Mendocino Farms in Marina Del Rey

This place has great food. I felt comfortable eating here with their gluten free options. The prosciutto and chicken sandwich as well as the chimichurri steak and bacon sandwich that my fiancé and I split were both delicious on toasted gluten free bread.We ordered takeout and ended up eating in the building. The inside is pretty dirty (especially the bathrooms) and the employees were less professional than I would have liked to see, but it was toward the end of the day with about 2 hours until close, so maybe that’s why?

I love Mendocino Farm food! But tonight, I didn’t enjoy it as much because of the service and atmosphere of the Marina Del Rey, CA restaurant my husband and I ate at around 6 pm. The table we chose had crumbs of food so I asked one of the staff, who was engaged in conversation with two others, to please clean our chosen table. She did with one spray from her cleaning bottle and a quick wipe and went back to her co-workers who continued chatting. I felt she could have spent more time cleaning because the empty table next to us also had crumbs, and looking down on the floor, I also then noticed the floor had napkins and crumbs of food all over the area. I was about to sit down when I saw crumbs in my chair. None of the staff saw me (or cared enough to look?) when I got a napkin to wipe my chair clean. I felt I couldn’t interrupt their ongoing conversation. When my husband’s November to Remember sandwich came, it was NOT put together stacked and kept together with a stick as the picture by the cashier showed. See my photo. The presentation was just not up to par. I had ordered the Thai fried chicken sandwich and tomato basil soup and quickly ate that up because I didn’t feel like staying longer lest I notice other things that would NOT add to my enjoyment of dinner. I don’t expect Mendocino to be like a fine dining place but neither is it fast food. I’ve seen cleaner and more attentive McDonalds staff whose price is much cheaper.

I ordered a very large group order to go for a corporate picnic at the Getty and I had the BEST experience! I highly recommend using their group order feature. It was super easy to order and when I arrived they were beyond friendly and even let me know they would put my order out earlier than my time frame since I was already there. They packaged it so nicely and the items already had the recipients names on them. I LOVE this Mendocino! Highly recommend working with them!

If you want a healthier option for food, this is the place. Gluten-free friendly place. The food was really tasteful and at a great price.

Absolutely warm and welcoming staff, they were able to accommodate my friend with vegetarian options on a sandwich. They make healthy meals enjoyable. The habanero chips are just perfect to end your meal with or a cookie. They have interesting drinks to chose from on fountain machine or in house made drinks which also taste good. My go to spot when I’m feeling down :)

Peruvian Steak was super delicious, strongly recommended.

First time in Mendocino Farms. I ordered a salad with quinoa and avocado and it was excellent, no fan of the tortilla or no idea why even suggest a tortilla with a salad. I had the mistake to order a soda bad bad idea the flavors are horrible to me, maybe people likes those type of flavors, even was a bad idea the sodas still 5 stars the food, ok service.

High quality wraps and sandwiches full of wholesome goodness you believe at first bite.This is a chain that I like seeing when I see it.Sure, they have blue cows. But they also serve super tasting sodas and you can test their side orders - like their Super Healthy Salad, raw and full of nutritious veggies. I love their curry couscous salad, at times it can be heavy, but in small doses its so comforting.Wine and beer served here.A few vegan options that are seasonal and always changing so you dont feel stuck to the same menu. My favorite thing has been the samosa dosa vegan wrap, it was full of Indian curried potatoes, cauliflower and peas. Please bring that back and Ill be back.Indoor and outdoor seating. Free parking.

I highly recommend this restaurant. Not only is the food top notch, but also, the people who work there are wonderful. One day I needed about 20 meals quickly for work, and the GM, Pedro, made it happen. He listened to my situation, and made the meals a priority so that I was able to get them in record time! I will definitely be going back to this restaurant in the future.
