Love their Chashu Nagoya Mazesoba! The ramen noodles are thick and juicy and it’s a very generous portion, always leaving me extra full or with leftovers 😋 When I’m not feeling something too heavy, I go for their rice bowl! They also have the BEST matcha latte and I’m not typically a matcha latte person!

First time and definitely will not be the last! Phenomenal noodles and very unique! Gotta get the noodles spicy! Just the right amount of kick. I wish they gave more noodles rather than the bowl of rice. Still excellent!

Been coming here every few months since this place has opened and it still doesn’t disappoint. Love their style of noodles called mazesoba which is served without broth or soup unless you order it as a side. Depending on who you ask, the noodles originated from Nagoya, Japan and uses Taiwanese style minced meat as the main ingredient for its signature bowl. It’s all very delicious and the reason why it might be hard to get a seat on the weekend. Cool thing is they give you a small scoop of rice when you are almost done with your meal so that you can mix it in with whatever sauce you have leftover. It’s filling and, to be honest, a little fun mixing it in. Love this place and will come back for more because there aren’t too many places like this around.

The best mazesoba (dry style ramen) ever!!! The ramen noodles here are thicker and have the perfect chewy texture. The service is also amazing and the staff is super friendly. I usually order the deluxe mazesoba and the egg is always cooked to perfection unlike some other ramen places in the area. Also their matcha latte is amazing and a MUST ORDER alongside the mazesoba!

I ordered the Deluxe Nagoya Mazesoba ($17.59). noodles were thick and flavors were quite good. Cha sew was nice and fatty, minced pork added interesting texture, Egg was pretty good. I opted for the mild spice level however definetly should have gone with spicy as there was little heat for my girlfriends order. Added it on after the fact however wasnt the same. Came here on a Sunday Evening and had little to no wait time, service was quitet good.

Overall: 4.7/5 (dine in)We came on a Saturday night an hour before closing and every table was still taken. We had a party of 5 so we had to wait about 30 minutes since they only had 2 tables for big parties. After we put our names down, a bunch of other people showed up and put their names down. They close the wait list and kitchen on time but their customer service was still really good.My mom cant eat pork so she got the curry vegan mazesoba. They have very limited vegetarian options FYI.Hanabi Monster Fries ($10.49): The fries legit taste like McDonalds french fries and are the same length and width. They give pretty big pieces of karaage. The diced pork belly is more overcooked and dry compared to the side order we got with the mazesoba. Nothing really stood out about this dish so I wouldnt get it again.Kimista ($2.99): This is an add on item my husband got for his mazesoba. It was soft, tasty, and went well with the mazesoba.(Spicy) Deluxe Nagoya Mazesoba ($17.59): You can choose between spicy or non-spicy. I got spicy and it wasnt too bad. The portion is huge, and the food is really heavy so I had leftovers. I gave one of my soft boiled eggs half to my mom since there was a lot of protein already. What makes this dish super creamy is the egg yolk in the middle that youre supposed to break and mix in with your noodles. I wasnt a huge fan of the chashu since it was a bit too thick & a bit dry. However, I love the complexity of this dish. The flavors are good but you can change it up by adding vinegar and/or chili flakes. The vinegar is surprisingly one of the best ones I had. Highly recommend trying! After you finish the noodles, you have the option of getting a side of rice and mixing it with the remaining sauce to eat. If you want a less creamy version, maybe try Mogumogu.

I went here because I saw a video on IG that hyped it up. I’m a ramen fan, but I’ve never had dry ramen before so I had to go.This was a solo mission. I arrived on a 7:10pm on a Saturday. There was a line of about 20 before me and the restaurant was packed. Despite that the line moved quickly and I got seated in about 15mins.I sat at the bar and watched the cooks work their magic. They are efficient and precise. The food wait was about 15 minutes just like the server said.I ordered the Chashu Nagoya Mazesoba spicy with a side of broth and the rest is history.I don’t know what they put in that bowl but it is absolute Magic! If you like noodles and bowls of flavor go here!I’m glad I live nearby. I will be coming back often. 🌟

This place was busy when we went on a Monday evening, but the service was great. The staff kept checking up on us to make sure we were doing okay. The noodles texture was firmer than in the regular (soupy) ramen, so keep that in mind if you like softer noodle (maybe you can request softer noodle, but I wanted to try the original and also didnt know what to expect). Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend!

Located in the Arcadia shopping center with Burlington. Lots of parking, but still gets busy even during the week. The food was great. The deluxe Nagoya (al dente) was full of flavor for a dry noodle offering. I also tried a couple of their seasonal noodles, the Taiwan and black garlic ramens. I definitely recommend their new tofu appetizer with the ground meat on top. It’s a small place and they get crowded. Depending what time you go, you can expect a little bit of a wait. It goes faster than you think. Wasn’t a fan of how close together the tables are. I don’t enjoy eating with strangers and having to hear their conversations.
