Awesome pizza restaurant!!! Great place to hit up any time, on your way up or down the mountain, after a ball game, or just to get your pizza fix! They have fun arcade games, plenty of space, they set up a great outside area, awesome setup all around.Their pizza and other eats are delicious, generous with the toppings. They have a nice salad bar, beer and other drinks, all the good stuff!The atmosphere is fun and family friendly. The crew is always nice and helpful. Great place all around!

We came up to meet family and really.enjoyed the pizza, chesesticks and salad bar. The games for the kids is nice. My only suggestion would be to add a changing table to the mens room, Im 7 months pregnant so my husband hauls our older son to change and Ill tell ya I had one heck of a time in that tiny bathroom.

The pizza is extremely good. We drive 35 miles to eat there. The service is great even though they are always very busy. Do not pass up the opportunity to try it as you will not be disappointed!

This is my husbands new aunt and his birth uncle pizza restaurant and oh my gosh its seriously the best pizza I have ever had. And my cinnamon bread stick dessert was delicious. The ingredients are very fresh I can tell they take a lot of pride in their food. Thank you for the hospitality xo!

Pizza was awesome. Had large pepperoni for four people and was just enough. They are generous with their pepperoni, great crust, sauce had a good flavor and just the right amount of cheese. They have some arcade games and claw games for the kids. We will definitely come back again when in the area and try some more combinations from menu. Love the staff shirts that say medicinal marinara.

Pizza is really good. Gralic on meatball pie was scrumptious. Counter serve. Limited but adequate beer/wine. Down side is high prices. A 24oz beer was $11. Glass of local wine, $8. Our tab for two pies and a beverage each was $70.

Not only is this my households favorite pizza place, but Im lucky enough to go here semi often. Everytime we go camping, backpacking, or hiking in the area we always make sure to stop here for food, and buy an extra pizza to take home. In my old FFA group and my scout troop, we also always made it a habit to go here when in the area.

Ordered a large pizza with 3 toppings. One topping was sparse, and another was completely absent. I addressed the missing topping and the staff reluctantly offered to make a new one, or add the missing topping and put the pizza back in the oven. The result was my original pizza with a pile of uncooked pineapple on part of it.I didnt appreciate the lack of effort put into correcting the mistake. I dont want to go back to place that doesnt care

They are super sweet. They offer a dessert pizza with the all you can eat deal. Unfortunately I am allergic to cinnamon. I was not at the table when it was being served and my husband informed them I couldn’t have any due to the allergy. They made me a mini dessert pizza without the cinnamon without a second glance. We will definitely be back.

We love Mikes Pizza! Ordered salad bar and a pizza to go last night and the flavor was good as always.Salad bar was stocked up and fresh - dont skip on the potato salad, its so good!Only mild complaint was there was so much cheese on the pizza that when you bit into it after it was no longer piping hot it was as thick as the crust and had a weird texture.Who complains about too much cheese tho? 😂 not a deterrent and will definitely be back.

Best pizza ever. If your looking for that good old fashioned pizza then please give Mikes pizza a try. I gave up on all other Pizza places in Sonora untill I tried Mikes. From the sauce to the fresh ingredients I was so happy. I love my pizza but had not bought one for 6months. Then I tried Mikes pizza. Hands down they know how to make a delicious pizza. First timer. First off, the crew are all friendly and really into their job. Nice to see folks taking pride in their work. And it shows in the end product.Secondly, probably the best tasting pizza ever. The salad bar! How can salad be so darn tasty? The ingredients were really fresh and flavorful. I dont get it, been buying ready made salads in grocery stores or order (expensive) them at restaurants, nothing as delicious as Mikes Pizza of Sonora.Next time I travel through, definitely stopping here.

Couple months ago, I decided to order bacon on it. It was REAL bacon (thick crumbles), and allot of it. I always get a medium bake.One time they overcooked it. I called and they redid it. No rudeness, or impatience, just professional and friendly. I also get a senior discount.This pizza is the bomb! I always have plenty of leftovers the next day. Prices posted on the board are wrong and not updated. A med cheese pizza shows $8.99. When we went to pay $18.99 for a simple med cheese pizza. They also add on your bill an additional charge….”inflation charge” Buyer beware! Spent $76.00 on 2 med pizzas, 5 small soda drinks and an order of Mozzarella sticks ($7.95) to feed a family of 5 (3 small children, 2 adults) we will not be back.

We went their for a birthday party and had a fantastic experience. They have a delicious meatball pizza, and a very friendly and helpful staff that are more than happy to go out of their way to make your experience pleasurable. Its was noisy, but not too noisy, and full of life just like a pizza parlor should be. Its a good time, with good pizza and friendly people. I highly recommend stopping in for it beer and a pizza. Overall this place has been a pretty good pizza place for years. The pizza is solid, but nothing special. To be honest, I find several other local places to have a more flavorful pizza. I just find this sauce to be lackluster and some of the toppings they use to be lacking in flavor. The staff is fine, if not a bit standoffish. The place is clean, and the restrooms are spotless. It’s good food and a good place, but not stellar.

A huge plus as well is their awesome Salad bar! 3 types of different greens, 6 types of dressings & all the add ins you could ask for! Such a great place! I honestly was not expecting to be as impressed as I was being my first time in town. The staff were amazing. And the pizza was so flavorful, seriously some of the best pizza Ive had. Great people, good beer, good atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious pizza. Cant be beat and from what all the locals say this is the place to be on weekends, and every day. There was even live music. I had a large group too and the place was packed and they were able to accommodate us all no problem. Not to mention several picky kids in our group. Take out only right now. Loads of staff in the kitchen and they were friendly as always. I was a walk-in and gave my order then waited in my car. I got a text a few minutes after I was in the car telling me when it would be ready in 10 minutes. Overall it was quicker than it used to be, and the pizza was as delicious as always. The pizza used to be good, but its pretty terrible now. My husband likes going here, especially bc its close to home, but they never put all of the toppings we pay for on my pizza and they barely put any. I always feel like Im eating bread and sauce. They just dont know how to make good pizza anymore. I heard they changed ownership.Round Table has done better sometimes, but sometimes not. Jamestown Pizza Plus has been awesome and their crust tastes homemade. Same with St. Charles Saloon pizza.

The one thing Mikes Pizza has over most other pizza spots Ive visited is the fact that they put their toppings all the way to the edge! The pepperoni wrapped around the crust, which is awesome for crust lovers like me! I wouldnt say the pizza was mind blowing, but it definitely hit the spot and I was happy we went. Arguably the best pizza in the county. They have some of the most unique & delicious specials I’ve seen at a pizzeria, but they’re masters of traditional pizzas like pepperoni, combination, etc. Its a bit higher priced, but in my opinion its worth if for the quality you get. The best deal they have is their all you can eat pizza buffet on Wednesday where they bring out just about every kind of pizza they have, including a desert pizza. Service is usually reasonably fast, especially for made to order pizza.

Sad to say this place has really changed since the new owners. We ordered the salad bar and a small pizza. My husband had a hair in his salad! While we were waiting for our pizza the lady in the booth next to us had a hair in her chicken wings! One of the workers was emptying trash then went right to putting food on pizzas and did not wash his hands and they dont use gloves or hair nets. Not going back. So sad.... This place used to be great.

Mikes is going downhill, fast. Subtract one star for cleanliness and sanitation; the open kitchen is filthy, strewn with paper, food and garbage which the cooks and waitresses step over and kick out from underfoot. Forget hair nets worn by the hirsute cooks.Subtract another star for service; heaven forbid that theyve made a mistake on your order and it becomes Your Fault, or that the discount Rad program is down and you have to pay in cash, which you didnt bring with you, or the surly argumentative waitress who tells you your late pizza isnt burnt, its just well done.And finally substrate a third star for their pricing; Yourre told over the phone one price but when you get there its seven dollars more than they told you, and the surly girl tells you our pricing really went up this week, and the pizza is just will done.Im taking my business and Rad card to Jamestown or Frappys pizza from now on.

Mikes Pizza is probably one of my favorite places to have lunch when Im working - good place to bring the work crew on weekends too.Its advised to call ahead if you dont have a lot of time - average wait time for an order is about 30-45 mins on most days due to order volume.Place is kept pretty clean. Theres TVs playing sports for the adults and arcade games for the kids.Ive never had a bad dining experience here. The pizza always comes out fantastic, the bread is wonderful.Give Mikes a shot if youre in the area. Im willing to bet money you wont leave disappointed.

This is a great place for pizza in Sonora. The crust is great; not too thin, not too thick, and not bland. It strikes a good balance between softness and sturdiness. They are generous with their toppings and the sizes of the pizzas are good. Plenty of seating inside during the day, but Ive never been there during peak hours. Lots of video game cabinets too for that old school pizza place vibe. If youre passing through Sonora on your way back from the mountains, this is a great spot to fuel up before driving back home.

Pizza is decent, when you buy the whole pie. I tried the All-You-Can-Eat Wednesday and was disappointed. They bring whole pizzas around and offer one narrow slice. The problem is they make one of everything on the menu and the simple ones like pepperoni were eaten by the other patrons before it got to you. If you love Olive/Onion with a white sauce, or other odd meatless offerings, you’re golden. After 90 minutes and just four narrow slices of something that sounded good, I gave up.

On the recommendation of our Airbnb host we stopped by to this bustling pizza place and we were glad we did! Choosing a vegetarian special they were kind enough to let us substitute some items without a fee.It is a loud and busy place but the pizza is great and for the price you cant go wrong. Im giving Mikes Pizza a 5 purely on pizza only. Mikes likes to hire young high school to early college kids, and KIDS are exactly how they act. The staff is distracted with cell phones or other kids. Ive waited in line to pick up an order and watched as well as heard the younger staff make fun of guests behind there backs. They roll there eyes, and make unprofessional comments, they do what kids do. Great grilled chicken pesto on ciabatta bread. Chicken has good grilled flavor, moist and the pesto is delicious. Comes with crispy fries and the sandwich is garnished with a dill pickle, tomato and red onion on the side. You have a choice of melted cheese on top and I had the mozzarella.
