My boyfriend and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mr. Parker in Palm Springs, and I must say, it was an absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted by Tim, who set the tone for the evening with his warm and welcoming demeanor. His genuine hospitality made us feel right at home, and it was a wonderful first impression.Our server, Ezekiel, was equally amazing throughout the evening. Not only was he attentive and knowledgeable, but his wine recommendations were spot on. He took the time to understand our preferences and suggested the perfect pairings for each course. Its always a delight to have a server who goes above and beyond to enhance the dining experience.Now, lets talk about the food. The menu at Mr. Parker is a true culinary delight, with a wide range of options to please any palate. For appetizers, we indulged in the hamachi crudo, oysters, and burrata. Each dish was a masterpiece on its own, with fresh flavors and exquisite presentation. The combination of the delicate hamachi, the briny oysters, and the creamy burrata left us craving for more.When it came to the main course, two dishes stole the show for me. First, the truffle pasta was an absolute revelation. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the truffle-infused sauce was rich and decadent, with each bite leaving a lasting impression. And lets not forget about the filet mignon. Cooked to perfection, it was tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The accompanying sides and sauces were thoughtfully crafted and elevated the dish even further.In addition to the outstanding food, Mr. Parker boasts a charming ambiance and an attentive staff that adds to the overall experience. The attention to detail in every aspect of our dining experience was truly remarkable.Overall, Mr. Parker exceeded all expectations. From the moment we were greeted at the door by Tim to the impeccable service by Ezekiel and the exceptional menu highlights like the hamachi crudo, oysters, burrata, truffle pasta, and filet mignon, this restaurant is a true gem in Palm Springs. And we have a winner! Wondering what the best white linen dinner destination in the desert is? It’s the dining room at the Parker. General Manager Mr Fox runs a tight and classy ship, delivering a service experience reminiscent of Ma Maison and Chasen’s. The room is a visual feast, they did their homework on the wine list, and the execution in the kitchen is five stars. Put this in your list when you need to impress a special date, or you just need to remind yourself that Palm Springs still has an ace or two up its sleeve.

10/10 Experience! My wife and I went to Mister Parker as a celebration for her birthday and let me tell you, they made this such a VIBE! From the music, the service, the quality, etc. everything was incredible and led to an amazing evening.Our server was kind, funny, and very welcoming of two non-foodies. The GM made sure to check in on us and everyone around us on multiple occasions.I will say, the price can be a bit high, however, well worth the experience and food!

Wish we had a better experience than we did at this restaurant. I planned a dinner for my boyfriend’s 40th birthday. I made a reservation 4 weeks in advance, and called 2 weeks in advance to alert the establishment it was his birthday. The reservations are on “Peak” - you reserve your specific table; catch is that apparently, other customers can “buy” your reservation from you.As this was intended to be a special milestone dinner, I booked a banquette. The day of the reservation (on his birthday) I received a text from Peak that someone wanted to buy my table for $50, and if I wanted to keep my table, I didn’t need to respond.We arrived at the restaurant early, and had a drink at the bar - lounge/bar area is great! When time for our reservation, we were “greeted” by a host, who promptly informed us that this is a Dinner Jacket Only restaurant (we were never advised of this prior to the reservation). The host was pretty rude to us, and handed my boyfriend an ugly paisley silk magician’s jacket.We were brought to a table that was NOT a banquette, instead a table in the middle of the room. Someone swiped our table, and we didn’t receive the proposed $50. Disappointing, but we didn’t say anything. We had high hopes for the evening regardless.Unfortunately, I would not suggest anyone waste their money here. For the $600 we spent, we assumed we would receive a level of service and food quality that would match the ambiance, and we were sadly incredibly disappointed. We had one server that seemed to leave 10 minutes after we were seated, claiming we were in for a night of surprise - our only surprise was the service was bad - he dropped a candle on the table (this is actually part of their bread and butter service), and left. The bread arrived 25 minutes later from a different server, who forgot to explain that the candle was the butter. After taking our order (almost an hour after we sat), all service nearly disappeared. The food was both over and undercooked - $140 for a Wagyu steak that was undercooked and flashed, and inedible. The steak tartare was prepared table side; the server said “I will review the items as we prepare the dish - let me know if you are allergic to or don’t like anything” (to note, they never asked our allergies); before we could say if we wanted any adjustments, the ingredients were already in the dish.At one point, I brought “4-0” candles that I had purchased over to the host, to give the kitchen for dessert. He acted like I handed him something spoiled. The dessert came from the server and the host, who both just handed my boyfriend the dish and simply said “enjoy” and walked away.Overall, ambiance was a 10, tables were a 6, drinks were a 5, food was a 2, service was -5. We will not be making another stop here on our next Palm Springs annual trip.

We had an exceptional experience at Mr.Parker’s while celebrating our anniversary! We were warmly greeted by wonderful host/manager Tim, had a fantastic team waiting on our table including our server Delia, - the food was creative and delicious and the overall atmosphere amazing, cozy and fun!Highly recommend.

One of the most amazing dinner experiences anywhere, especially in Palm Springs area. The vibe is very PSP while the food is very creative and well presented! Excellent wine list and exceptional service by everyone there. Palm Springs how it’s suppose to be! Enjoy

Had a lovely evening at mister parkers. The ambience was perfect for a leisurely decadent meal. The servers were friendly and attentive. The meal itself was perfection from start to finish. Some standouts on the menu include the pork, the steak and the Thai Brussels sprouts. Will definitely return.

Recently dined with a group of seven ladies for a bachelorette party. We had the private dining room. The experience was all around top notch. Ezekiel (server) took phenomenal care of us and Tim (GM) made sure the night exceeded our expectations in every way. Overall experience is a 10 and food is also solid. Highly recommend.

I couldnt put into words how I felt so special on my birthday, I am so blown away by the attention to detail about this place must say this place went above and beyond from being welcomed by a well dressed gentleman in a suit named Tim Fox(such a foxy name) everything was like in a dream, it was quite an amazing experience like I was in a movie set of the great Gatsby, the decor was a mix of that elegant vibe with a modern art deco was truly so entertained with each eclectic art that was hanged in the walls and felt like the food was served at such quite timing that we felt like we never had to wait, the food was truly a delight as me and my bestfriends are both foodie, the serving quality if the food was so rich and savory that even when we only got 3 entrees I was already so full the bites was just so tasteful and just filling because of its quality, and I cant even get over how thoughtful the servers are and they very much explained everything they were serving with such delight, YOU have to truly experience it yourself to feel how special this place truly was! It was over the top but in the most beautiful way of being served in a way were they truly go above and beyond to make sure that you are getting the best dinning experience!

Had the most beautiful and amazing dinner! The service and food was superb! The ambiance was absolutely gorgeous! It was my best friend’s birthday and everyone went out of there way to make it so special!
