First time going to this nail spot, I have been trying to find a new spot in this area since I just moved and I saw the great reviews about this place and thought I would give it a try…AND OMMGGG!! I’m so glad I did !! First off, I never get anything out of my comfort zone I strictly only get white French tip or all white nails but I really wanted something festive for the holidays. Mia was so nice and made me feel so comfortable and on top of that she did an amazing job!! She was very detailed and the staff was so nice !! I will now be making this my number one spot and I highly recommend !!!

Jenny has been doing my nails for 2 years now no one does it like her! She can recreate any photo you show her. I can’t recommend her enough! My nails are always beautiful and last weeks. She takes her time hand crafting each nail to perfection. Nail Bar is clean, welcoming, with a wonderful staff. Love you Jenny!

After seeing a close friend of mine multiple times with the nicest and most unique set of nails I had to ask her who she was going to! Jenny is amazing and very talented at her work. I booked an appointment this afternoon for the first time and it was the most pleasant experience I’ve had at a nail salon in a while. She is VERY gentle. I experienced no pain at all and she is fast! I hate going to a nail salon and sitting in a chair for 3 hours. I was out of the salon within one. She also provides excellent customer service which explains why the phones wouldn’t stop ringing for her the whole time I was there! She even gifted me a lavender hand lotion. I will 100% be seeing her more often.

Lucky and Jenny have remodeled this salon and it is a great atmosphere in the perfect location.Both my friend and I have been seeing Jenny and Lucky for a long time. We followed them from their last salon and we’d follow them anywhere.Jenny always does an amazing job and has great suggestions when I don’t know what to do with my nails. Lucky is amazing too! Be sure to make an appointment ahead of time!I’ve had this set for 2 weeks+ and they still look fantastic.12/10 would recommend to everyone!

I decided to tried nail bar based off their amazing reviews online, since I was never satisfied from my previous nail place and I AM SO GLAD I DID! They are AMAZING! The owners are the sweetest ladies and truly care about their business. Their effort and expertise are top notch!! Our long-time nail techs, Jenny and Lucky, have opened their own salon! We couldnt be more proud of them. Great location, too. We were greeted with wonderful hospitality into their clean, newly renovated salon. Great choices of nail colors and techniques. I had a gel manicure, and my tech Jackie was professional and friendly. Very impressed, and they have gained a client for life!

Jenny, Lucky, and their staff are incredible! Ive been going to Jenny for over a year now and every time my nails look amazing. Even my very picky husband loves the pedicures their staff provides. The salon is clean, and bright. They are so gracious and accommodating. They even offer you hot tea, coffee, sodas, waters, and snacks during your visit. Highly recommend making an appointment with any of the talented ladies here. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Ive been coming to lucky for a couple of months now, and hands down she is the best nail tech I’ve ever been to! She slays everytime does exactly what I ask her, I never come in with any broken nails and that’s rare for me, so they last a long time . All the staff is so friendly and inviting. Ive had issues with an ingrown nail which previous manicurists just cut my nail but she repaired it to alleviate the problem. And I do the bikini wax today. Very reasonable prices. Will be back High recommend it.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Nail Bar! Lucky & Amy were able to get me in last minute for a full set and gel pedicure. They were so kind the moment i walked through the door and even had refreshments/snacks ready and available! I was visiting San Marcos and stumbled upon Nail Bar. They accommodated my needs at the last minute and did such a great job of removing my acrylic nails gently which I really appreciate. Very nice staff. Clean space. Offered me something to drink but I had brought my own water. I think the ladies next to me requested hot tea which looked very relaxing. I’ll definitely come back when I’m in town!

Many of the reviews are from old customers. I’m a new customer.Their service is fairly nice, but I’ll explain the two stars. I called in asking for a manicure AND pedicure, NO gel. They said I could do a walk-in now. I get there and they try to make me do the gel, so I set the condition that I’ll only do gel if Jenny could do my nails BUT I can still do the manicure with no gel because I understand she is busy.They continue to do my pedicure, but the lady who asked me to do gel just sits there. The lady doing my pedicure cuts me. She was very rushed and careless, AND she tried to hide the fact that she cut me so she put my foot in the water right away. So it kept bleeding and I finally pointed it out to her and then she apologized and put something on it. It kept bleeding for the rest of the pedicure. At this time I was really upset, but she kept apologizing.My pedicure was just finishing and Jenny politely comes saying I need to make an appointment next time if I want her to do my nails. This I know. I just didn’t want the lady to be selling me gel when I specifically came just to get a simple mani/pedi with no cuts on my skin.After they finished my pedicure, another lady asks if I still want to do the manicure. They should have done both together at the same time to save time. I’m upset because they were never clear that they weren’t going to do my regular manicure and they obviously didn’t want to if I didn’t want gel and I’m upset that the lady tried to hide that she cut me. Did she really think I would not notice?

Lucky and Jenny have been doing my wifes nails for 2 years so always good service with her nails, this is the new place they just bought, its clean and bright and the new massage chairs were on point. Jimmy just did an amazing job with my pedicure. He really paid attention to the massage and health of my nails, which is for me is perfect. When I get my nails done I want to feel relaxing like I’m like I’m going to a spa and getting something special for myself. It definitely felt like that here. My only complaint is the foot rest is awkwardly shaped and a little uncomfortable for me. But I highly recommend nail bar. Super nice staff, amazing pedicure, they fit me in last hour of closing. I come here for my gel pedicures once every 6-8 weeks. The location is convenient for me being as I live within walking distance, but also the quality of the pedicures is amazing. Nancy is absolutely wonderful...so thorough and precise and takes her time. Since I don’t come very often, I appreciate the prolonged leg and foot massage and the attention to detail that is provided. Makes spending the extra money worth it. Not to mention, my gel polish color LASTS!

One of the worst nail salon experience ever! I went in with high hopes considering the reviews this salon has. I went in for a dip powder manicure and they came out horribly! Not only was a white powder residue left on top of the color but the manicurist didn’t even bother to clean the dip powder stains that were around the skin of my nails. To top it all off, my manicure only lasted 4 days before they began to chip and they left my nails severely thin that they hurt if you accidentally bend them. If I could give a rating of 0 stars I would!!!!

Had a gentleman there give me a pedicure . It’s was just ok. Upgraded to one with callus removal but I left with the calluses still there and my feet were very dry . No lotion or softness I expect after a pedi . I decided to go ahead and get a manicure and he cut my nails all the way down and filed them jagged and uneven . I had him stop at that point and told him never mind On the mani. I wasn’t wowed by the pedi but it wasn’t horrible either but then when he cut all of my nails off I was upset.

Really loved my nails for 33 dollars I got manicure with gel and designed, the place looks clean and very friendly staff, the only thing wich I don’t really mind is that I wish I was informed I was gonna get 5 dlls extra for design the price for manicure gel was 28 dlls .

After she tried to up charge me, she cut my nails with clippers instead of filing, I hate a short pedicure, my sister and sister in law were asked preference, not me...hot towel burnt me, massage was a tickle, and polish job looked like my 8 year old did it( sorry daughter)... Not one to complain but Im here on vacation, thought this would be a great ending to a long day, instead Im pissed, burnt and honestly just disappointed...worst experience in a long time.

I visited this salon 3 times and that was enough for me. the only employee that is kind and professional is jackie. her pedi skills are great. her massages are nice and my gel stayed on for approximately 5 weeks.during my first visit, jenny talked to me like i was a child after i asked her to shape my nails a certain way…i have never felt so put down at a NAIL appointment in my life. even before that happened, lucky began removing my acrylic by popping them off with another nail, and after i requested this not be done…i could tell both nail techs were frustrated.my second visit, i was having nails that were chipping redone that were done by another salon. lucky redid them and they looked good but they chipped the next day as well. i booked a 9am appointment for 2 weeks.today was the third visit, i had a 9am appointment. the salon was closed when i arrived at 9am, i called but no answer, and no call back to at least notify me that they would be running late.i went down the street to another salon, but they were closed so i came back. when i got here, lucky merely said “makayla right”, and never even apologized for being late for the appointment.all of the employees then proceeded to argue in vietnamese, which is not only unprofessional but also rude.lastly, it was literally freezing in the salon the entire appointment (multiple customers including myself mentioned it, with no solution).it’s honestly a bummer because after being skeptical and still coming back…i will not be giving my business to this salon ever again. no matter the service, you should never be hateful or treat your customers with disrespect.do not recommend.
