First of all, stoked we have a ramen shop in Simi - second of all, Ive never been to a soft opening before but if this is how good they are on a limited capacity I cant Wait to see how insanely good the rest of their menu is gonna be. We got the garlic truffle ramen and it didnt stand a chance. The broth was perfect and buttery without being too thick, and the noodles were Delicious and eggy and firm. Topped it off with the Moneykey roll, and their sushi is just as good and fresh as their ramen. 9001/10 please come eat here!!!

MoneyKey Ramen is a new ramen venture that opened up in the Simi Town center. Right next to where Musashi used to be.They serve a combination of Japanese dishes, most notably ramen. As well as sushi, edamame, gyoza, and other add-ons.The ramen is rich and flavorful. They carry four varieties of ramen broth. Traditional, spicy miso, garlic truffle, as well as veggie ramen. They all have a nice flavor to them, although the noodles are what one would expect from any other standard ramen spot.Being that it is in Simi Valley, which is sorely lacking in that department, Ill give it a pass.The service was bright and friendly. Although they are still in a soft opening so they do not quite have their liquor license yet. So keep that in mind.A nice place to go to for quick lunch meals or to satisfy your ramen cravings.

The best ramen you can find in Simi Valley! The broth was very flavorful and spicy (you can make it not spicy). The meat was very tender and seasoned very well. The chicken was my personal favorite, but the pork was amazing as well. The veggies are nice and fresh, and the noodles have a nice chew to them. I definitely recommend this place over any place when you are in Simi Valley looking for some nice filling ramen to eat!

I’m so exited to have a ramen shop in Simi Valley!! This place is excellent all around. I had the Classic Tonkotsu ramen for lunch and for me everything about it was perfect! The broth was delicious, the pork and egg were amazing, the noodles so fresh and all the toppings were on point! I asked for extra chili paste on the side and it made an excellent addition! Also the environment is so nice and chill, very cozy with lo-fi beats playing in the background. The service was very kind, attentive and asked about my request for a side of chili paste! I’m excited to come back with my husband!

Nice place, nice vibe. Flavors can use some work, but they barely opened so theres time to develop them. The spicy miso ramen was very watered out, the tonkatsu not much better. The pork belly in chili sauce had barely any chili sauce. We will come back once they fully open to try some items from their expanded menu and see if theyve added some msg or something hopefully

I thought it said “monkey”This place is phenomenalDelicious broth with crunchy lil garlic bits all over and fresh bean sprouts!!! Every ramen place I’ve ever gone to has had soggy sprouts, not these folks.My bf got the chicken ramen, it was perfectly grilled and marinaded.My pork was crispy and a bit sweet. My tastebuds couldn’t have been happier.The noodles were nice and chewy, had a good spring to em.Go here, support a local business#soupforsimi

I have eaten at this place for literally 2 days in a row and I cant get enough of it. It is the best ramen I have had anywhere near here and I am one of those people that travels for foods. The fact that Simi Valley has a gem like this is amazing. Atmosphere is very cool. It is a blend of modern and classic. The service is fantastic and the best part is the food. It is so delicious! Its like someones little grandma is in the back. Just making the best ramen and gyoza or sushi that you could possibly want in Simi Valley.

I went there yesterday with my mother for lunch and the soup was fine and I ordered a chicken teriyaki plate to go, to take it to my husband at work for his lunch shortly after eating his lunch he messaged me telling me that he was feeling very ill. I went to his work to bring him something for his stomach when I saw him he was extremely pale, sweating and has vomited six times, I had to drive him home. I am 100% sure that it was a teriyaki bowl because he was fine all day up until he ate that. Unfortunately because of that event we will not be returning such a shame.

This place is lit. The food is awesome (vegan options!) and its got vibe. Dark-ish, cool, feels like it could be in a much more trendy place than Simi. Now if they just had a liquor license!Go here!
