Michaels is a place where you can get just about anything to decorate your home or office for seasonal or just every day living. They have a big selection of hobby supplies and home. Decor. The structure-is really big. Stocked with a lot of merchandise you may need .The service is courteous and friendly. They have great customer service. The manager was very helpful.We purchased a few items for seasonal. Great prices 50% off and more.. there’s a huge parking lot. Plenty of parking the handicap stalls are close to the front entrance.

Lauren is the best thing happening at this Michael’s. I have had the pleasure of witnessing her upbeat and friendly personality several times. Having her at the register is genius because it helps you forget about how you were either ignored or treated rudely by the other employees. This store is always my last resort because of the staff. The 5 stars are for Lauren, ONLY.

DO *NOT *DROP YOUR UPS Package Here.I dropped a package off October 5th, 2023 and they lost it. I couldnt file a claim with UPS because they were never in position of it. Every time I tracked the package it always said it was there. Several managers went to *look* for it but could never find it. I described the employee who helped me so they can follow up with her since she didnt follow whatever procedure for UPS packages. Apparently, that wasnt done either. I was told to call in their customer service line. When I did, their call centers are overseas and couldnt comprehend to issue I was having. They ended up hanging up on me.When I started to call the store more often, I wasnt given any answers or solutions. I left repeated messages with managers for upper management with no return/follow up phone calls.November 13th, 6 weeks later, my package was found and manager Larissa called me to give me the option to pick it up. When I asked what happened no one could tell me how this happened. So its clear theres still no communication between staff and management.On November 14th, when I went to pick up the-never-shipped-package, I asked for a manager. Manager Christopher was absolutely no help. Didnt even know what was going on nor seem compassionate about the experience I was going through. He stated he knew nothing about the situation. Said he was new. I asked him how long hed been there and he stated 3 weeks. I asked him whats the process for employees to get messages to managers. Said they were supposed to give it to them right away. I asked him how did this happen, he couldnt answer. I asked him whats the procedure for collecting UPS packages. He couldnt answer. Every question I asked him, he couldnt answer and started to deflect for me to call 1800Michaels. How are they supposed to help over the phone on a different hemisphere what your store procedures are? I told him they werent even aware of accepting UPS packages. He was completely useless from a customer standpoint. He stated he he was responsible for the new look of the store and how the shelves are fully stocked. It came off tone-deaf and insensitive since that wasnt the matter at hand.I asked him if he knew who dealt with BBB complaints. He had no clue.As a Michaels card holder, a Seller on their Maker Place, a frequent shopper online and in-store, and custom framing, its beyond frustrating to shop there. And theyre the closet location. I never thought I would be treated this way for this long. Then theyre hiring ineffective managers who lack customer serve skills (Chris). What a shame.At this time, my phone calls and BBB complaint is still unanswered.

Micheals always has every craft item you can imagine. I went in and got tissue paper to make big flowers, cellophane to wrap my raffle buckets and bags for candy to be wrapped in for the San Dimas Chamber of Commerce Wine Walk that was held Oct. 2nd. I sponsored a Dia de los Muertos themed booth at the Wine Walk. It turned out perfect.

This. Is. The worst store I have ever been to. These people are so rude they literally followed and harassed my wife and I for absolutely no reason within 5 mins of walking through the doors, We had 3 items in our basket but. When someone is just following and watching you, .... it made us lose all interest in spending money at this business.

Dont ask a question because the lady Karen (thats her real name) at the balloon station will instead make a long statement saying shes helping with a customer and so is the other young lady at the register. Last time I checked she couldve just said isle 91. I had to literally get in line to ask where acrylic paint was and be told to go to isle 91.

I had an online order they werent clear where it was. They have what I am looking for but maybe because of covid they dont show anymore where items are located just say general area. I got my order and the cashier was nice. They have covid rules which I did encounter a line but the line took five minutes once in It was spaced out and I didnt encounter people until I got in line to check out.
