Finally a real butcher, and close to my home. I have been dreaming of Smoking beef ribs forever, but could never find them anywhere. Milos has them and they are wonderful! I also LOVE the flap steak with their house seasoning. You have to cook it on lump charcoal, any other way is not ideal. The meat is top notch.

The staff are friendly and make recommendations.Tonight was Japanese night at the house. We purchased Teriyaki Steak. Wow. Marinated with love and all the right spices. We also added scallops which were beautiful.The meat selections are perfectly displayed like in a 5 star steak house. Options for all meat lovers make this place a diamond and this hole in wall is awesome. Meats just look amazing in the display. The BUTCHER know his craft.Prices in restaurants skyrocketing, so we now purchase our beautiful perfectly cut meats at Milos Meat Shop.Cooking at home is a joy and brings our family together to chat, drink, and feat together.We used the steak and scallops in our sushi and on their own.The compliments were moaned throughout dinner. Great butcher with reasonable prices on some fine meats! Its my new go-to for Prime Short Rib. They also have Choice (and Wagyu) Picanha; cuts that are difficult to find in standard grocery stores. The staff was very helpful and friendly. When I saw they had a whole short rib in cryovac and asked if they had something smaller, they opened it and cut it in half for me. Will definitely be back! I was in Gilroy looking for another butcher shop when I stumbled across Milos. I am so thankful I did. Shop is clean and carries awesome meats. Before anyone complains about price, my chicken breast made 6 meals for me. The meat is flavorful and delicious! So thankful I found this place. Will definitely return!

Small shop, but great meat. Got some ribeyes cut thin for steak sandwiches and they were so tender and juicy. Nice, fresh quality meat. I liked that they had a choice of prime or choice ribeyes. Went with the prime and it was worth every penny. Will definitely be coming back and supporting Milos.

Fantastic butcher shop with good service, clean interior and awesome product. Cool selection of beef and housemade sausage. and they offer to trim it up for you. I got a prime ribeye which was fantastic

I really liked this place and have gotten really good service until today! I bought two porterhouse steaks Saturday for $90 and 3 days later on a Tuesday I took them out of the package to marinade them and they smelt terrible! They only traveled a few miles from milos before being put in the refrigerator so I know it wasn’t spoilt because of me so I called and they weren’t willing to replace them or refund me so I’ll carry my $100 a week for good steaks to freedom meatlocker in Watsonville! Very disappointed and they lost a loyal customer

They have Brazilian Picanha and Australian Picanha or Wagyu you should also try their sausage and chicken. I like the sausage with jalapeno (Oxiapeno or something). Staff is always willing to speak and understand your ask, you will get good quality and fresh meat/poultry.
