Good food and good price for lunch special.Teriyaki is not too sweet. The miso soup is too light, no green onions and no seaweeds. The tempura sauce is no grated daikon. Udon noodle is soft. Other than that I think it is great.

Extremely quick service, delicious rolls (they did not skimp on the meat) and reasonable prices. This was a great find and we will absolutely be coming back. We ordered the Cucumber special, Ken’s Special, and the Salmon Temp rolls as well as the Tempura ice cream.Thank you to Miyako sushi! It is rare that we are left this satisfied with both food and service.

It’s my family’s go-to place for sushi. We’ve been countless times over the years. Fresh sashimi, tasty teriyaki, tempura, and poke bowls all at very reasonable prices. It maintained its consistency throughout the years simply always impressed 👍👍

Good local sushi house with their happy hour menu Mon - Fri 3:00 - 6:00 PM half priced sushi. Good variety and well made choices. Its gets packed so get there early.We had the dragon, miyoko, rainbow, n Alaskan rolls. Miyako roll was a great new favorite.

I love this place SO much. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and have never been unhappy with my food or service.I hardly ever eat at the restaurant because I like ordering out. But the restaurant is very nice, clean, and the staff is super attentive.I typically order 3 rolls (Lone Hill, 007, and the Heavenly Burrito) and that is more than enough for me and my boyfriend. My order is typically ready in about 15 minutes which is super quick in my opinion.If you haven’t been here yet and you want something other than AYCE sushi (where you wait an hour just to get in) then come here! You won’t be disappointed.

My wife and I have been going to thisLocation for over 3years and I have to say this sushi place is fantastic and very friendly and clean. Thank you Andie for always welcoming my wife and I everytime we dine in. Service is excellent and the food is freshly made and the taste and the quality is by far the best we have experienced. The best thing about this location is real Japanese making real sushi. Good sushi, but they consistently increase their special prices every few months. It was $15.95 for two rolls, then $17.95 and now $19.95. Wish they would stay consistent with a price and stop increasing their prices as we all know the prices will not ever come down to what it once was.

So this place has been my #1 Sushi restaurant for the pass 14 years. Miyakos never disappoints. Theyre also one of the few places that carry fresh wasabi. If youve never had you need to taste it, its by far so much better then the green horseradish that everyone else serves. But you must order it and its a little extra but worth every penny. The consistency of great customer service and quality of food is why this is my favorite sushi restaurant.

Went there on a Wednesday evening with a large group to celebrate a birthday. The staff brought over dessert and sang Happy Birthday. Our food was tasty and served in a timely manner. Contemporary music played in the background while two tv screens were showing baseball. It was a fun and lively atmosphere. We had a great time.

Miyako gets busy very quickly when they open. If you are not here by 4:30 on the weekend you are probably going to have a wait.The staff is very friendly and attentive.The food is on the better side of your average sushi fair. It is not high end sushi by any means, but it your primary goal is to have rolls, then you should satisfied.As all the other reviews have mentioned, happy hour is the time to come. If you like she they have several good selections.

Still my favorite sushi place I’ve been. The rolls are so fresh and have great variety. The sushi chefs are so fun and interact with the customers. As you walk out after eating, the sushi chefs yell, “See you tomorrow!!” One time we went for lunch and they instead yelled, “See you tonight!” It’s a great environment. Also, the crunch dragon roll is a must have each time you go!

We love this place! Moved from Pasadena and looking for a great sushi place and by far this is the best place ever.. Fresh fish .. Tasty and very friendly sushi chefs! Took the daughter there and although the staff was very polite and the sushi it self was tasty we waited a long time before they realized that they lost our order we waited and waited while other customers got there good even though they came in 10 to 20 minutes later. But thats not what bugged me. What bugged me was the fact that they didnt offer to make amends for their mistake. Came back place is still the bomb when it comes to the freshness and quality cant stay away.

Miyako Sushi is a highly rated sushi restaurant. My adult children love to eat there. My son lived in Japan for one summer of his life. He had his share of sushi and he swears this place is the best! Since Im not much of a raw fish eater I usually get something thats been cooked. The restaurant is always packed so its a good idea to make a reservation. Most rolls run around 8 to $12.

Best in cali. Never had such a mindblowing salmon sashimi. My little girl said she was entering different dimensions after the first bite. Still, theyre too busy to replace the old menus that are too disgusting to touch. The tables have a layer of sticky thatll never come off they way they clean. Its a quaint little establishment that is pretty much big on no-frills. while they are very attentive, you usually have to get the servers attention physically during rush hour. the sashimi is always fresh and the sushi chefs are fairly generous with the portions for the price. speaking of prices, they are average for the area and have happy hour, 2X Rolls for $14.95... most of the appetizers are about 1/2 off. you can usually find me there sometime during the week between 3pm and 6pm...
