Misaka Sushi in Brentwood

First time there and impressed with clean, modern facility and attentive staff.We over ordered not realizing the generous portions offered at very competitive prices.The Wakame for a mere $4 was enough for two as was the spicy Edamame for not much more. The salmon sashimi combination was a full meal in itself and the salmon was excellent in terms of taste and texture. The Misaka roll is popular for a reason and is an explosion of taste if you can handle a little wasabi and take a whole piece at once.We are world travelers and quite discerning when it comes to restaurant food. This one is a keeper!

Had dinner on Saturday wait was 40 min young man attending us very kind, took for ever to order drinks, our waiter forgot some of our orders, she goes on break and no one attended us we where 6 of us, we where never told she was going on a break. there was a older man who was attending other how I wish he was are waiter so kind and attending to his tables. For having great ratings was not that good at all the food was cold especially the rice. So sad.

This place was super yummy and good, only complaint is that our server sorta just drove away in the middle of serving us? The concept of also being able to order from the boba place for drinks was great and I highly recommend this place.

First time dining here, and I was impressed .The Poke salad and Rainbow roll were very well prepared and ample quantities. Service was cordial, and David did a nice job in accommodating us.The menu is huge, and I look forward to revisiting and trying new things.

My brothers took me to this restaurant because they know I absolutely love sushi. The place was pretty full but typically theres a line out the door so I was told. Now the presentation is on point, the sushi is fresh and delicious but I wasnt impressed with either the service or the variety or lack of rather of sushi selection. Now mind you Im not saying it wasnt good but not many choices available compared to all the other sushi places Ive gone to. The one person that did go out of their way to service us even though she was not our server was excellent and I spologize as I didnt get her name.Thats all I got for this one folks.

Ive been told by friends and family about Misaka for years, but havent been. Im sad it took me so long. Best sushi in town by far. Drinks were great too. I had the Spiced Mai Thai and you may need a driver if you have a few of these. Both my rolls were amazing and the edamame was a great starter.

The food is great but the times Ive been the wait staff always were slow to ask me for a drink. It should not take more than 5 minutes to be asked if I want any water or something else to drink. What drew the line for me today was, I sat down with my wife and proceeded to wait about 5 to 7 minutes.Then another couple walks in and is immediately waited on. On top of that, it was not during any lunch or dinner rush. I hope in the future the wait staff is more professional and has more urgency in their step.

Had hoped not to post publicly, but no apparent way to contact management other than by phone.Had been using Chownow regularly to order/pickup take out. Worked well until yesterday.Ordered as usual, waited 15 min for approx. ready time so I could pick up. Instead received notification an order cancelation notice ..the restaurant cant make this order right now . Had order similar simple orders numerous times before. Ended up being a Panda Express night (at least it was cheaper). Not a good look. Will be a while before we return to Misaka, but we will, their food is pretty good.

We like this sushi very much. It’sdelicious and inexpensive. I especially like pork rice bowl.

Ordered the Crazy roll and the Philadelphia roll. Sushi was meh. Crazy roll taste and texture felt as if it was readymade and refrigerated, i.e had consistency of a mush burrito. Philadelphia roll was good but quite bland. None felt fresh. Had better sushi at other restaurants. However service was decent since I got dinner quickly. May give it another shot next time.
