This place is always busy on the weekend.This restaurant offers authentic Thai dishes that are made with fresh ingredients and quality herbs. You will be amazed by the variety and the flavor of their menu, which includes vegetarian options as well.One of the dishes that I highly recommend is the popcorn lobster.This is a crispy and tender fried lobster that is tossed with a sweet and spicy sauce. It is served with a side of steamed rice and a salad. The lobster is juicy and succulent, and the sauce is tangy and addictive. You will love the contrast between the crunchy coating and the soft meat. This dish is perfect for sharing, or for indulging yourself².Another dish that I really enjoyed is the hangover noodles .This is a spicy and savory stir-fried noodle dish that is loaded with chicken, shrimp, egg, bean sprouts, carrots, onions, and basil. The noodles are thick and chewy, and the sauce is rich and flavorful.

Best Thai food in Tahoe!!! Initially they said there will be 20 mins waiting time but we were seated fast. We tried chicken cashew Thailand. Spicy basil fried rice, yellow curry and Mango curry. Food was delicious. Service was also great.

Great authentic Thai food plus service. We were just visiting Tahoe from Canada and we were glad we chose this place to eat our one and only dinner at Tahoe.We had papaya salad, tom yum noodle soup, teriyaki salmon, chicken yellow curry and eggplant and fried banana with green tea ice cream. All cooked and prepared to perfection. We don’t like to eat very spicy food and they adjusted the spice level to our liking.Sharing here a photo of the fried banana with green tea ice cream.

Absolutely best Thai food in Tahoe. Their food tasted like its directly from Bangkok. Fried rice, noodle soup, curries, and dont forget to get the crying tiger. All so delicious! The staffs are super friendly and they provide the best service. Food ordered and came out fast. Go early, otherwise, you will wait 30-60 mins. We got there at 515pm and the place was already full.

Great experience at this thai place. Cozy interiors with lot of authentic thai decor. Service was super quick & staff was really polite & efficient. We ordered Red Curry, Hangover Noodles & Basil fried rice. You have option to add Tofu in most of the items. Definitely recommend noodles if you are looking for something spicy. Rice need to be added additionally. Portion size is sufficient for 1 person & may not be sufficient if you are used to high portion sizes.

My Thai Cuisine’s food is fantastic. The Healthy Spring Rolls were delicious as was the curry and noddle dishes that we had. Service was super and priced well for the area - South Tahoe is a pretty touristy place so the prices reflect that - so for the food and quality My Thai is as of a bargain as you’re going to get. Eat Up

Its already become a running joke between us that well never find a place with better service than My Thai! We were seated fast by a super friendly host, and our food came out hot, fresh, and beautifully plated in an insanely short amount of time. I got the delicious pumpkin curry in the edible bowl, and he got beef and pepper steak which came with adorable heart-shaped rice. We both got Thai tea. Every place we go to from now on, I know were going to turn to each other and go, Man, but do you remember when we went to My Thai by Lake Tahoe?

It gets super busy during 7ish dinner time so I recommend going before or after that time. I stopped there one day and the wait was 45min-1 hr and left but came the next day around 5ish so it wasn’t as busy yet. The service was decent. How the staff greeted us at the door was ok. They’d ask if anyone had helped us yet, clearly not because I was standing there. I think it might have been a language barrier, but I totally understand. The food was decent for the price; although I’ve had better for a lower cost. Would I go there again? Yes I would to try out other variety of food they serve.

I think they have a much authentic padkrapow (spicy basil) compare to orchid authentic thai. But their spicy pepper with fish sauce is NOT as “Saeb” as Orchid Authentic Thai. The Thai tea is perfect good, no overly sweeten. I thought about not leaving a tip since the staff thought we was going to dine and dash. (Why would I ever? Respect goes both ways in my book). However they did do their best to try to make my food experience good. Would come again next time.
