2020-01-23 03:21:12Very very good and the chef was so nice and polite. He needs a raise because he was the only one working, he handled everything so well...I will definitely come back with lots of friends.

2019-05-10 02:10:52Went with a large group (20+ people), and this restaurant definitely had a hard time accommodating us and the other customers. Regardless of our group size, there were only ~4 bowls in circulation when we arrived, which is disappointing anyways. Only one cook as well - though he was extremely skilled and would cook 5 bowls at once, and do some cool tricks. But my meat would end up being overcooked more often than not. Cashier/server was really nice. Food was organized well .

2019-08-03 10:53:27Very Very Sad Experience!!After several calls and walk-byes we finally found this place open. Seems they have very random hours and employees aren’t aware of muchOver half the ingredients we missing (including chicken and beef), most sauces were gone, no beer or wine. Didn’t offer us rice. Out of water, no soda machine. All that for $12 a bowl :(Not a good start.....Grill wasn’t even on during dinner rush?? Once it was hot the cook tried cooking 6 bowls at once. All different customers!! Everyone’s food and sauces were mixed!! Then he tried to carry the food from the grill to the plate spilling 20% of the food on the floor or counter. He replied “sorry”. He even burnt on of our meal so bad he had to apologize for it but didn’t offer to recook anytime. Probably best as they seemed to be strugglingMy food was extremely spicy even thou no spice was added. Who knows who’s bowl of sauce I was actually eatingThis place had high hopes. They really need to get it together.Unbelievable disappointment. Shouldn’t be open till they get it together, or have properly training the staff. Not to mention multiple health violations!!Who asks the customers if they should prep more food for a restaurant on Friday night @530???? What the heck we’re they doing all day?? That should have already been done. We even replied you guys are still open 4 more hours correct?

2019-11-16 15:18:21Good food. Seems like an after thought the way its put together.Only wish they had more consistent hours and better pricing. It would definitely get 5 stars if it did. The cook is super friendly and talkative.

2018-11-04 01:10:41Great food, great service, and I will definitely be coming back again! Quick tip: if you want to maximize the value of your buck FILL up the bowl with what you want. It was shrink when cooking so it wont be as much as it looks like in the bowl :)

2019-08-03 03:37:06Like playing a shell game with your dinner. Absolutely the worst custom cooked food ever. Empty containers of half the ingredients at dinner time Friday. The cook put 6 bowls on the grill, (scraped them out with his hand!) then moved and rearranged them all until everything was burnt and the veggies were totally mushy, at which point he had NO IDEA which belonged to anyone. Everything cross-contaminated by everything else. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, or even just like good food, stay away! If I could give it zero stars I would. (Honestly hoping Im not ill later!)

2018-12-14 02:00:10When I tried mongo madness for the first time I was very disappointed with the service and the food quality. I have been to many Mongolian restaurants before but this is by far the worst, it is by far the most expensive and the smallest selection of food and the food was very dry. When my family and I got there we were not directed toward seating(the restaurant is broken up into two sections so we didnt know where to sit, one which had the buffet line and the other was hidden by a wall). The bowls were not clean and had food on them, when I told one of their employees about this he turned around, saw me, and proceeded to not help me. One of the women there yelled at my brother and was very disrespectful towards him. I would not recommend this place at all, it was by far my worst experience at any monologue restaurant ive been too.

2019-09-15 20:41:46We during a slow time which I recommend because they really cant cook that many things all at once however they were very friendly did a great job. If you know what foods go together with what sauces youre going to make an incredible custom-made meal that is delicious and good for you. If youre the type of person who worries about cross-contamination as far as somebody elses sauces getting into yours or somebodys meat touching the grill which touches your vegan dish youre not going to like it because you absolutely cannot prevent peoples dishes from getting together. It is ia great idea, just needs some tweaking.

2018-12-11 07:58:23The taste of the bowl is what you make of it. Theres a good selection of ingredients for the Mongolian bowl. I want to say it is a little pricey, about $12 for a bowl and around $22 for all you can eat. Also, the French restaurant next door, le petite Paris is connected and during the evenings, it becomes an indoor seating area.

2019-11-17 20:34:04Ive been to a few different mongolian bbqs, it was unfortunate to see this place so understaffed. I do understand the need to make money from the food, but its causing a lot of poor reviews from people that expect faster service or more food options in the bins. The other oddity was the cooking style. Typically Ive seen large chopsticks used to rotate the food around the grill, and when the food is finally cooked, the sticks are used to move the food onto a plate right on the grill. The cook was using metal flat pans and transferring the food to the counter. He was very nice, just really getting overworked, which is the boss/owners fault ultimately.Really wish the owner would take note and hire some more people, even if it means losing money for awhile, every mongolian bbq Ive been to has been packed, and this place would be the same. Dont let it die because you are not planning the long game. At minimum you need two grillers, a restocker, and a cashier.
