Theyre open for training rn. We ordered the signature magical milk tea and the Thai green milk tea. I really like that you can taste the tea. It wasnt overly milky or sweet, boba had great, perfectly chewy. My only thing is that the ice melted before really making the tea cold. So it was almost warm from the Boba. BUT overall really yummy !!

A lovely boba place to visit. Im often on a mission to try things that arent often offered at other places. Moon Tea House is the first place I found that offers buckwheat milk tea and it did not disappoint. The matcha oreo tornado and kura dirty fresh milk were also very delicious. I didnt get to try any foods but will definitely next time. The atmosphere is chill but probably could offer more seating, although this is the only time I visited and most people ordered to go. The customer service was excellent. Worth checking out if your ever in Roseville, CA.
After some raves about the new boba place by a friends house, I had to check it out. The decor was cool and seemed relaxing for a Saturday afternoon. The lines were not too busy, but there was definitely a steady group of people entering. My drink was made within first six minutes of order, but it sat at the counter for a good 10 minutes. WHY? Because the cashier couldnt just call out my number. She had to wait to press her electronic pad to buzz it but she was busy with an ongoing line. I was literally standing next to my drink, waiting, and waiting for her to just tell me to take it. The entire experience took over 25 minutes, and the boba was overcooked, too soft and mushy. The tea was good.
Very disappointed with the customer service. I asked a question about one of the drinks, the cashier just said, I dont know and nothing more. I found it odd that they have someone up front who doesnt know anything about the drinks (I asked what kind of tea is in it, if its black or green, etc.) They also didnt offer to find out, to ask the manager or someone who could help. Not knowing whats in the tea I ended up ordering something I didnt enjoy, which I asked if its okay to switch it out for something else. They said no, which is alright, but when I asked if I could add some tea or something they also said no, even though they offered to adjust the drink. Instead of tweaking it slightly, they turned down my request entirely. Overall I left very upset that they werent more helpful with explaining and answering my questions so Id avoid getting something blindly and not liking it.
The. Best. Boba. Honestly, I dont love boba but after getting it here my kids & I have tried a number of other places & we wont get it anywhere but here. Its always fresh. So good.

I went here 5 times and 4/5 times they were out of my drink and they are always out of food and I asked for oreos and they said they cant put oreos inside. Or even on the side so i can mix it in myself but no. Bober Tea is better. And Moon Tea House’s menu is very limited and you cant adjust your order that much. Very limited options
Magic milk tea for anyone curious like me, is an assam black milk tea. Its lovely and mild in flavor and sweetness; at normal sweetness. It is beautiful however. With slight floral notes on the black tea. The boba was fresh and warm, and perfectly cooked! The environment was crisp and clean! There was a slight wait due to when we went, but it went fast and the use of pagers to call orders was very nice. Will be coming back to try more drinks!

All i can say is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE?? waiting for two drinks for about 20 mins is crazy, our order was ready BUT the cashier wasn’t handing it out? the stuff was very rude! never coming back and drinks weren’t as good.
Best boba tea ever, also if you like tropical juice im sure youll love theirs tropical tea its the yummiest.Their coconut milk tea is my new favorite.If you come once youll come again and again .its in a new shopping complex.
Unfortunately Rosie was not very helpful today when I came in. I came to use my free drink coupon because the last visit the lady said next time I come itll be a free drink. Instead of allowing me to use my free drink on the second drink I ordered she said I must return. Why is it 10 drinks and another visit? Seems ridiculous and not customer service friendly. And if needed she could separated the 2 orders but wouldnt. The drinks are good when items are in full stock which is why I have bought now 12 drinks. But this left a poor taste for the service and the only reason I came in today was to use the coupon. Also the music was using foul language and not clean music while kids were inside.
Wife loves boba tea and has been back many times. She got me to try and love tea and the smoothies. Tropical fruit tea or half moon strawberry smooth is a must try. Glad to have this so close to home.

Recently opened in our area. Stopped by to check it out. The ambiance is chill. The drinks look good. I went with the “Mango Jungle” and added Mango Boba. It was very refreshing. Good customer service as well.

Concoctions and fried foods sold here are limited, but taste great. Maybe a little pricy? The place is clean. Gets crazy busy at certain parts of the day, especially when school time ends. Wait time could take about 15 mins when the shop is busy so pick there most convenient time to visit. The shop has a stamp card too, but you can only redeem the free drink on your next visit.
Excellent new place in the neighborhood. Jax and I met the kids here and we were impressed. Rosie was awesome and helped us choose. All were very good. Mine was the Thai Green Tea with boba. I look forward to trying all of their drinks. Next one will be the Golden Phoenix with the Mango busting Boba.

Drinks are very good. I graded it down because they don’t have descriptions of each drink. One of the ladies helping us didn’t seem to know what was in them when we asked which was frustrating. DRINK DESCRIPTIONS NEEDED!
We tried their signature magical milk tea and milo drink. Both were good. I personally didnt like the shaven ice feel in the milo drink but after we let it sit for sometime, it was good to drink.

Excellent but the #1 and #22 came to $16.75 which is too much for 2 drinks!!! The bench chair along the back is so high you can’t get your legs under the table and it took a long time to get our drinks

2023-09-27 23:05:36Just visited this place for the first time. It has a beautiful, unique interior compared to other boba shops (all shiny granite and fancy lighting). We got two drinks and they were both very good (Golden Phoenix Milk Tea and Thai Green Milk Tea...the Thai Green drink was my husbands, and I didnt like it, but he loved it! We agreed it tasted similar to Flintstone kids vitamins haha). The cups are heavy duty and reusable, which is a cool bonus. Great bathtime cups for kids once the drinks are gone! We will be going back!UPDATE: Went back a second time and got two new drinks (an Avocado Hulk Smoothie and a Supreme Lychee with no cheese foam). Again, both drinks are delicious and we are very happy with our order! Great customer service as well.

Like how the Moon gets its light from the sun, the whole interior is very reflective. Cant fight the moonlight..no, you cant fight it. You can try to resist, LR but the drinks itself was absolutely exquisite. It deserves all the stars!

There’s a few round tables with a cute black chair on one side with a black marble bench on the other. The other side has a cute table with 6 mini chair cushion thingys around it. Super cute for kids to sit on. Nice jazz music with a modern TV menu. They upped the price by a dollar per drink since the last menus post was taken. They give you a paging device when your drink is ready which sounds like the alarm that wakes you up in the morning which kinda triggered me. I got the Magic Moon Tea with boba. Tasted like a black tea. Liked the rainbow cup!

2023-01-30 20:06:36Was heading home and saw a new boba shop called Moon Tea House had opened up. Needless to say, we’ll be coming back for sure! The tea was brewed to order, my fiancé said the boba he got was cooked perfectly, and the drinks themselves were delicious! They also do a rewards punch card so every 10th drink is free. The space is also very modern but still has a welcoming feel to it if you want to hang around and chill with friends. I highly recommend them

They even asked me to taste it before I left to make sure it was to my liking. 10/10 recommend. I’m from the Bay Area where there are boba smoothie cafes galore and this restaurant holds its own. Excellent job!!

2023-07-30 03:06:25What can I say. When you first walk in you see really fancy yet minimalistic decor. It reminded me of a nice hotel lobby. I got the avocado hulk I think it was called. I didnt think it would taste all that great, but it was fantastic! Im coming back for sure!
