I love their food! I often pick up or order through Grubhub, Ive even had their food picnic style and brought a blanket with my young kids. I will say that the fortune cookies not being offered on Togo orders is super upsetting to my 2 daughters as the fortune cookie and fortune inside is something they always look forward to 😢. The food is really good, parking is easy, and I love that they are here in Yorba Linda. I love this shopping center and I really hope the businesses here survive.

Nice, clean, modern place. Great location. The service was food. The food was tasty and fresh. I like that it was not too greasy, and i like that the orange chicken did not have any pieces of fat or that extra breading that i dont like.The orange chicken was prepared with slices of white meat. The noodles was delicious and not greasy. The fish was cooked to perfection and very tender. The place was clean and smelling good. My family and i liked it. I will definitely be back to eat there.

Service was slow and served in phases. The other tables received all their food at once. Server did not return to offer refills for our water (a pitcher wouldve been nice). The portions were decent but having to order a la cart was pricey. $65.00 for 3 entrees!!

Food is above average (marginally better than Panda Express) and reasonably priced.The reason for the 1 star is when we asked for a few fortune cookies to go with our take outs, the lady in the front refused, stating that fortune cookies are for dine in customers only.When there are so many choices for Chinese food, this degree of pettiness is definitely a deal breaker.

The best Chinese Food Ive ever had. The Green Beans are insanely good! Better than Din Tai Fungs. The Restaurant is very clean and the staff is very kind. If you like Chinese Food this place is a must.

Enjoyed our first meal at Min’s Bistro, which is tucked away in the new Yorba Linda Town Center. We enjoyed two delicious entrees … Beef and Bell Pepper which presented itself as juicy tender meat and fresh peppers in a mild sauce.The Kung Pao Three Musketeers was a real hit! Large shrimp, tender chicken breast and beef stir fried with peanuts, scallions and dry red chilies in a fiery spicy sauce blended together to create a spicy dish. Large chunks of meat and onion, and an ample portion leaving plenty for lunch leftovers the next day! Lots of meal choices, fast service, friendly servers, and a pleasant setting near the Center’s bubbling fountain. What a great find.

I know its a new restaurant and maybe they need to dial-it-in a bit. I will definitely revisit.Came for lunch and ordered 1 item from its lunch special and another from its dinner menu. Lunch item was shredded pork with hot garlic sauce, and the other was a half a duck.Shredded pork was delicious. The duck however was a bit dry - it just tasted like an ordinary smoked duck.Overall my experience was good and restaurant was tidy.

Took 45 min to get our food. Other tables were seated after us and received all their food before us. Our waiter kept telling us ‘it’s coming soon’. Side note… the ma po tofu was excellent. Silky, smooth and tasty.

My daughter and I shared 2 dishes. Restaurant space is beautiful. Cool lights on the ceiling. Mu shu pork was good. Twice cooked pork belly was one of the worst dishes I’ve ever had in a Chinese rest. I eat pork belly weekly and it is hard to mess up but they did. The meat was tough. Fat was not rendered at all. I don’t know how that could happen but I would not go back.

I have tried more than 10 dishes here, and I can confidently say that this is the BEST Chinese Cuisine in Yorba Linda. I would highly recommend dining in instead of taking out, as the freshness and presentation of the food makes a BIG difference in your experience. Highly highly recommend this place.

My wife and I have been to Mins multiple times since they opened. Their food is delicious and its our favorite Chinese restaurant. They have large portions and are reasonably priced. Everyone we have interacted with has been friendly and prompt. I highly recommend them!

I have been here TWICE on different occasions, and our service has been horrible.The first time I came here was on a date with my husband. It was quite busy that evening, and I remember being impressed by the restaurants layout and the aroma it carried. The manager at the time sat us down and said someone would be with us shortly. During our 15 minutes waiting frame, the servers continued to seat others, take orders, and take food out. No one EVER approached us until we finally called someone over. We finally were able place our food order. However, during our wait, new customers arrived(Asians). Orders of the other individuals were taken after us, and all their orders were coming out first!? Once we saw other customers were getting their food before us, we did get impatient. Our waiting time had now been 50 minutes!! We never received our food. Hungry and agitated we got up and left.Now the second time, my husband convinced me to try the restaurant again, and I agreed. This time we arrived precisely at 11:00 am. The restaurant had just opened, and we were the first and only ones! The server was a little rude but took our orders, and that was that. Shortly after, two Asian ladies with a toddler arrive, and the server takes their order. Suddenly, it is 11:25, and those Asian ladies have their entire order while my husband, son, and I are still waiting for our meal. My son received his meal shortly after, 10 minutes later, my husband and until 11:45 am, I received mine. You best believe I was agitated again. I confronted the server because, honestly, it makes no sense in this case. The server saw us sitting there and the fact he never questioned the kitchen about our order demonstrated he had no concern.Therefore, based on both our experiences, I conclude there is a racial preference for who they serve their food first. Mins Bristo lacks kitchen/order organization skills. As well as customer service. I do not believe service is a matter of concern to them. I will never come back here again, nor will I ever recommend this place. You are better off with Panda Express.

Ive been searching for a good Chinese restaurant with food made like I used to have back East where Im from -- and I found it! I had Beef Chow Fun (flat noodles) and there was enough for 2 more meals. For the amount of food you get, the prices are very reasonable. The owner does the cooking, and after youve eaten a bit, he comes to your table to make sure everything is exactly what you wanted. A special treat was the Thai Iced Tea. Dark and light peach colored, it could even be used as a dessert. And there were bottles of hand sanitizers on each table.

Very clean and tasty food. Some healthy options available. Best to come for the lunch specials. We had Jeffrey take excellent care of us dining in. He was very attentive, polite and helpful. Another employee Jimmy was also very sweet and came by to make sure everything was up to our expectations. We will be back with family.

Honestly the best food. The orange chicken was the best light breading. I was worried it would be too heavy or this breading and it was amazingly light and delicious! They add a lot of veggies to the noodles too! Delicious will be coming back forsure!

NextDoor went kinda crazy over this place so we were intrigued. We walked by and the prices scared us off the first time. Then we decided to go ahead and try it since their prices were only a buck or two more than the place across the street we like.Serious disappointment. The Shanghai dumplings were bland. I commented to my wife they tasted like the frozen ones from Costco. She said Costcos were better. She was right.The lettuce wraps were ok but again kind of tasteless. Our to-go sauce container was tiny and could have used a little of the kick that three ingredient sauce the big chain place has. May as well just use soy sauce...which we did.Lastly, the special filet mignon French style must mean it was from a horse. Tougher than any filet meat Ive ever had. I will say the sauce was excellent.Oh; and I have to add this - any Chinese place that charges for steamed rice loses a star.

The first time we had food from here was when they had their soft opening. Have eaten there 3 times since then. The food seems to be fresh and tasty - we usually get the regulars - like the chicken fried rice and combination lo mein (can’t go worn with them). I like the mangolian beef too - simple and tasty. Hope they keep up the standard. The price is a little in the higher side I suppose; but worth paying for some decent Chinese.

This restaurant is probably the best Chinese restaurant that Ive been to in Anaheim Hills and Yorba Linda. The only other restaurant that comes close is Mix Gourmet (also in Yorba Linda). The food here is very fresh and authentic and the customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant!!!
