2023-09-03 23:39:48Stumbled upon this sushi place by chance. The interior decor is super pretty and engaging. Brings up the ambiance a lot.We came in around the time they opened for dinner and were promptly greeted and seated.Service was fast and friendly. We got the Chicken Karaage, Ex-Boyfriend Roll, and the Apple Protein Roll. The karaage was tasty and well cooked. And the rolls were solid!Definitely coming back 😋

2023-08-02 08:07:39I prefer the sushi and sashimi to their rolls. My absolute favorite thing is their spicy tuna sashimi salad - it’s HUGE and the amount of fish on the salad is unbelievable. It’s a meal in itself. The go lite on their sauces but they’ll gladly put more on for you. It’s a no-frills sushi place with a small staff so there’s a wait for your order sometimes but it’s worth it for the price. If you find my review helpful - please give it a thumbs up and don’t forget to like my pics and follow me for more reviews of my LA adventures!

2023-08-20 22:49:29Spectacular quality sushi in Glendale! This gem of a sushi spot was incredible - the outside of the restaurant doesn’t do justice to the beautiful set up indoors. The decor is really beautiful!Above all, the sheer quality of the fish here is stunning. Definitely the highlight. Of all our selections, the nigiri servings were the clear standout - with fish quality this good, no need for all the extra toppings or sauces. That being said, their variety of sushi rolls was awesome and every roll was distinct in flavor profile and signature craftsmanship; you can’t find everything here at other sushi restaurants. The Lemon Citrus Roll is a great example of something unique to this place that I haven’t seen elsewhere! So while I recommend nigiri or sashimi choices, the rolls were pretty incredible too!The sushi chefs here are frankly incredible. Premium cuts and very high quality selections. A clear love for what they do with undivided attention to pristine quality and beautiful execution. I’m sure their service staff will only continue to parallel this standard as the restaurant grows in popularity. Loved this place and definitely coming back!

2023-10-23 04:39:40I am lost for words on how good this place is.The food is delicious and prepared with unbelievable attention to detail. The quality of the dishes is out of this world. The service is nothing short of being delightful. There is not a bad word I can say about this gem.Go there and try everything.(I loved the Blue fin tuna sashimi and the garlic edamame in particular, but everything else was also fantastic)

2022-04-27 13:54:19The restaurant is located in a shopping plaza. The parking lot was full so you might need to park on side street but not a big issue.Walked inside was immediately greeted and welcomed. I was told to just pick a table to sit on. It was bit on the warmer side inside the small restaurant.I started looking at the menu and it was really small. Then I notices the prices of the Premium Rolls. They only offered 25 premium rolls and all of them were heavy jazzed up with sauses, which not a fan of. I like to taste the freshness of the fish. The service was on point but does not make it ok to charge Beverly Hill prices. The cheapest roll was a cucumber roll which was a premium roll at $18.99. There are half dozen great sushi restaurants within 1 mile away I know of that you can get you moneys worth. I decided to stick with the regular simple rolls because only rolls on menu without heavily saused. The end of our dinner the bill was $170.00 with tip for 2 people. I did leave somewhat hungry. The simple rolls were pretty pricey. The only other issue because the restaurant being really small. The sushi chef started chopping on cutting board which was pretty loud. It startled a little child and made her cry, she kept crying and chopping continued. At end of the day in my opinion it was not worth the price or experience, they offered nothing special.

2022-02-10 14:55:22I had a nice dinner here and the service was excellent. It’s a nice, casual sushi spot with a good menu. My edamame was crisp and my Moto Roll was well presented and tasted great. I’d rate it 5 stars except for the fact that they don’t accept Amex. I understand that Amex charges merchants higher processing fees but that’s not a valid excuse nowadays. My company provides me an Amex card and since I’m traveling for work I am required to use the card. I come to LA about 12 - 15 times per year and keep a list of good restaurants, etc. in each city. Unfortunately I won’t be adding Moto Sushi to my Glendale list.As a business owner I believe in making it as easy possible for the customer to spend money. They need to start accepting Amex and stop saving nickels only to lose dimes.
