Ive ordered once in the past and again today (Im sure Ill reorder soon). The food is delicious and healthy. Im gluten intolerant and had no issues. Id say give them a try even if youre not gluten free or vegetarian. Its tasty! Delivery time was also faster than expected. I had the avocado bulgogi over citrus kale and added a fried egg on top.

The order was delivered in half the time estimated by the delivery app which was nice. The food was hot and fresh. The ingredients are of high quality and flavor. I was in town on business and wanted something healthier than spots near my hotel. This restaurant fit the bill and then some. Fast and friendly service. The Avocado Bulgogi and sweet potato pot stickers were delicious! So many flavors and colors in that bowl. Highly recommended especially if youre looking for some fresh veggies and fermented foods.

We went there because it was advertised as a good healthy option however when we got there everything was super sketchy. It felt like we were being scammed, You arrive and it looks like you’re ordering food at a warehouse. There’s all these “restaurants” but in reality it’s all one kitchen working under different labels. Everything looked unsanitary, you’re basically eating next to an alley in a garage like building. No service at all, you order your food on a tablet and someone yells your name to pick up your plate. The food was not great either. I made my own bowl and all the ingredients seemed to be prepackaged stuff, like if they emptied those premade salads they sell at grocery stores. Not a good environment to eat. Will not be coming back.

The KBBQ cauliflower was amazing. I’ve never had impossible “beef” or any plant based meat before, so I thought I’d give the avocado bulgogi a try. The bowl tasted amazing. However, I personally can’t stand how similar it tastes to meat lol. (Definitely a me thing) But if you don’t mind the similarity to beef, the bowl is highly recommended. My meat eating husband says you can’t even tell it’s plant based, and I agree. I’ll definitely be back for the cauliflower bowl. 🙂 Edit: The vegan ranch was also extremely delicious.

I wanted to try something different than a normal salad and I could not have chosen a better place! I ordered the Korean Hot Chicken with the citrus kale as the base and it was the perfect meal! The chicken was crispy, the kale/veggies were super tasty, and the hot sauce brought all the flavors together.Totally looking forward to ordering more from their menu!

This is an UberEats order. The food travels well and tastes good when all the flavors are active in the bites. Does the bowl (cardboard, paper --??) have absorbent qualities? The rice seems dry/to dry even after the application of citrus and sauce. I feel like I have to put the Sesame Surprise in a separate non absorbent bowl to make sure the moisture remains in the meal. According to a note that comes with the packaging, moonbowls seems to be ensuring food that meets the highest health and safety standards.1/2/2020 UpdateThe customer service is on point. The Avocado Bulgogi is really really good. There is a huge difference/improvement in my most recent meal in comparison to my prior orders from moonbowls. The entire meal is flavorful AND juicy. The Impossible Beef, the green onions, the sweet peppers, the shredded Kale, the Kimchi (a very distinct flavor which the Avocado softens), the citrus, the sauce, and the Avocado mix very well together in a bite/mix.

Being half korean I would say the food is authentic with a healthy twist. The Korean bbq cauliflower wings were amazing and we had the pot stickers which we loved the impossible beef in it. We had a hard time finding the place to pick up our order but we ended up finding the pick up window. They are definitely taking necessary precautions during covid

Decided to order this for delivery because I wanted something healthy and i previously enjoyed the food the last time I had it a long time ago at a different location. I ordered the avocado bulgogi bowl and it arrived missing ingredients including the avocado!!!! Really?!! This is after I called to confirm that my modifications would be accepted. also the taste was bland and unappetizing. Also i asked for a well cooked egg because I hate runny eggs and somehow they thought that meant a burnt egg. I previously enjoyed this restaurant but Never again. I wasted my money.

Love this place! I haven’t been to the physical location, but it’s great as a delivery option. It even holds up well as leftovers. Even though it feels healthy, it still has tons of flavor and is filling. Love that it’s also gluten free which isn’t always the easiest as a vegetarian. Love the bbq cauliflower and the impossible dumplings are delicious. All of the sauces are scrumptious.

The food was excellent. We really enjoyed it. Everything was fresh and tasty. If I had to have one small criticism, it would be that I ordered extra sauce, (which I received in a container), but there didnt seem to be sauce on the actual bowl itself. Maybe it was just a bit and I couldnt taste it. Otherwise, really, really good! Will be back.

First off, this is a really weird place to dine in. It’s part of a digital “food hall” with like 20 other restaurants serving in the same location. No one is there to assist you, you just order on an iPad and then wait around for your food. Weird vibe.The food is decent. We got the sweet potato noodles, expecting them to be awesome, but they were super bland. Flavors were good, and it wasn’t super salty (always a plus in my book). However my bowl (the Sesame something) was extremely oily. Not terrible, but not my cup of tea. We didn’t hate the meal, but have no plans to return.

Really, REALLY great food and excellent customer service. yes, the pick-up experience was a little confusing and can be unsettling if youre not expecting the automated nature of it, but the manager/owner of moonbowls texted and helped us resolve the issue. the cauliflower bbq was awesome.

I don’t know how they call this healthy. I ordered the chicken and egg bowl with yam noodles and it was so overwhelmingly sweet it feels like they poured simple syrup all over it. Any other flavor is drowned out buy how sugary everything is. I tried to drain the sauce off but nothing could rescue it. I also tried the sesame dressing and the chili dressing both the same super, super sugary. Really a shame because the other ingredients looked nice.

If youre thinking of getting some food to go, I have to recommend this place the service is really great, we ordered online and when I got there to pick it up it was ready just when the app said it would be. The food was unbelievably good and unlike most places the food was as healthy as it was tasty. I will be back for sure and if you try it once, youll be back too! give these locals a try, you wont regret it.

Absolutely No parking!! Curb Out front lines with orange cones!!! Located in a sketchy, industrial neighborhood off PCH near Wilmington. Dont go unless you order in advance!! I did order delivery once, which was excellent, so I thought Id stop by. Website makes it look nice, but very disappointing as I could not even get out of my car. Not willing to park on a very bad part of PCH & risk walking blocks up.They should give some explanation on their website!!
