Amazing place to munch, wake up and get some reading/work in.First off the vibes are great, loved in and tasteful interior with a dreamy greenhouse back patio that gets warm light.huge drink selection, fun unique flavors. I went with the ginger turmeric latte iced and came up all dressed so cutely. yummy too.the wrap options were gorgeous + the portion size they give is amazing along with tasty side peanut sauce and a fish sauce based herbal dipper. We got that Tofu Wrap, fresh + generous + crisp, would 100% return

It took no time for this place to become my favorite! Beautiful atmosphere, incredibly tasty and healthy food, drinks are delicious, and the owner PJ is fantastic too. The pea flower tea 🫖 is especially fun and elegant. Rice wraps are out of this world😋 The back patio is perfect for both relaxing and working.

This place is so lovely. They have designed the restaurant to have a homey -gerdeney vibe. Food is fresh, delicious, and even healthy! Staff is very nice, and even bought everyone cupcakes for the fourth of July! Happy to support a sweet little mom-and-pop spot like this!

Really like this cozy cafe. The staff is extremely friendly. Prices are good/average for this area. I didn’t get to sit outside but the brown leather chair I sat in was very comfy.I got the avocado toast with egg which comes with a salad. The egg was more of an egg salad which made it different from other avocado toasts I’ve had before.

We LOVED our experience at Me and Jungle Cafe. Such a welcome addition to the Piedmont Ave community. The food and service was spectacular and the drinks were amazing, not to mention BEAUTIFULLY crafted. Emma at the counter was so pleasant and lovely; she had great recommendations and suggestions, and was very attentive to our tastes. Her spirit and kindness was so wonderfully East Bay, I was just over the moon to interact with her. Wonderful job. Can’t wait to come back here and spend more time and money again! :)Thank you, Emma, and thank you Jungle & Me Cafe!!!!!! See you again soon :)

This place has a very warm calm atmosphere. The staff is super welcoming and helpful with the menu. I had a delicious summer wrap with a matcha latte and got my boyfriend the spicy cheese bacon thing. I’m so impressed with how many greens they fit in the wrap, so yummy! We both really enjoyed it! Great lunch spot and we will definitely be returning. Also the back patio is dog friendly.

This is one of my favorite places to go to for a weekend brunch. The rice wraps and other foods options are amazing and they have such a great selection of drinks. Everything I’ve tried here is delicious. The service and atmosphere are also top tier. The owner or manager, I assume, is amazing. She’s extremely accommodating and always making sure we have a great experience. I am wildly impressed with the output of a small business like this. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars.

While waiting for my boyfriend at the nearby gym, I stumbled into this charming café that turned my wait into a memorable experience.I tried their Matcha Almond Croissants and Matcha Latte – a must-try! The croissants balance of flavors, delicate flakiness, and rich almond-matcha fusion was a taste symphony. I savored every bite, leaving no crumb behind.The staffs suggestion to enjoy the Thai Tea Croissant in-house was spot-on. Me and Jungle Cafe creates an atmosphere where flavors and ambiance blend seamlessly.Although I missed the Thai Tea Croissant this time, Im eager to return. This café has earned a special place in my heart, thanks to its warm hospitality and exquisite treats. Cant wait for my next visit!

Really liked this cafe with very beautiful hidden garden. Our breakfast toasts were very tasty with lots of fruits and yummy sauce ! Haven’t tried the wraps yet - but they looked really good.The wait time was a bit too long - maybe like 20-25 min to get the food on table but it was worth it.

Such a cute space and great food. I really need to give kudos to the girl working the front - she was SO upbeat, so kind, and was dealing with people coming in and out and taking orders with grace and a good attitude. On top of that, she was training a new hire! These people really put a lot of love and effort into their cafe and it shows.Pros: the Soya Soya wrap was full of veggies and super fresh. The peanut sauce was very tasty and went perfectly with the wrap. I could taste the mint in the wrap which is exactly what I wanted. I will definitely come back and eat this again!Critiques: the drinks were IMO subpar, but I am also very picky in this area. The turmeric ginger latte (non-coffee) was good but not very ginger forward and very sweet. The espresso in the other latte was burnt or just not made from a good bean - I personally would not order it again. Normally I’d dock a star for this, but the exceptional attitude of the girl working combined with the love that was so clearly put into this shop outweigh these minor setbacks (and even if taste wasn’t there they were beautifully presented!). I will definitely be back!

Me and Jungle has ALOT of potential. The outdoor dining space out back is amazing. It feels secluded and pretty. The indoor space is quite nice too. Loved the wallpaper in the bathroom. Service was friendlyI didn’t try the food, but I tried two different drinks: maple turmeric latte (fair) and the Me and Jungle latte which was an unusual but SUPER surprising, tasty and refreshing blend of coffee and sour apple. The drinks needed more ice, but that’s an easy fix.

I absolutely loved this café! Perfect for grabbing something light to eat and basking in the sun for hours.I had the Soya Soya Rice Wrap with peanut sauce which was around $12.00 and per the menu is vegetarian (Fresh tofu, sesame seeds, chives, arugula, spring mix, cucumber, carrot, guacamole, sweet black sauce, mint, basil, cilantro, konjac noodles.) Not sure what ingredient doesn’t make it fully vegan/plant-based but the owner who served us was so kind that I’m sure they can take it out!The peanut sauce is delicious, I’m still thinking about it!!! The wrap itself was good, my only comment is to put less spring mix in it and more tofu and noodles. I could barely taste the tofu and noodles because there was too much green stuff.It was really nice and cozy even though it’s late October I didn’t feel cold. The person serving us who I think owns the place was one of the kindest people I’ve encountered, just super nice and helpful. I will totally be coming back!

Really cute and fun atmosphere, and the woman working the front was super sweet and helpful despite being busy. Lots of nooks to get some work done w good wifi, plus a big outdoor seating area in the backyard for groups. Lots of tasty options including vegan and vegetarian. So happy to have this cafe in the neighborhood!

Pictured is silver tip.Haven’t had a latte yet.Opens kinda late for a coffee shop (10:30am).Not sure if they have wifi.Lovely vibes and back patio.There are many food options at various price points. Sad the shrimp summer roll was $15 but it was a very good amount of food with quality shrimpers not the gross salad small shrimps.

Each spring roll is made to order and it shows. These are the freshest and most delicious rolls Ive every had. They provide a space to relax and really enjoy your meal. Please note that this is NOT a grab and go so take the time for yourself. Youll be delighted.

Love coming here for a quiet beverage and think. Its friendly, fun, and a great place to hang out for an hour. They have a great back patio, but my favorite place are the two wing chairs in the front window. The cold emerald milk is delicious.

What an excellent spot. Was looking for a place to have some food and a hot drink on a cold day and found this place. The prawn salad was really delicious and the ginger turmeric chai was amazing. The staff was super friendly and welcoming too, with very quick service.My only note is that I wish it was a little more mellow in the front area. The music is very loud and there are aggressive flashing Christmas lights on the wall that are distracting. I’m sure the back patio is lovely on a nice day, but it would have been good to be able to relax in the front area with a little less distraction.

Cutest of spaces with comfy arm chairs and an adorable patio garden at the back. Love the healthy menu and the cute home vibe of this place. I tried the summer summer (shrimp) with a whole-wheat wrap. I did ask if there was any sugar in it and was told no, but in retrospect the peanut sauce tasted very sweet so I’m not sure I trust that to be true? Service was slow and scattered (after a 45+ minute wait, people who came in after me were getting their food before me), but there were apologies and the food magically appeared once I let them know I’d been waiting too long. I think we may have been at the tail end of a lunchtime rush. Despite the hiccups I would definitely come here again. Love the idea of being able to get a coffee and/ or a healthy bite instead of the usual pastries in coffee shops.

We’ve been curious about this spot so dropped by for lunch today. I had a hot matcha latte that was perfect and a salmon, cream cheese, and greens rice roll that I thought was going to be a light lunch but was actually really substantial. It was also delicious with their cilantro lime dressing. We sat on the back patio which has a full greenhouse seating area. Delicious food and sweet cozy atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

This place has an AMAZING vibe and feels super unique compared to other cafes. The menu has a variety of wraps and salads, as well as classic breakfast foods. I ordered a Soya Soya wrap that was so delicious. You can also choose from multiple rice wrappings colored with ingredients like beets and pumpkin. The peanut dipping sauce was exceptional as well. Their thai tea croissant is also behind addictive. 100% recommend!!

I found my new favorite Cafe while killing some time in piedmont yesterday in between appointments at kaiser. It checks all the boxes for me, comfy chairs, cute back patio, and delicious coffee/tea drinks & spring rolls (one of my favorite foods), and nice staff. Customers seemed really pleased as well. Its such a gem, and Im super jealous this isnt closer to me, but I will be back again during my next trip to kaiser.

Decent healthy food options. Definitely overpriced. The service is beyond slow - I ordered a latte and waited over 20 minutes. No apology - There was one person in front of me who ordered a lemonade. Very slow day. My order came out wrong (it was a lemonade) and the person at the counter was on the phone the whole time. Terrible customer service. Not going back.
