While we don’t live in LA, my family makes a point to come to Mendocino Farms whenever we’re in town, and we are never disappointed. The sandwiches are divine, and there’s something on the menu for everyone. Everything tastes so fresh and is always cooked to perfection. The employees are amazing and will help you find what you’re looking for. The bathrooms are clean, and there’s an abundance of indoor and outdoor seating. While our favorite sandwich, “A Study of Heat”, is no longer on the menu, we still love the “Not-so-fried chicken” and the “Peruvian Steak”. I would definitely recommend Mendocino Farms to everyone!

Located at The Spot with plenty of parking spaces around the compound.A nice place to hang out and work out from. Outdoor areas have soft music in the background and non intrusive for conversations or conference calls.Modern food selections with decent portioning. There are interesting fusion drinks options available apart from the usual stuff and some beer options are available as well :)

Mendocino Farms has become my absolute favorite lunch spot since they opened their location in El Segundo. Their menu is filled with fresh, innovative sandwich options made with quality ingredients. Ive tried just about everything by now, and I have yet to be disappointed!Beyond their incredible sandwiches, Im also a big fan of Mendocinos salads. The farmers market Cobb salad is a meal in itself with grilled chicken, bacon, blue cheese, avocado, hard boiled egg, and a red wine vinaigrette. Their kale Caesar salad is another favorite.What really makes Mendocino Farms stand out is the exceptional service. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, and they keep the restaurant spotless. Ordering at the counter is easy, and food comes out quickly. Picking up a To Go order is a breeze, too.Whether Im grabbing a quick lunch to eat in the charming dining area, patio or takeout, Mendocino Farms always satisfies. Everything on the menu is fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. Its no surprise this has become my go-to lunch spot in El Segundo - I happily give it 5 stars!

Best resturant in El Segundo location. They have the best food. I had their Sweet Heat Crispy Thai Chicken sandwich. It was one of the greatest sandwich I ever had. Staff were helpful and order was super quick. They also have different drink options. Outside table, as well and inside dine-in available. Overall great environment and good olace to hangout with your friends, as well as work colleagues.

My partner and I came to pick up some food from this location and he waited there for 40 minutes before he approached the counter to inquire about the food taking too long. All to find out that the food had been seating in the counter. Our sandwiches were super hard and cold to the point that we couldn’t eat them. When my partner told the staff that he’d been waiting there for a while and all he got was “I’m sorry” and the staff never bothered to check the order or to re-make the sandwiches. This is the reason why, we are NEVER coming back to this place. We drive here from a distance because we love this place but because of this poor service we won’t ever come back. I would not recommend this specific location to anyone.

This place was very busy!! Food is great, lots of options to choose from. Ive heard their fried chicken sandwich is delicious. I wanted something healthier so I chose a salad. Tip: you can build your own salad if you order online! Lots of seating inside and out. Its attached to an outdoor mall with a ton of other options for food & shopping!

Upon entering you are being a little bit rushed as the greeting staff will take your order immediately. But you will get compensated... While waiting for your order you can taste different delicious sides from the deli bar. Mendocino Farms is known and advertised for its healthy and high quality sandwiches. But the salads are great as well. They come in generous portions which you can split with a friend if you want to keep it light. I loved the Curry Couscous.

Minnesota needs a Mendocino Farms. We came to this location twice on our trip we were not disappointed in the slightest. Staff was very polite, kind and courteous. The food is prepared quietly and presented amazingly.We were told that this is suppose to be compared to Panera it doesnt even come close. This is fresh food not froze or microwaved. We will be back. Mendocino Farms is always a safe bet when you’re looking to get something fresh, healthy, and tasty. This location is currently open for outdoor dining and takeout during covid. You can order ahead online and go through the side door to pick up at one of the food stations. Otherwise, you can place your order (enter through the main door) at the cash register (credit cards are accepted) and then you’ll be given a tracker if you’re dining there. Bathrooms are available further in the store on the right hand side (gender neutral is available).The food options are great. I’m a big fan of the vegan banh mi (comes with tofu) although any of the sandwiches are good options (popular for catering too!). I opted for the sophisticated salad this visit (I needed some prosciutto in my life), which you can opt to have dressing tossed or on the side. The servers are super helpful and quick.

Love all the food in this place! Its different from your run of the mill place. Its healthy yet tasty. Just double-check your dressing if you order, not the chefs choice. Some people dont pay attention. Or they think its what you want. I tagged some sandwiches, but usually, I get their mango salad or their beer salads. Yes, beet salads. They are actually very good!

When you think of Mendocino Farms, you assume the food is supposed to be on the lighter side of the spectrum. Although the food is always top notch, I can’t say the same about this location. While the not-so-fried chicken was delicious, it irks me that the staff felt like not making enough beverages or order enough produce for their lemonades and aguas frescas, and as a result they ran out of their drinks on, out of all days, a nice warm beach day. Yes, they had sodas available, but the point of this restaurant is to eat light. When complaining to the staff, they brushed it off like it’s no big deal. If this were my business, I’d be embarrassed, sympathetic and more transparent as to why my restaurant ran out of drinks, whether it’s poor management or supply chain issues. Probably won’t return until they get the beverage situation sorted out.

Butter and romaine lettuce mixed with curly kale, quinoa and miller, housemade superfood krunchies, black bean, corn and jicama succotash, red opinion, cilantro m, corija chees, tomatoes, avocado with chipotle vinaigrette.I made a few substitutions because of allergies and they were so accommodating even subbing the generous half an avocado for chicken for no charge.They have fountain sodas sweeted with pure cane sugar.

Frequent Mendocino Farms often to have lunch since our office is located here at The Point. They have a lot of great menu items to choose from my favorite is the impossible taco salad I usually get it with all kale add extra crunchies tossed with oil and vinegar. During lunch it can be pretty busy but the staff is really good about moving the line quickly. Shout out to Malek for being extra helpful & cool!

I have to say I am disappointed with the attention to orders being completed and the quality of food from this location. Over the last several orders my salads come missing the tortilla, the extra dressing I order and pay for is not in the bag, the utensils I add to the order are not included. The avocados are oxidized and brown with flavor that you just throw away. For a restaurant promoting quality food it is lacking and there is a big miss with their team that completes the orders not actually reading what is on the receipt they place on the bag. For a company that auto applies a tip this group does not deserve the money I have provided as the do not even adhere to meeting the one thing they show up to do everyday which is their job description.

Was having difficulty placing an online to go order a couple of nights running something to do with the system. Had a gift card that was for online only that I was trying to use. Poor experience. Took very long for someone to take our order despite limited customers. One half of our order wasn’t ready for over 20min despite checking in multiple times. Finally I see it sitting there and it’s luke warm so it had clearly been sitting there. Why not utilize the pager you made me hang onto? The person running the food to people was socializing with another customer the entire time. The staff offered no apologies and went back to socializing with one another.

Ive been going here for years and its always been a favorite of mine. Fresh and flavorful sandwiches; my favorite is the pork belly banh me sandwich. The juices they offer are also really delicious. There are menus outside so try to make your choices or you will hold up the line. Once order is made, go and pay. They have samples to try if the line is long. Find a seat and your food will.come out to you. The ingredients are fresh and simplistic like going to your garden and then making a meal thus it is $$ compared to $ at a deli or something. Very impressed. I am not generally a fan of their menu, but the company with over 150 employees that I work for has a different opinion. I was not aware of their 24hr advance policy on catering orders, and as luck would have it, my company asked me to put in a catering order for 40 people at the last possible minute. Rather than turning me away, Lindsey and her team pulled off the impossible task of fulfilling my $500 order in the middle of a mid-week lunch rush, 1 hour before I was asked to deliver the food. I could not be more grateful to Lindsey and the great team Mendo has offered. We will definitely be putting them at the top of our list for the many future catering orders to come, and this time, we will be sure to put them in 24 hours in advance. My favorite lunch place. The food here is incredible no matter what you get. My favorite salad is the Superfood Quinoa Avocado. It has a great crunch to it and very filling. The Drake Farms salad is on the sweeter side. I love the pink beers in it. The sandwich Study of Heat is delicious and not unbearably spicy. Even the side dishes are awesome, and some of them change seasonally. You can try free samples every time. A great place, with great food, and friendly service.

The sandwiches tasted great but it was a long wait between placing the order and getting the food for us. They have an open kitchen so we can see the staff working. Its understandable if some ingredients takes a long time to cook, but that wasnt the case. The cook on the grill was really fast, but then the sandwiches with cooked ingredients were just piling up and getting cold, waiting for someone else to do the final assembling with sauce and other ready-made ingredients. We saw a few sandwiches that were ready to go sitting on the counter for quite a few minutes before a waiter get around to take them to the customer. So there were definitely efficiency issues that need to be worked out in the kitchen.

The service here is incredible. I ordered on the phone and accidentally called the wrong location. When I arrived for pick up, they called the other location, cancelled my order, and still prepared my sandwich in 5 minutes.If you order on the phone, you can skip the line and pick up straight in the back. BAD ATTITUDE. Find another restaurante.Ordered a salad with vegan chorizo using Uber eats. I received the salad all mixed with cheese and chorizo. Granted that the menu has that as part of the dish. But you would think as a place that is known for vegan salads they would put it on the side or use vegan cheese with a vegan chorizo. To top it off when I called to let them know I was transferred to a gentleman that said very politely that that is the way they do it. Ive been here a handful of times and the service and food is always great. Youre greeted by a smiling worker who helps you through the menu and making a selection. Next you come to a counter with side options, drinks and cookies. The restaurant was busy at midday, however, we found a table outside. Food came out in an appropriate length of time. A server came by and cleaned our table without us asking for it to be cleaned. The Peruvian Steak Sandwich was very tasty. The aji amarillo sauce makes the sandwich.

Im always open to finding new places and things to eat since I enjoy eating, and its super cool when you can share that with other people. The esthetics alone in this place is enough to bring you in, and then they gut punch you with yummy delicious food they serve. So sad. This used to be such a great chain before the pandemic, but everything has gone downhill since. Obviously, something so good wouldnt last. They sold out to a mega conglomerate and no longer serve organic. They made their reputation off of farm to table, and now theyre just another fresh *themed* chain without the family attention to wholistic integrity. Masks became optional at the begining of the pandemic, for all cooks and food prepprs, which was really sad considering all the farm worker deaths and lack of health plans. But the menu still retains many of the flavors from when better owners existed. Some things are just too good to last.

Ive been to several locations and this one has a great outdoor patio and its the only one that serves Sweet Rose Creamery Soft Serve Ice Cream. The sandwiches Ive tried have all been great but my favorites are the Not So Fried Chicken, the Turkey Club, and the Steak Bahn Mi. Their website mentioned that they partnered up with DoorDash to deliver but they simply cant - I tried booking an order online at 11 am for delivery when they opened but wasnt able to. I called Mendocino and found out later (after calling in for over 15 minutes since their line was busy) that their system goes down if there are too many orders. Im not sure if thats the truth. In any case, I placed my order over the phone, drove there to pick up and then later found out that they forgot to placed one of my orders. I dont recommend ordering delivery/take out from this place since they dont appear to have the capacity to handle the logistics well enough. Maybe itll get better later but it was not the funniest experience.

This brand new Mendocino farms is very spacious, with nice, tall ceilings, and well designed inside and out. The line system is a little funky - there are two people taking orders and inputting into a touch screen - but the lines seem to go faster than their other locations. Dont be put off by seeing a line out the door, your wait shouldnt be very long.There are multiple areas to sit, and a nice outdoors area. For kids there is a fairly small magnet board (two kids can play there comfortably any more and gets a bit tight) and a small little room right behind it. This room has an astroturf floor, and is for kids to play/sit in. Its tiny, but a distraction.Outside there is a foosball table (free) and open seating. The food is good, and the service very helpful!

Big Mendo Fan here, I attended one of the soft openings yesterday. I had spotted this Mendo when I was at the soft opening for Hopdoddy right across from each other. Psyched as usual! The Ham and Cheese is no longer on the menu and neither is the Cranberry Walnut bread. ????? Booo....but I am sure they are doing this because they want to introduce other sandwiches. In the past year, Ive noticed they did away with the paper ordering as well.Last night, they were out of lemonade too, my kids were not too happy but I asked for a side of a kids strawberry and they were fine with that.As for the sandwiches, Ive almost had them all. I usually like to get the a variation of the Farm Club. Why? Because the Avo chunks are fresh, the bacon is thick and crunchy, and the Turkey is moist.Parking here can be a pain at night. As more and shops enter here, The Point will really need to do something about it because they are running out of spaces. Ive also witnessed people making U turns prior to Rosecrans if you were going South on Sepulveda.
