Amazingly friendly staff, great milk tea and great food to go with it. I would recommend it as the best Boba place in IV. Totally worth trying it and going back afterwards. Wholeheartedly recommended!

Definitely a nice little place -- without a doubt the best tapioca pearls in the area. You can really tell that they take painstaking efforts to ensure good quality. Even the logos on the cup are perfectly centered! Ive loved every drink and food item served here. It can take some time for the boba to be prepared, but as long as you call in advance you can check whether or not they have a batch prepared. At the very least, you definitely know that everything is fresh. By far my favorite place to go in IV~

Best Boba ever!! So so so so good. Service is friendly and helpful.The atmosphere is not very inviting - you can sit and drink your boba there. Would i want to sit here by myself-- no way. But in a group it works.Some places you go to have a coffee or tea because its so lovely to just sit there and enjoy your surroundings... This is NOT that place. But thats ok...you go here because the boba is so excellent.

+ Really great menu with lots of variety in drinks and snacks+ Authentic tea flavors and options+ Menu is organized well so its easy to find what you want+ They have vegan milk tea options+ I love that you can customize the sweetness of your drink. 50% sweetness on milk teas is perfect. We tried 25% sweet on a tea drink and it wasnt sweet enough+ Best tea spot that weve found on the central coast+ They have so many options for toppings -- grass jelly, boba, aloe vera, lychee jelly, pudding, and more!+ The interior is super small, but they have a huge deck patio seating. It can get a little sunny because there isnt any shade+ No restrooms+ Parking is difficult here

I love the food and drinks at Mojo! The pork belly bowl is flavorful and a great hearty meal. I go to Isla Vista very rarely but whenever I do, I make sure to stop at Mojo for some delicious food!

The shop just recently opened so exterior is not that appealing but their patio is nice. Interior is Kind of cramped for a group. The only reason this is a 3 star is because of the price and amount. Its a small vertical plastic cup for ~$6. It taste better than other milktea shops in IV (my opinion) but price is most expensive out of all other places. The one I got was roasted honey oolong with mango star.

Update: I have eaten here many times since and the food has always been fantastic, the beef bowl and the pork belly are my absolute favorites. Jasmine green milk tea is to die for as well.Awesome pork belly, just amazing. Everything was perfectly cooked, compliments to the chef. However, no straw was included with the boba so I had to drink it with a spoon. Sad!

Prices are a little steep, but nothing too drastic for good boba in IV. Its really just to be expected. Really nice customer service. Theyre food is all on point. I really enjoy the popcorn chicken and pork belly bowl. The portions arent skimpy either. The Taro and Thai Tea are classic goodies. Also the cheapest choices lol. Nice seating area for some quali-tea time with friends

Really friendly staff. We came in right at opening, so the tapioca boba was not ready and would be another 30mins. This place lost a star because it’s a little grungy inside; dirty floors, tiles. Just needs a good wipe down.

I ordered a beef don few years when they did not have a real store. I was pretty disappointed about the quality of the beef don. It only had four slices of beef and it costed me around $8. Save your money and get a better beef don in Yoshinoya.

The tea is good, but the boba pearls can be a bit hard and dry. Still one of the better places around IV. The jasmine milk tea is the best.

Genuine milk tea place! House black milk tea tastes good👍 Hokkaido milk tea is my husbands favorite 😍 I recommend 75% sugar level without ice and toppings!

Good bubble tea is unfortunately difficult to find around and Mojo hits the spot. I have only tried the food once (and it was just okay to me) but definitely a favorite for bubble tea!
