2023-11-29 23:23:28Minervas is a hidden gem inside Life House Palm Springs, with a refreshing take on the everyday staples you find in California. Chef Jon Thoma has created a menu that I want to eat every day, with day-to-night options that ensured I never left the property. My mornings began with the Desert Sunrise and Swim Club, a vegetarian twist to its traditional roots. It was crispy and succulent, rich in taste from end to end, ensuring I didnt even notice there was no meat. At night, I tried the carrot crudité and mushroom steak, both of which Im still dreaming about. The staff was kind and attentive, telling me memorable stories about the restaurant and the menus creation. Minervas is unique and special with an ambiance unlike anywhere else in Palm Springs--elevated, approachable, and creative throughout.

2023-11-15 18:55:22This place is such a vibe for Palm Springs! Gorgeous interior and exterior design -- feels like walking into a 70s dream, but with modern touches to keep it luxurious. Obsessed with the Mr. Minerva cocktail, and the food is great for vegetarians/vegans (which is hard to find upscale in Palm Springs). Worth every penny!

2023-11-29 23:03:06I make it a point to check out any new vegetarian spots in the area, and loved the retro Joshua Tree vibes this place gave off. Palm Springs tends to veer towards tacky (I won’t name names), so definitely was intrigued.Tried the beet poke. I love beets and I thought this was so creative. My friend (not vegetarian) was even impressed. I got the mushroom steak - beautifully done. It’s so refreshing when a restaurant puts effort into vegetarian food and not leave it as an afterthought. I liked the pool views too! I don’t have one unfortunately.

2023-12-04 20:21:10Minervas is a must try! I went for a girls brunch and the food was excellent. They had so many plant-forward, healthy options. The beet poke dish is a must try and the burger...yes please. Definitely somewhere ill be coming back for cocktails or to hang by the outdoor fire pit.

2023-11-29 21:29:52Amazing food and service! Minervas had a lovely variety of small plate options that were vegetarian friendly. We enjoyed sharing a few things - avocado dip was great and so was the carrot crudo!

2023-11-15 15:56:28It’s hard to find a vibey restaurant with healthy & vegan options - Minerva’s is just that. The design is phenomenal and the lighting creates just the right mood. The music is also very much on point. My only complaint is that this doesn’t exist in NYC! Can’t wait to be back soon.
