Bbq pork was a couple days old and very dry. No sauce/glaze on any pieces of the meat whatsoever. Not worth the $9.75 they charge at all. Mongolian beef combo plate also terrible and a joke. The few bites I took from each plate made me sick. Kudos to the people that pay these prices for such low quality food. Much rather drive 10 minutes to get 10x better in Galt.

We have been regulars here for the past few years. We absolutely love it. Everything on their menu is delicious and fresh. I do recommend ordering a lunch or dinner plate so you have soup of the day and little bit of everything. It is very well priced, my fiancé and I each order our own plate and we never pay more than $21 total. I recommend any of their delicious shrimp dishes😋

We made the mistake of ordering Ming Sing last night for our family.This place knows how to make the worse potstickers, they are all dough and deep fried or something. Just gross.Egg foo yung patties were cold and hard.No broth with the wonton soup.The rest of the food was even worseThey certainly know how to give potsticker a bad name

To start off I will tell you I got my food to go (the online ordering service for this place works surprisingly well), and so I cant comment on the service aspect of this restaurant. The restaurant itself is in an ambiguously older building right along the street. Were I to describe the look of the interior as par for the course in terms of the typical chinese restaurant, you would know immediately what you would be walking into.I did come in the evening, right around when the sun was setting, so most of the blinds were closed and it felt a bit dark and dingy, but I imagine with mare natural light during the day it has a very chill vibe. But I digress: we arent here on an interior design tour.The food was good and prepared quickly. I was particularly impressed with the vegetable fried rice and the vegetable delight. The rice was slightly sticky, but didnt clump and had a definite, just so amount of soy sauce and/or salt.Usually I find most places can get the look of the rice correct but deliver a slightly soggy and bland product. This place nails the presentation, flavor, and texture (slight chew, but not mushy in any sense; well cooked). To my taste it was lightly salted, but I also prefer a fair amount of salt, and I imagine the rice would please most people.The vegetable delight was also seasoned just right. Enough garlic to ensure it is more than a whisper, but still coy enough so that no one else can be alerted to its presence before seeing or tasting it. I dont need to wax poetic about the maladies of garlic abuse as we all probably have a memorable instance of such things. The texture, too, was delightful: vegetables that are cooked (maybe steamed) but not wilted and limp. Still a bit of a crispness when being bitten into, but not falling apart either.In terms of meat, I ordered the Generals chicken and Sweet and Sour pork, and they were good as well. Sauces werent too sweet and there was a definite and distinct difference in flavor without either having to be aggressively bold. They seemed to inhabit vastly different places in the kaleidoscope of flavor, and that seems to be about right in terms of where they should be.I dont think you can go wrong here with the food. Each plate is about $12-14 per, but youre getting large portions that are prepared well enough to withstand the arduous journey to being next days left overs, and more importantly, cooked well enough to retain all the best qualities when reheated.

Terrible service! The waitress interrupted my mom while she was ordering and didn’t let her finish, then left the table while I was ordering because a notification chimed on her cellphone. The chow main was very bland. The sesame chicken was fantastic, that’s why I gave it two stars.

Food is okay. Service needs improvement. They say theyll text or call you when your web order is complete through Doordash but they dont. I walked in and the food wasnt ready. No big deal. I waited outside because the interior is sad and ugly, but never got a notification it was ready. I went back in 10 min later and my food was sitting at the front podium in a bag. Hire more help (and make it someone who understands technology).

I went there for lunch and the food was HORRIBLE! I dont know how this place has so many stars. People should raise their standards. I will NEVER go back there. The fried rice was left on our plates because it was absolutely inedible. The chicken was over cooked. The shrimp was so overcooked it was chewy. The cornstarch water they served us is called soup? Really? How is this place keeping their doors open for business? I gave a good tip and was polite, but never ever again.

When you walk inside you are immediately greeted as if you were famous. The women up front is kind and warm and wants to make sure your happy and have everything you need, like a southern grandma. The food is also amazing, but even if it was mediocre (which it is not) I would still come because of the incredible service.

Dont try their chicken with asparagus dish! They suggested a little spicy, but all that meant was more black bean in the sauce and it was awful! The asparagus was not fresh, limpy and the entire dish was a wasted $10.99. I threw the whole dish away. Even my husband said it was awful and usually eats anything! However, there Singapore Noodles dish was pretty tasty hence the 3-stars.

My go to Chinese restaurant in Lodi. Prices are competitive and service is quick. I would order the dinner for two and the prices are competitive that you get an appetizer,soup and 2 vian and fried rice. They have a ton of customers and they are very busy. The phone keeps ringing for orders.

VERY VERY VERY rude phone lady. Started ordering garlic chicken, egg rolls and a drink for the first order and she started yelling that it is $25 minimum for delivery when I was ording each meal seperate. I never leave reviews but this really rubbed me the wrong way, I ended up spending $64. They ended up putting shrimp in one of the fried rices and did not give us the second order of eggrolls, refused to drive back out because they insisted it was in the bag. Food is great but make sure you are ready to deal with horrible customer service.

Great place! Their quality is superior. We used to Go to Southern Gold, who were excellent and 1/2 The price of Ming Sing; but now that Southern Gold closed, Ming Sing us back to being #1. The Singapore Rice Noodles are delicious, and we also love the Shrimp Chow Fun, the Curry Chicken and the Wor Won Ton Soup. And of course their Honey Walnut Prawns are the best in the Central Valley!

This place looks if-y the minute you walk in. The decor is just confusing! But the staff is nice and helpful and the food is great. The mongolian beef is the best in town! Every time I go I get it. Best part is they dont seem to get busy much so wait time very short.
