Went to order food through drive thru at night, manager Lorena was extremely rude. Never experienced anything like that . No customer service experience at all. Ended up leaving empty handed and very upset.

Oh this place is absolutely stunning, and the staff bless their hearts, are working so hard to get our orders out in time. The cashiers are on point with work like yessss, thank you. Ive never seen such a powerful group of workers grinding and getting their orders out with such speedy delivery, and the managers are absolutely amazing. I know theyre rocking it cuz I see smiles.

Went to drive thru Monday morning there was an employee by the name of Estela who was extremely rude at the drive thru window- she should not be working at a place she’s unhappy at. She seemed rushed and clearly under staffed. For such a busy place you feel you would have more employees working for your Monday morning rush. She had to be part of management because I heard her being rude to the employees asking them for the food as if she was superior to them - never experienced anything like it.

This McDonlads is not the best in the city but its alright. The food here is decent and the workers taking your order are always nice. I like eating inside, the cool about it is that they offer free wiffi so thats cool because you can eat while you watch something on your tablet. I love the big mac here is the best burger they have.

I Love Mc Donalds French fries I went through the drive-through, and I ordered a #6 with large fries. I ask for fresh fries. When I picked up my order up, I tasted the fries they were cold. I gave them back, and the lady said they were fresh, she come right back with more cold fries I gave them another test I said I ask for fresh fries she said to me do you want something else I said No I just want fresh fries she came back with fresh fries I was so happy!

Ive been to this place twice and the employees that are at the counter are extremely rude.This time it was a man that did not want to take our order. We didnt take the drive thru because we had our dogs inside the car and they bark loudly at strangers.As soon as we went inside we waited for ten minutes and he said to use the automated payment option unfortunately I only had cash. He denied to take our order because we had cash. I get if they are short staffed but treating people like that is not okay. He was very rude. This happened at 7 am 2/13/2023.

Decided to do curbside pickup because they had a long line in drive-thru and I was only getting a coffee. When I tried to do curbside it wasnt working and made me go to counter. I live fairly close to this McDonald’s and every time I go, I have issues. I go through the drive through because I often have my kids in the car with me. Most recently, my items that I’ve bought are not in the bag. I don’t usually have time to check the bag. And with covid, don’t really feel comfortable anymore.

This is second time I have visited this McDonalds. First time I have waited 20 minutes to make my order but when I ordered and ready to pay system when down I was waiting for system to reboot, I have waited another 10 mins system did not reboot and manager ask me to leave since system is not rebooting. Second time all the employees were working on drive thru section, not one employee working at the counter until someone kept calling for assistance.

This was worst service i have ever experienced at a mcdonalds. We ordered 3 cheeseburgurs and 1MCchicken and large fries, with 1 coke and 1 large caremal frapichinno. I havent been here in a few years. I was very disappointed on my shrimp and fish tacos. They shrunk them to a third of its original size. These type of tacos dont go on the tiny corn tortillas, but the normal bigger size. There were only two tiny shrimps on my shrimp taco and a 2-2.5 piece of fish on my fish taco. The flavor remain delicious. They also had the option of having them as a combo with rice and beans. Not all Mexican food goes with rice and beans. These tacos go well by themselves, perhaps accompanied with cucumber in lemon juice. Theyre supposed to be a fresh-beachy type of meal, the beans and rice warm it up. I dont think Ill be buying the tacos from here again.

No complaints about the food. The restroom smells like pee at all times even though theyre constantly cleaning it. Think it has to do with the homeless people going up in there. The bigger stall in the ladies room doesnt lock, so on occasion Ive walked in on old Chinese and korean ladies peeing. Theres also older couples with kids that like to go in there to eat and make out with each other to the point where it looks like they might begin to have sex. Pretty tacky and disgusting when trying to eat. The workers need to do something about this.

Sometimes the meat isnt cooked all the way. The last 4 McDonalds Ive been to had red meat when I took a bite. Going to stay away for a while. Also 2 times the meat wasnt really warm. The cheese wasnt melted because the patties were just warm.
