I want this place to survive. ILove Korean food. Some feedback:1. Soup is a bit bland. Please fix and add more flavor and make it more spicy.2. Can you at least have 3 Galbi meat3. For side dish please have fish tofu and potato like the Bay Area.

Fantastic food and awesome service! Seafood pancake and Galbi are must haves! Tofu soups are great too. Happy we finally have an authentic Korean restaurant in Fresno.

Very intimate table setting. Service was quick! All the dishes we ordered were hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. Our server even offered a spicy sauce (different from the squeeze bottle) a lot more pastier .. nice kick. My favorite was the pancake!!!

I was realy really exited to hear about Naju Tofu, since we do not have many here in town. I think this is a fairly new Korean place in town, not too sure. We went on a Saturday night at 6pm and there was no wait. The staff is welcoming and friendly, however, we did not receive banchan until our main meal arrived, which I found odd because in my experience, I thought banchan usually is served immediately after you order or sit down. The portions of banchan compared to our party of 4 was silly as well. The staff did not offer to refill the banchan, we had to ask for refills. I found that strange since that is usually not my experience with Korean restaurants in LA or the Bay area.Nonetheless, we did not have to wait long for our meals. We order one dinner combo of bulgogi with beef tofu soup in medium spice level, one dinner combo of LA galbi with seafood tofu soup in medium spice level and one bulgogi beef entree and the seafood pancake. The seafood pankcake came first and was delicious and filled with perfectly cooked seafood, also came with spicy chili dipping sauce. When we finally got the banchan, each dish was delicious. I especially loved the little shredded cabbage with the clear glass like thin noodles, it was very refreshing with a nice citrus flavor. The bulgogi beef is good, however I much prefer the LA Galbi. The LA Galbi is very very tasty. Both the beef tofu soup and the seafood tofu soup are very good. Lots of seafood in the seafood tofu soup. Medium spice level is not very spicy at all, next time I will try Spicy or Extra Spicy. I do plan to go back so I can try the bone broth noodles soups and the bibimbap.

Refreshingly Korean. This is now my go-to korean restaurant that satisfies that craving along with Asiana Restaurant. We went for lunch and we ordered the chicken katsu miso salad app, LA galbi/beef tofu soup combo, and galbi tang. The chicken katsu was good but it could have been better as it was a bit thin but still juicy and the miso salad dressing was just okay though a bit bland. I wish it was a thick pork katsu with the works. The LA galbi was good and the marinade was tasty but being served on a sizzling platter it would have benefitted from being charred/grilled. Asiana does a better galbi. The beef tofu soup was very good and done with a bit more depth than usual and a sesame touch. We got mild but mild really is mild and we shouldve gotten medium or hot. Finally, the galbi tang was excellent. It came with 3 large ribs, rectangle glass noodles (my favorite), and garnished with scallions. The meat on the ribs were cooked to perfection and was SO SOFT with all of them including the joint parts which have all the yummy chewy collagen parts as well. The broth had a very clean depth yet satisfyingly fatty. It was exactly what you want with a galbi tang and Ive had a lot my entire life. Most places make it bland or there isnt enough meat or the meat is overcooked but I was really impressed and thoroughly enjoyed it all and felt like I was back in LA or OC. I highly recommend coming back for the tofu soups and tangs. It is very nice to finally have a great korean restaurant here in fresno. I hate saying cheesy stuff like this but as a Korean, I approve and will be a perfect korean lunch spot.

Tried the new spot. The sauteed squid was especially flavorful with the pickled sides

Highly recommended! The food is super good and the staff is really nice and kind. And everything is neat and clean. If you wanted to try authentic but still not too authentic Korean food in fresno, this place is where you should go!
