Absolutely terrible. They completely fell off. They used to be good but are completely terrible now. The food was very dry. Got about 4 small pieces of dried chicken with few cucumbers pineapple and rice. Please save your money and go somewhere else

The food is unbelievably good. I believe its a pickup only restaurant. So unless you really want to have a nice sit down spot, this place is amazing. I literally ordered the chicken and egg bowl 5 days in a row its sooo good. Their spicy house sauce is fire too. I just wish they delivered to my address in San Carlos.

I appreciate that they had gluten free and vegan options, but the food wasnt as described. The cauliflower wings werent crispy, and the kale in the sesame bowl wasnt marinated as described. The rice was also undercooked. Id try again thoughts see if it was just an off day, especially since they can accommodate dietary restrictions

I absolutely love this place! I have Celiac Disease which makes it really hard and dangerous to eat out. However, everything at Moonbowls is gluten free so I don’t have to worry about getting sick! I’m also vegetarian and a lot of their items are vegan. My favorite items are the Gochujang sweet potatoes (vegan and gluten free) that come with a vegan ranch that they make! I also love the Potstickers that are made with impossible meat and come with this tasty ginger garlic sauce. (Vegan and gluten free). I haven’t tried any of the bowls yet, but I’m assuming they are great as well. I’ve tried the sweet potato potstickers and wasn’t too big of a fan, but I just think they were a little charred. As a dessert, they have Sweet Loren’s edible cookie dough and the birthday cake one is delicious (vegan and gluten free). Two small mentions are that the cookie dough cup was much smaller than I would’ve thought for the price. However, I looked it up and that’s the average price those cups go for. Also, adding extra sauce is $1.50 for a little container. This price seems steep to me, but then again everything is house made.Customer service is awesome- every time I order, someone named Sam (I’m assuming manager?) reached out to me to see if everything was good. One time I mentioned that they forgot to add the extra sauces I ordered and they gave me credit for my next order.Lastly, order from the moonbowls website or the mb app because the items cost a little less than on Doordash. Also, they give you loyalty points for ordering from their website!

The food itself is fine but the portions are crazy. 4 tiny pieces of chicken for $8 is ridiculous

Absolutely disgusting! The worst meal I’ve had in years. Besides the bitter taste, the tiny, charred broccoli bits were hard like little pebbles

I got the chicken and tofu bowls with Uber eats. For both, the protein was very overcooked and it was like I was eating jerky. Would not recommend.

Ordered over ubereats. Don’t know why there are such bad reviews but the food tastes pretty good! The flavours are quite true to the Asian palate as well.

I was delighted to find healthy, quick and tasty vegetarian food on Camino Real. I appreciate that the bowl was paper - Moonbowl, can you find non-plastics lids? This was my first experience with a ghost kitchen, and it’s kinda weird. The person at the kiosk was super helpful and friendly.

Ive had Moonbowls twice and it was great both times. The Avocado Bulgogi was a highlight - recommend as a great first option. My company ordered for a team lunch and was a hit.
