This was an impromptu meal stop while in Alameda on business. I am very glad I dropped in and will take any opportunity to eat here again. The warm service was exceeded only by the quality of the food.

I’ve ordered here from Door Dash twice and decided to take my partner out on a date here. We’ve had their Chicken Pho, Bahn Mi sandwiches, and Lemon Grass Chicken. Each dish was phenomenal. We will be coming here again to eat very often!

I visited this place a couple of times here during my visit to our west coast offices at the Marina Village Parkway. I am no expert on Vietnamese food but the dishes I had were very tasty. I had the Pad Thai and Vegetable medley and was very satisfied by both. I had fresh spring rolls which were very good and the Thai ice tea was great too.

With a small indoor and about 4 tables outdoors, Mintleaf strikes a beautiful balance for pleasant dining. Service is prompt and friendly. Menu is focused, with strong traditional offerings couple with some nice house specials.First time there was a delight. Served quickly and everything came out perfectly. We had the Sizzling Beef platter, wanton pho and a chicken curry sweet potato clay pot. Add in some coconut rice to soak up the yummy sauces and the meal was a hit!Update: made it here a second time and it was equally delicious. This time my wife and I enjoyed their pho. Warm and flavorful broth with fresh cuts of beef and all the usual fixings. Definitely a good place to go!Located in a strip mall, youll likely never want for parking. (Plus, theres a bobba so next door!). Ill be going again when the family wants delicious food.

Mint leaf is one of my favorites on the island. I’ve tried a couple of meals from the pho to the bahn mi and rice plates and everything was really good. Staff are always super nice and helpful.

Always great to be eating here for Vietnamese cuisine. If it is cold, we get Pho. On a regular day our go-to dish is the shaken beef for me and fish and chips for my son.

Great flavors all around. The reason for a star deduction is pork chops were off the shoulder end and not a center cut so there were a lot of little bones and cartilage, also they were extremely thin for a dish thats over 14 dollars a plate. It was seasoned nicely though. Also I never understood why you have to order rice on the side. Who is eating just a pork chop with no rice? Secondly the firecracker chicken was quite a letdown compared to the rest of the meal. Over cooked, mushy and not a good flavor. The Vietnamese restaurant caters more to the average American who probably wouldnt be excited to eat pork blood/tripe/and tendons because its been ommited for a nontraditional crowd. Despite that though the flavors are there.

The fresh rolls here are divine. The vegitaian one are probably my favorite but the ones with crispy fried shrimp (summer rolls) are also heavenly. The staff is always super friendly and do forget the fried bananas for dessert!

I have been here a few times and I’m always satisfied. The service is great. I have a variety of noodle dishes and the sandwiches here as well. All fresh and tasty. The prices are in line with other Vietnamese restaurants in the area. I need to try the pho!

This place is clean, the staff are wonderful, their food is great. I had a grilled lemongrass pork chop, a seafood noodle soup, mussels and chicken satay for for starters and they were delicious! The fried bananas and ice cream were fried perfectly! I’ll be coming back here for more!

Tucked away in a strip mall, Mint Leaf is a casual, no-frills eatery with a very basic dining area inside and a few tables outside of the front door. No hostess stand, but they will see you when you enter (we got food to go). We had the Summer rolls (#8), which were light and filling. The Clay pot (#40) was delicious, with fresh veggies and mix of chicken shrimp and calamari. The lemon grass chicken with garlic noodles (#38) was okay, but the garlic noodles were very bland. Overall, this is a very good little restaurant to dine-in or take-out.

I had the spicy and sour soup with noodles and it was delicious. Not too sour and not too spicy but also sweet. We sat outside with half of our table in the shade and the other half in the sun. It worked.

This is great place to just stop for lunch on a Saturday afternoon as you run errands or are around Alameda. The banh mi sandwich combo is really well priced: roll, sandwich, and broth. The pork banh mi sandwich was really great. Good environment and quick service. I will definitely be back.

The place was fairly priced and tastes really good they did charge quite a bit for plain rice on the side kind of surprising. I had the curry chicken in a clay Bowl. I had two sides of rice and it cost $5 extra.

Not authentic at all to me. Very disappointing. Americanized Vietnamese food served in smaller portions than real Vietnamese restaurants for higher prices. I think they are trying to pull a Slanted Door, but for lunch. Raise the price, make it slightly bland. Use pretty plates and people will think it is cuisine.

I had a bad feeling as soon as I walked in a saw that almost every table had not been wiped down and had scraps and one table still unbussed. We waited and she wiped down a table for us. There seemed confusion by the 2 wait staff, despite only 2 other tables were occupied and they were done dining. Long story short. Food was meh and it took 10 minutes to get utensils to eat with. After we were done it took 25 minutes to get the check, despite stacking our plates. They were preoccupied with bookkeeping. It was bad enough that I dont think Ill be back.
