Mins Dumpling House in Corona

We stopped by for a quick dinner for the first time at Min’s Dumpling House and we are glad we did! The food was AMAZING! We ordered Salt and Pepper shrimp, beef and string beans, beef roll, pork and rice cakes and dumplings. The portions were a good size, we were able to share. We will definitely come back!

I’m sooo in love with their preserved vegetables with pork belly. The pork was so soft like it melts in your mouth, and the sauce is so rich. For such a dish, the price was cheap. The service crew was nice, too.Will definitely come back for this, and try their dumplings and other items in the menu.

Worst shumai I have ever had in my life. Full of just rice!! No meat, no flavor!!Horrible

The pictures posted outside looked so good. I made a mental note to come back when i was picking up flame broiler next door. My family ordered pork dumplings, vegetable noodle soup, orange chicken, and chicken fried rice. I was excited to eat but was disappointed after my first bite. The orange chicken was chewy and severely lacking any flavor. My second and third bite did not taste any better. The chicken fried rice also had chewy chicken that would not break down while chewing. The pork dumplings were beautiful but just tasted meh. The vegetable noodle soup was a winner. Both my picky girls liked it. Service was minimal. Overall disappointed and will not come back.

Very fresh food. I can taste the fresh garlic and fresh shrimp in my dishes. Dry spicy beef was good. Shrimp fried rice near average, kung paso chicken needs to improve. The “chicken meat” was breaded? Tasted like duck. Too much fat. Skeptical about it now lol. They’ said it was dark near. Nope. They do not use small chili peppers. They need more hot spicy sauces at the table and please wipe your bottles of soy sauce. Very tasty food and good portions.

The beef noodle soup is subpar. The broth was weak and tasted like tomato soup. The noodles are cheap with a flavor that doesnt match the dish. The beef has a slight tang to it instead of a savory flavor. The dish is a complete failure compared to what normal Chinese/Taiwanese food is supposed to be like. The soup dumplings are also cheap American style with a weird, slightly sweet flavor to them, which has nothing to do with actual Xiao Long Bao.Dont let the pictures fool you, like they did me. This is just a fast food place trying to serve dishes they arent good at making. You might be better off ordering the standard fast food items.The concept for this restaurant is nice, but the execution is an absolute travesty. There need to be some SERIOUS recipe and ingredient changes. Im so sad.

If you are crazy about Dim Sum/ Dumplings, THIS is YOUR PLACE! Absolutely Wonderful! I also ordered the seafood noodle soup, hot tea and a sweet gourd drink. There is no alcohol here, but you dont need it. It is west of the 91fwy @ Ontario in Corona in a little Plaza called Corona Orchard. There is a large CVS on the corner. Staff, service and cleanliness A plus. Lots of parking. Enjoy! :)

This place was bomb! For all you complainers, you’re wrong. This place was so good. No complaints keep up the great work with your food!

Mood - Eyes bigger than StomachOk Ill admit, when Im hungry I cant eat that much. However dont you dare think to tell me that. Just let me indulge in my moment to think Im participating in a Texas Style 60 minute contest. Yes Ill get a box to go. Yes Ill eat the remainder later. However you dont have to rub it in my face. Just let me have my moment :)Upon entering was quickly greeted and ushered over to a table. I had been driving in traffic from Vegas to here so I was beyond hungry. Menus were given and drink order was taken.Opted for Thai Tea, Lemon Ice Tea, Scallion Pancake,Cucumber Salad,XLB, Beef Noodle Soup, and Pan Fried Dumplings. Oh my this was a feast and nothing disappointed in the slightest. Im a lover of XLB and was highly pleased with the flavor.Interior is great in size. There are several seating arrangements. Everything was very clean. Music was playing in the background. The station or was on was really good. Thats always nice when you have great food and great music to pair it with.Would most def recommend. Pricing was actually reasonable. Especially for all the food we got. The staff checked on our table continually. The customer service was very friendly and hospitable.

The reviews made me want to order, I didnt know they didnt have indoor dinning so placed an order in the restaurant. The place was small and the place wasnt so updated. The cashier took our order and said it would be ready in 30 minutes. We picked up the food and it wasnt too hot. I know we ordered a lot but the temperatures werent good. The food did not stand out . The shrimp fried rice lacked some serious flavor. The dumplings were ok. It was not worth the drive. Im not sure how it has so many stars.
