me, excuse me, no were listening except laughing. Service was poor, employees were un professional, no one care, they were just laughing, and talking. I have even called and left a message in the number that was listed in my recite for comment. So this a poor, poor, poor employees, poor service. I thought after COVID, customer service would be the first priority for fast food business but didnt know that they would hire judgment were poor too.i hope that cooperate office call me. I dont want anyone else get treated bad like me at this McDonalds.

Theyre pretty nice and seem to be on top of everything. Although the double drive thru is still the same (pointless) they take their time in getting the orders correct. I just came through the drive through and ordered a 10 pieces nugget meal. I asked for cook to order. I was given refried nuggets and fries. I know how long it takes for fresh nuggets and fries to cook because I worked for McDonald’s as crew and as a shift manager. I understand the food was dropped accidentally, but come on. I was also given tomatoes instead of the side of pickles. It is very rare that I complain about McDonald’s, but this wasn’t a pleasant experience.

Horrible communication from the girl taking our order. Had to repeat three to four times what our order was. She messed up putting it in so she made us tell the worker at the register. Charged us for an extra drink we didn’t order. My water tasted absolutely disgusting, as if the filter has never been changed. I felt absolutely sick while eating my food. Several months ago I wanted to get chicken strips for my daughter but was told they didn’t have anymore. I pulled into a parking space and called them to ask if this was in fact true. Picked up a quick drink for road. Seemed clean inside. It does have a drive through, but not all soft drinks are available from the drive through, so I went inside to get the drink. The inside drink machine is one of those magical machines that can produce 7.4324553 bazillion flavors, but unfortunately most of the options didnt work. Its close to the freeway so access is easy. When I worked here it was the best. We have slow times sometime. But we deeply care about the customer. All the shift managers were the best they were open to help me get the job done. Serena is the best lady to have on table because she gets the food done right same as Jenifer. Those two are on fire. All the workers are good at what they do. MC chicken always on point. Also we made sure we make the customer come happy and leave happy. I missed working there. Thanks for the good times. Highly recommend coming here.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. There was a super long line and when we finally placed our order and went to the second window to get our order we saw that we had food missing from our order. When we told the worker he was plain rude and told us to get back in line and order again then shut the window. They refused us service and threatened to call the police if we didn’t leave. When we asked to speak to the manager one of the workers told us that one of the mangers were out and the other one doesn’t want to deal with us. They refused to give their names until finally the manager gave us her name. The mangers name is Caitlyn and she was very rude she kept slamming the window shut. This McDonald’s needs to do better. I would just brush off how almost every order was incorrect with ingredients requested or machines that were constantly broken.But now that this store is being petty about a parking lot that literally stays empty I have to share an opinion. Just to add your stores blocking of that one unused section of the parking lot has turned the entire parking lot into a 1 way road with no direction stated. So beyond normally being an inconvenience and a let down anytime I decide to out out on a limb to buy from this store, due to your pettyness/saltiness you have to inconvenience me shopping anywhere in that area.The parking lot you blocked literally did nothing other than inconvenience other drivers who are trying to get around the area.

Nice play structure. Whole restaurant looks new or newly remodeled. Has so much potential. We were there late afternoon and the play area was littered with food. Cleaned the tables ourselves and even picked up food scraps off the floor so we dont step in them. Kids were eating in the play structure or not taking their shoes off while in the play structure. Its a really nice building, but they need to work a little harder on cleanliness, especially in the kids area.

This place has a playground or play area for children to play like slides and music instrument. I found food a bit stale compared to other McDonalds. Staff had excellent energy and smiles on their faces, they look very happy to be working there. There was lot of empty seats when we went, washrooms were clean. 2 stars less for low taste food and maintenance of playground area cleanliness. I didnt like the hamburger which came with happy meal and the sauce dips for chicken nuggets seemed old and stale.

What was my final straw and led me to write this review was the supervisor at this location named Cassie. She was rude and short while taking ourOrder to begin with. When I was a kid, people used to do birthday parties at McDonalds. Mediocre... McChicken was smothered with the mayonnaise and excessive lettuce. The fries were old, dark brown and unsalted. The icing on the cake for me was the bum that walked up to the drive through and put his head inside the window without a mask during covid!

This place was SO DIRTY. None of the tables were clear and there were sauce packets crushed open in the play place. I cleaned up our table (and the sauce) and we stayed for about an hour. When we left the same tables that were dirty when we came in- still were. Theyre also worried about theft/crime because even the trash cans here are bolted down and locked.

No napkins. No straws. No sweet tea. You need to ask for anything as its all behind the counter. Sadness. Napkins and straws and sweet tea dispensers should be available to the customer and it shouldnt take 5 minutes to fill a sweet tea cup.

We went to drive thru. First they kept us on hold for like 15 minutes and then the person who took our order, took the whole order wrong. When we asked them to return our money they acted so rude with us. Never going back to this McDonald’s.....

The best McDonalds Ive been in forany years. The bathrooms are large compared to most McDs. They still have a clean play area for kids, plus the kiosks are in the sitting area for the kids, so moms can order food qhile keeping an eye on the kids. Plenty of seating. Sraff is really friendly. Food still sucks, because McDonalds.

Worst customer service of any McDonalds, they are busy taking care of their friends. Waited over 20 minuits for an english muffin, they made it only after I complained, got my money back and left. They can keep it. Wendys was glad to take my order and money

Very disappointed they seem to only cater to the drive thru more wont go back I rather go to the next exit to another McDonalds and thats what I will do. And cashier did not no how to speak English you ask a question act like they no what your saying when they dont even no how to speak English. This place isnt in Tracy its on industrial in Hayward CA. Where it got from Tracy is unknown.

I had to go up after we were finished eating to get the 2nd pack of 10 chicken mcnuggets. They told us 3 minutes longer and they would bring them to us when we first picked up our meals.
