Nano Cafe in Sierra Madre

Great diner with great food. We ordered many dishes from the breakfast menu as well as sandwiches and salads. Everything was excellent. My only complaint is that one person at my table had to wait unusually long to get their food. It’s always awkward and uncomfortable when one person doesn’t have their food.Other than that, an enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.

Parking lot is super hidden but has a good amount of spots available.There is PLENTY of seating outside and inside. It is a cute place with lots to choose from on the menu!! Pricing is a little above average depending on what you order.I wanted both savory and sweet so I ordered a cinnamon roll and hash browns. They were both delicious!! I have been craving a cinnamon roll for awhile and it did not disappoint! It was fluffy, soft, warmed up, and the frosting was good!!!The hash browns were perfectly crisp!!The employee was helpful and nearby whenever I needed something. She got me hot sauce and ketchup right away when I asked.Would come back here cause their food is so good! Just gave one less star cause I wish it was slightly more affordable.

Tastes 5 stars, service 5 stars, atmosphere 6 stars. This place is awesome. I came here for brunch after a morning hike in September. Perfect place for some Smoke Salmon Benedict and breakfast. You should definitely get the fresh squeezed orange juice. So refreshing! Plenty of outdoor seating and super fast service! Very peaceful and quite in the morning.

She took our order, I asked for a recommendation and she said that the corizo and eggsAnd rice and beans were good and the benedicts and hash brow, we got that . When my food arrivesIt was TERRIBLELooked like they put the rice and beans in the microwaveAnd the big pieces of tomato and green pepper in my eggs. The hash-brow burned WHAT A MEDIOCRE BREAKFAST AND A SERVICE.When I asked another server (she have a messy hair)That I didnt like my food and I needed helpShe didnt answer asked her for the second timeAnd she rudely responded Im not your server, you should look for your server and she will help youSo waited for the server. But she never came backAsk a Latino gentlemen and ask for a refillAnd told him to change my plate, he was likeWe cant take out that from the checkWe can give you something else but you need to pay for both anyways. I WAS SO MADI felt like they were been racist.Saw that they were serving FABULOUS BREAKFAST everywhere but to us.I been here a lot of times and this is the worst experience.We ARE PAYING we are not asking for anything freeWe are costumers like everybody else.I am so sad Because we didnt receive what IRecommend to my family. They were here for vacationsAnd left with a bitter taste from this place.

They took forever to bring the food for one of the 4 in our party so that sucked. But the food was really good!

Arrived and their place was packed. Parking may be a bit hard since I didn’t see a private lot or if there was. It was packed already. Walked in and was seated within 5 minutes. Lots of people going in and out. The interior and exterior were all packed. Got the menu and there were a lot of selections.Cinnamon French toast: Must get! So delicious!Country skillet: would recommend if you don’t want bread! It’s pretty good on its own and salty enough.Pancakes: it was a bit too dry for me so I had to add a lot of syrup.Smoked salmon with hash brown: the salmon was cooked which made me confused but it was still good.The server was super busy and forgot a few items but once we notified him, the food came within minutes. He was so nice!Highly recommend this spot for brunch or lunch!

Amazing service and scrumptious food! We sat outside and the view never fails, we just adore the mountains right outside. I got the pancake combo with the banana and roasted pecans just WOW! The pancakes didnt even need syrup. I love it here 🤍

We used to good to Nano Cafe located in Monrovia but the ownership had change. These are the same owners from there with the same servers. It’s good to see people you recognize and they recognize you. The food is good and the portions are plenty. Menu hasn’t changed and they offer daily specials. I would recommend you stop by and give them a try when you’re in the neighborhood. Also they open at 7am.

The waiter was great and the food was also great. The people are friendly. Outside sitting is great.

Solid breakfast to start the day here. Now the restaurant is open for outdoor dining. This has been the neighborhood’s favorite cafe. The foods are good and the portions are big.We came this morning for breakfast after taking our dog to the vet in the neighborhood. The breakfast menu is pretty comprehensive which includes most of the American classics.We went for their egg Benedict and waffle combo. Both dishes were well done. The taste of the egg Benedict was excellent and the waffle was average.Service was good and our waitress was very friendly and responsive. She constantly came out to ask if needed anything else.Good Covid measures are taken here. All staffs wear masks and face shields. They sanitize the tables between customers.Parking is in the back of the restaurant but no front entrance now. You have go in from the back street.
