Absolutely love this place. We went for lunch today and it was empty and I was shocked because the service was phenomenal, the fish was so fresh and delicious, and the prices cant be beat. They have amazing lunch specials and a great happy hour! Definitely a hidden gem in Simi!

Been here before for takeout the food was amazing! Today came in for a late lunch and was surprised with happy hour specialsThey had, opted in for 3 signature rolls that were delicious, lobster roll, caterpillar roll and another one that I forget at the moment, (sorry these were not in the happyhour menu) nevertheless great dishes !Also service was friendly and prompt!casual atmosphereNo too busy, very happy with the dine in experience!Will definitely come back soon!

Had dinner here years ago and it was subpar HOWEVER gave it another chance yesterday (got the lunch special) and the sushi/sashimi was so fresh. The side salad was with mixed greens and the miso soup had a smoky side to it which was amazing. I might order it again for lunch... just to test my review... its not indulgent, its for science

DISAPPOINTED:1 I asked for HOT TEA and told the guy twice HOT and when he brought me the tea it was barely warm2 He never bothered to ask if we needed more soy sauce since we had an empty bottle(see picture). I had to get up and get one by myself from another table3 Garlic Edamame 🤦‍♀️ it was barely warm. Not even fresh4 Sushi...omg it looked like the chef just put it together with anger or NO PASSION. Look at that plate..Seriously? It was breaking in pieces and I couldnt even eat it. The rice felt like GUM and NO freshFirst and last time

Friendly sushi bar and great sushi to go with it! I got the salmon avocado roll and Philadelphia roll which were both delightful. I shared a bottle of pineapple sake with my girl which we enjoyed as well.

Disappointed in the reaction from ‘owner’ of my report on Grubhub for food being cold. I never thought the owner would take my phone number and call me to yell. Not to let me speak, not to let me give her my opinion about why I gave a bad rating or tell grubhub food was cold. Not hot. Not warm. Fish cooked and cold. Rice cold. Tempura veggies cold.Apparently customers who spend money are never wrong and the establishment never makes mistakes. . . I’ll never return here and I’ll never suggest it because the owner is mean and likes to yell.

Amazing sushi here, I ordered the Hawaiian roll and the crazy roll and they were fantastic. The service is great, the chefs, including the owner joke around and make you laugh which is very appreciated and it creates a comfortable atmosphere. Thank you Megu, Ill definitely be back.

Pretty fresh tasting sushi! If you can, snag a seat at the bar. The chefs make the experience even better. The wait staff are super friendly and pretty attentive without being in your face. Great quick date night spot in Simi!

My girlfriend and I have gone a few times but the last time we went both of us contracted a crazy bout of food poisoning. Put us both out for a whole day or more. They need to watch their cleanliness.

We dined in, usually really enjoy sushi, although we almost left immediately after entering the restaurant because it had an unusual smell not pleasant we stayed only because at the point we arrived everyone was hungry ao we tried to over come the smell, sushi might of tasted better to us but I think the oder in the restaurant made the food not as enjoyable, not sure we will give a second chance..

Good food, fast. 3 Sushi chefs had masks on but did not cover their noses. Really?!No hard menus, have to scan a barcode on table to read a tiny menu on phone(assuming every customer has a smart phone with a barcode reader).My review is neutral, I might go back, but there are plenty other better sushi bars.

Sushi was good. But I waited 50 minutes for delivery and luve 5 minutes away. The girl disnt have any change and said she would bring it back. She texted me a half hour later that she will drop off my change after 9pm. It was 6:10. I had to go get my change and this time wasnt giving her a tip. My wife found the beef teriyaki dull. We returned that too. The people inside didnt really see too much of an issue. Just kept saying they were vusy. They gave our money back. But I dont suggest anyone gets delivery from here. Or the beef teriyaki.

Best sushi in simi valley, they carve whole fish, not prepackaged by the pound junk, I will break out in hives if the quality of fish is not excellent and Ive never had a problem here. Jerry and gomez are very fun and creative.I wont go anywhere else for my sushi

Great food, especially the Ramen. Went here a few times, it was a hundred degree day and I got Ramen. Not cold sushi or a drink. The Ramen. I recommend this place to anybody in simi.

I wouldnt give any stars but it doesnt allow me to post my honest review without giving them one. I Ordered for delivery online at 1:00pm, I called to confirm with a live person as well, that was 2 hours ago and they never came, nor did they call. And now they dont answer the phone because theyre closed until 5pm. That is a terrible way to run a business especially when a customer is Hangry 😤😡👎🏼
