I wish I can put no starts customer service is horrible they are very cheap on the sauce I order and they dont give at all or enough please fix your problem be nice to your customers and dont be cheap

Yummy sushi with really nice people behind it. I have been craving good sushi for a long time and this was exactly what the doctor prescribed! Fresh, interesting and versatile even in the limits of kosher. And they even had french fries for my kids that arent sushi fans... All in all, I definitely recommend this place!

The sushi is very very good (probably one of the best sushis I have ever had). But the the workers there are very slow, e.g. I ordered a role of sushi for pick-up, and I came a few minutes early but waited for at least 15 minutes.after 15 minutes they asked me what I was doing there, so I said Im waiting for my sushi and they gave it to me. (it was behind the counter since I came in and she only bothered to ask me 15 minutes later!)

If i could give it 0 star i would! Overpriced sushi and food! Simply fries 8$! There isn’t sit in tables only 2 lame tables outside, you order for yourself on tablet the only person that stand behind is staring at you with a very strange look not smiling pr welcoming, there isn’t a cashier or waitress, they don’t have Restrooms, for what do they even have this place open? Just ask for free money donations and don’t make joke out pf people! Would never go there and neither will recommend anyone to go there, waist of time and money

I was shocked how amazing this sushi was. Super fresh! Like super super fresh.We ordered a couple rolls but the standout for me was the spicy tuna.Def recommend for a quick kosher sushi option.

They have decent food, and little bit overpriced. But unfortunately, they started being cheap and charging for sauces like spicy mayo or sweet sauce.. This is an insult when you ask for a sauce, they tell you each one is 50 cents.. I guess I would not go there any more.

Good quality sushi place. I, alone, tried at least 5 kinds of rolls during my lunch break sitting. Delicious. Two thumbs up.Improvements:Their staff could have been a little more attentive and the other clientele could have been more courteous which is why I give this a 4 star restaurant.I like their Pico branch location a little more since they seem more respectful in that area.

2 things: 1) Every time Ive been there, there is a black worker in the back who is being harassed and put down. The other employees are mean and rude and repeatedly tell him hes too slow. Its hostile and very uncomfortable as a customer to witness. I cant imagine how difficult it must be for the worker to experience it.2) I was picking up an order for a friends fathers memorial service and I when I arrived, I told the girl at the front counter the name on the order, and she told me it would be ready in 5-10 min. Fast forward 30min; the restaurant is now closed, I ask about the order for the 4th time and the girl at the counter says What order? Theres no order here for you. Were closed. Why have you been telling me for the last 30 min that my order would be ready soon? I dont know. I guess I was confused. Maybe its at the other location. She didnt offer to contact the other location, and worst of all she didnt even apologize. Ultimately my order was at a different restaurant, but an efficient functioning business would figure that out before telling me they had it and then making me wait 30 min. to discover that oops, they dont have it .

Food is terrible. Customer service is even worse. The Jewish guy in the front assumed I was a delivery driver as soon as I walked up, asking me “which order are you here to pick up” when he asked the Caucasian lady that walked in right in front of me what she needed help with and what she wanted to order. I told him I wasn’t here for pick up, I wanted to place an order, in which that time he lightened up as he was hoping for a sale. The sushi isn’t authentic, and the owner is prejudiced. I wouldn’t ever trust this establishment

Always good food and good people. Id really like it if heat were provided in the winter. Restaurant was extremely cold and couldnt take off my coat. Was told the heater wouldnt be able to warm up the place which doesnt make sense. By the way, its not.a small restaurant--at least not the one in Encino!

Their sushi is great but they dont have any gluten free soy sauce, I have mentioned this on yelp before but they dont seem to care what people are saying about their business.Comon you cant buy a $4 bottle from trader Joes and put it in the fridge, it will last them at least a year because most people wont even ask for it.Another point is how long you have to wait for them to take you off hold...get an answering service that inputs the orders on your website and integrates with your kitchen so their is no mess up on orders.Im happy to update this review

Worst sushi place ever. I ordered dragon roll and i really ruined my Sunday. The tuna was so bad and horrible, i separated it from the rest of the food. The remaining was so bland and not a hood experience at all. Now I am dealing with a horrible stomach flu which is the aftermath of their horrible food

One of LAs best sushi places! Great sushi and sashimi choices. Trendy and comfortable.. Very friendly staff. Prices are reasonable. Also kosher for health reasons I think? I heard thats the latest craze these days! First time for me taste delicious so thats cool that its also healthy.

The guy at the front is very rude. Your food is going to be ready in 5 to 10 min. Oh I forgot! It means 45 min to 1hr or maybe they will forget that you placed an order.I would not waste my time here.

It is perfect for my family. This is our favorite sushi place now. I personally recommend the volcano and guacamole roll. If you are kosher, this is perfect because you dont have to look thoroughly at the menu. Basically it is perfect

Is my date not fit the social regulations, criteria, role of someone I (a female ashkenazi) am approved to date or something? Come on. What is this? We’re in the 21st century and he’s the same faith as me....maybe his last name is not from the same continent as mine or other demographic factors aren’t exactly the same as me BUT he’s still compatible to me. After having a great time at their Pico-Robertson location, I decided to try out their place on La Brea(about midway between Beverly and Melrose).The place is very clean and well lit with an excellent Staff.On the recommendation of the Manager, I had the Japanese Pizza(crispy rice, spicy tuna, avocado, nacho jalapeno) Meshuga Roll(spicy tuna, fresh jalapeno and ponzu sauce) and Yellowtail Special Roll(spicy yellowtail, avocado, cucumber, cilantro and ponzu sauce).I was extremely pleased with the selections and devoured all 3. Frankly, it was the best Kosher sushi Ive ever had including in Israel.It was all superfresh, beautifully presented and super tasty.For dessert, I had their Oreo Insanity(vanilla ice cream surrounded by fried oreos drizzled with chocolate). I found this very creative as well as another very delicious offering.Service was fast and friendly and the A/C was great on a hot day.Conclusion: Hands down best Kosher sushi restaurant I have ever been.Well done Meshuga Sushi.

The staff here doesnt have a clue about CUSTOMER SERVICE, guy in counter answering my questions about the ingredients without knowledge nor patience, another guy serving the food just placing it on the table reading out loud the order, sushi and other food was ok, a bit overpriced, but overall the horrible service is not worth the visit.

Im not the biggest sushi fan out thereBut my wife loves sushi and when I drive past I ask her if she wantsThe environment is very nice the service is great and the people serving are amazingThe only problem is that the sushi chefs do not know how to roll a proper sushi, it always breaks apart but still tastes good
