The place was pretty crowded when we visited in the evening, but there are plenty of drink options. Due to the long line the waiting times are longer. This place is also more expensive than most of the other spots we have visited around CA and other states. The jasmine and lavender milk teas were okay, pretty tasty.

Omg finally! A good boba place around here! Theres so many amazing drink options on the menu. You can customize the sugar level and add lots of different toppings. And the ice cream is good too! Theres also options for shaved ice. This spot is a great place to meet up with friends and share a sweet treat!

I went here with my little brother to celebrate his award that he received from his school as he wanted to try it. I loved the choices available and was so excited to choose! I got a rose blue latte and it just looked so cute! The inside is very small but it is a great place to get delicious drinks from! I loved the boba and will definitely return to try all the delicious sounding drinks that are available!

This place just has an overall good vibe. They don’t skimp on the boba. Their drinks taste good. It’s not overpriced. Not much to say other than they hire staff with friendly personalities & offer several ways to order and pay.

This place is unique and fun. We got waffle ice creams, and they were delicious. They were light and fluffy and sweet! Staff was friendy and helpful. Cant wait to come back!

This rating is my first experience here. We drove by this place a few times, and weve been wanting to try it.. definitely worth it if you are next to it. We tried the trix or treat drink and its super good! This was our dessert after we finished dinner at the Mexican restaurant next door.

Strawberry ice cream with fresh strawberries and bubble waffle. Yum. Super cute, the staff is friendly. My kids love coming here. The only negative is if youre not familiar with these Asian treats there are no visuals, you just have to be adventurous and try it.

Used to drive 20+ minutes just to get some Boba in Murrieta & then still drive back another 20 home. Now that its in Menifee, I have my addiction at close proximity. Honeydew Milk Tea and Peach Cold Brew Tea with boba are perfect, you can also adjust sweetness.

Good milk tea. They have alot of selection and varieties to pick from. I like their texture of their boba. You can able to pick your ice, sugar as well. Very friendly employees. Most likely will visit and xome back at this location. Highly recommended! A+++++++++

We usually love going here to get our boba, but our order today wasn’t so great. We asked for lower sweetener and a wintermelon milk tea for our order. They had to make the wintermelon drink twice because it wasn’t the milk tea version. In general the drinks are overly sweet so we always ask to lower the sweetness. By the time we drank our drinks in the car we realized they didn’t lower the sweetener like we asked and it was already too late to go back.

It was busy when my homies and I topped by but it was great! The cashier answered all my questions about what stuff was or portion sizes and was very friendly. We got our shaved ice in a timely manner and it was delicious! Well definitely be returning and I highly suggest stopping here for a cool summer treat 🧋

Horrible establishment. Monsta Snow Too prides itself in being consistent, all inclusive and friendly but it is the complete opposite. The drinks are mediocre. The flavors are inconsistent, and either extremely sweet, milked or downright horrid. An overglorified boba shop, and theres so many better options out there. Theres Sharetea and Kungfu Tea. You can tell that they are better known for their desserts, which is simple to be consistent in. All it is is waffle with ice cream, ice cream or snow. The ice cream is obviously not made in house. Their snow is made in house but very inconsistent, sometimes underflavored, overflavored, very thick or very thin.The staff here is half nice, half rude. The management here is the real treat. They are very unprofessional and childish. You can tell that the owner loves to kiss up to people that praise her or benefit her. Otherwise, if anything is wrong, shell initially apologize but then if you still think something is wrong, shell act like youre the stupid one.All in all, horrible. Not giving them my support ever again.

Such sweet staff and friendly atmosphere! They try their hardest to get orders out as swiftly and correctly as possible! Remember everyone, the people who are preparing your orders are human too with emotions like us. I don’t believe in leaving a negative review on a place that’s ‘too slow’ or ‘being rude’. Most of the time, it’s the customer! 🤷🏽‍♂️ (As a manager at starbucks, I am an expert 🤣) At the end of the day, they work very hard to make us our delicious boba and ice cream haha! And I am very greatful! I come here more than once a week to treat my addiction and everytime I am pleased with my order! And remember, the kiosk is open when it’s busy or when the staff looks busy!! I always forget but it makes everything easier for everyone especially if you’re on a time schedule! I hope everyone finds this review helpful! Thank you monsta snow!! ❄️ 💗

Flavors are generic and plain. A lot of the drinks taste artificial. You can tell the tea used is low grade; Black Tea tastes like rubber, Green Tea tastes like unsweetened lipton and Oolong tastes like bark. The staff here is rude, and they straight up ignore you. I waited around for 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. It needs a lot of improvement.
