All delicious food! We have been ordering through door dash but went in person for a birthday. You must try the udon stir fry! It has a deep umame flavor. The popcorn lobster was delicious and every roll was brought out quickly. The atmosphere could be better, but the food is so good it really doesn’t matter to us. Service was quick. Family came in early and ate all our food in about a half hour! We were hungry and enjoyed that we didn’t have to wait a long time with 3 children in tow. Their green tea tastes like the delicious toasted rice kind which I adore. All in all, I’m impressed every time I order online or in person! This is our go to sushi place now.

Our new favorite sushi place! Sushi quality is excellent, and the Staff service is friendly and attentive! I had the Chirashi bowl (not spicy) one week and was impressed with the fish, so I had it again the following week with Korean style gochujang (lightly spicy sauce) the second time. The Beef Udon is delicious and a good order size. We also ordered vegetable tempura (crispy + good), Jjampong noodle soup, and a baked salmon wrap (Ramna?). We had 2 friendly waiters who took great care of us on a Saturday evening for dinner. We plan to go regularly now!

First time at this place. We were serviced right away, the appetizers came out within 10 minutes. Except for the house salad which was forgotten about. The rolls came out 15 minutes after that. One of the rolls was on the house since it was the wrong one. The best roll out of the three was the popcorn lobster roll. Hopefully will be back at this place soon as the food was good and the staff was friendly.

The atmosphere is peaceful and appropriate for a sushi restaurant. The sushi, while decent in taste and creative in presentation, contained rice that was on the drier side and that took away from the appeal of the sushi.

Dined for the second time... ordered sashimi, beef teriyaki lunch special, Rocket sushi and Stuffed Jalapeño. I liked the crispy fried gyoza that came with the lunch special. Everything else was fresh but tasted just ok... miso soup was too salty for my taste... service was fast and friendly.

We liked the stuffed jalapeños, food is fresh, I had fish egg nigiri and it was fresh. Compare to sushi Mon, the nigiri is so much better here.Udon is okay, not too impressed. But I won’t order again. Maybe I’ll try ramen next time.

We came here for a lunch outing with a group of 14 seniors. The staff was wonderful, very welcoming and accommodating. The prices are more than reasonable, the service was quick, the place is clean and the food was very very good. Thank you to the one waitress for taking care of our large party with a smile! Came here for the ramen but ended up getting the sashimi and soft shell crab hand roll. The hand roll is my staple every time I go here. The sashimi is always fresh and melts in your mouth! Prices are decent; although, they raised it within 2 months of coming here. The chirashi is $18.95 now but you get 3 pieces each of the fish in the bowl. The ramen was pretty tasty if youre in Roseville and think downtown is far. Staff was super friendly and hospitable. Overall a good sushi spot to hang out for happy hour, after work, or any time of the day!

This place was really good! Good food, fairly good service. They accommodated a group of 6 of us well. The only thing is that if Naruto was busy, you may not be able to get a seat because the inside is smaller than usual restaurants which means less tables. Wonderful and friendly staff from the moment I got there till the moment I left! The gyoza was a wonderful appetizer, I’m not sure what sauce they gave me with it but it tasted Devine! The popcorn lobster roll was also incredible! I went during the afternoon so it was super slow which was kind of nice!

This could be one of my favorite sushi places because of how good the food is here. Im huge on Japanese food and I feel like this is really authentic food and a very cozy atmosphere. Our waiter was exceptionally nice and served us well. It was quite Tor a Sunday afternoon but I feel like people need to give them a chance. Super good, totally recommend to anyone.

I love this place. Prices are extremely fair for the quality of food. Sushi is great, the Ramen is amazing. It isnt top of the line, but the quality isnt cheap either. Its just right, and delicious.A perfect date spot where you arent dishing out a lot of money for a get to know you meal. Also, a great spot to go to by yourself.The service is great, although theres only one person, and the restaurant is modest in size. The waitress (server) there is extremely nice, and very attentive.Oh. Btw, you must order the tea! Always. I believe its green tea with roasted rice, and whatever else. Its authentic Japanese tea, which is delicious.I cant talk enough about how great this place is. Try it once. You wont be disappointed.

Ive only had the ramen because it is SO delicious, and have ordered it to-go and delivery, and last night my small family went and dined in. All experiences have been great. The beef ramen was delicious as always and the pan-fried gyoza was delicate and crispy on the side - perfect. The staff was very attentive and friendly, and their prices are lower than others in the area. 10/10!

Quality sushi, unique dishes that I havent heard before like the Popcorn Lobster roll, The memory roll. Thier hand rolls are very good and not messy like other places we found here in Roseville. Its a small place so it gets full fast on a Saturday night. I like the atmosphere, its cozy. The prices are pretty reasonable. From 7.95 to 15 dollars per roll. The only downside of this place is that it does not give any small salad or edamame thats usually included at most sushi places weve been to. Its not a deal breaker but it would be nice.

Its not a bad place. Nice menu and the food quality is ver good. I tried tge Tonkatsudon Domburi. I was dreaming of the Katsudon, but its close enough. Staff are attentive and checks on you frequently and refill your water/tea. They also clear your table and keep it clean. Tip them well they deserve it.

This is a little gem. Very accessible and varied menu, items are well-described while often still carrying the traditional names. My 13 year old loved the spicy Korean seafood soup (I cant remember the traditional name, but I really liked the leftovers!). Very generous portions, which was helpful because everyone wanted to try everyone elses food! Service was wonderful, our server noticed and brought over extra plates, forks, and napkins for the kids without being asked. We will definitely be back.

There are very good reasons why the reviews are GLOWING and heres another.Uhm, ok where to start... the food is INCREDIBLE when we first ordered (out from) here id convinced myself they were definitely preparing with lots of love, care, and even possibly magic, i was surprised to find that in all the sushi places id been, Naruto--- showed me the highest calibre. Very dissapointed in quality of food for bento box main items. I ordered Salmon/Bulgogi (Korean beef) and Chicken Teriyaki. The chicken were small tough to chew strips covered by gobs of thick Teriyaki sauce, not fresh tasting meat. My Salmon Teriyaki was not soft, but tough and dry, again with thick Teriyaki sauce (as to cover up the terrible taste, which didnt help). Then my Bulgogi (Korean beef) was tiny strips, bits and pieces of beef covered with the thick glue like sauce. All 3 meat meats were cold, not warm, or hot. Never ordering from Naruto Sushi again! How they earned in reviews 4.5 stars is not what theyre serving today. BTW, I spent just over $100 for our take out meal for three persons, which was tough to to chew on that mistake too!

Our usual place was closed and a couple people had recommended this place to us. I knew it was a busy day so I decided to order takeout instead.I placed my order at 3:40pm and it was ready by 4:30pm. Because it was a new place to us, we ordered pretty basic. NorCal, Hawaiian, a chicken roll of some sort and a Lion King.None of it tasted fresh the Lion King had an odd taste to it like a sour after taste, so we did not eat that one. The chicken roll was bland and the chicken was dried out, the other two were just okay, nothing to rave about.It could be that is was Mother’s Day, a Sunday, and we ordered basic rolls but we won’t be back.

After researching many local menus, we decided on this place because the reviews were good and the prices seemed fair.We arrived to find out all rolls were 25% off, AMAZING!We ordered 6 rolls because we were super hungry and everything was fresh and delicious! Being from N.Y., we were impressed at how large these rolls were! We are used to 6 small(ish) rolls while most of the rolls we got here had 8 pieces and were huge!We stayed awhile after eating to digest and chat and the waitress never made us feel uncomfortable, did not try to push us out and kept refilling our drinks. This review does not reflect on the location as a whole, only the experience my group had.They made my group wait over 1.5 hours for part of our order, presented the bill, then told us that the chiefs though that they already sent the other rolls 20 minutes after getting the partial order. After a total of 2 hours we received the rest of our order.The place wasnt busy at the time. There was enough staff. Its just no one checked on us or gave us updates on our food. Maybe we should have stepped up to the servers and complained, but no one should have to resort to that when there were only 4 tables to watch over.Tldr: This place has good tasting food, but the servers and cooks/chefs left us out to dry for ~1.5hrs, forgot to give us the rest of our food, and tried to bill us. The rest of the order eventually came, but we had to be there for 2hrs to get a total of 7 rolls.

Just stopped in by chance and wasnt disappointed. I noticed a group of native Japanese guests dining here and I always consider that a good sign for quality ethnic food. Our meals were beautifully prepared and presented. The place is run by a small, close-knit group (possibly family) and the service was excellent and courteous without the tiring corporate script. This might explain why some people have commented about service taking longer at some times; plan your trip accordingly, especially during peak hours. We happened to visit during their 25%-off roll specials, so the prices were even more reasonable.The bottom line: I will definitely return!

We stopped in for lunch after a trip to Cosco on a Saturday. It was not very busy, Did not take long to get our lunch. We had only California rolls and a shrimp roll, they were very fresh and delicious. The draft Sapporo beer was served in icy cold mugs. The service was friendly and the restaurant was impeccably clean and appealing. Our bill was about $25 for two. We will definitely return!

I typically get a large platter with ten rolls for our meals. Theyre usually pretty solid, but last night they incorrectly included sashimi and its difficult ordering this platter consistently. Food was amazing. Started with the BBQ scallops which were delicious. Decided to have something new since I was on the hunt for pork Ramen and they only have chicken or beef. The waiters were very patient and didn’t even rush us at all on a Friday night at 7:30. They checked on us during our meal 1/2 way through, asked us if we wanted more water twice, and asked if we wanted more tea before we were about to leave and already paid for the bill. 😊 Also VERY accommodating with changing the sushi rolls listed on the menu. For example, I didn’t want dolly raw fish and asked if they could seer it and they did. I’m sure y’all have heard of Mikuni’s and Arigato sushi, but this place surpasses them with excellent service and awesome and DELICOUS sushi 🍣! 💯 very pleased! + 2 people ate for only $34. Current social situation aside, Naruto is the best place to go to get your sushi fix! I stopped by to hand deliver an order around noon since we were having a small family gathering to signify my sons birthday for dinner. My wife and I picked up the order around 5pm and the food was excellent! We got a dozen sushi rolls and some appetizers. It is a bit crowded though and the tables feel too close because of the limited amount of space so I think Id rather takeout than dine in at this place. This is a fun little sushi place, with lots of love and dedication shown to the titular character. The staff is often wearing naruto shirts, and there is little memorabilia tucked in the corners of the restaurant. Their space is a little small. More on the compact side of cozy. But they make up for it with decent sushi and a fun idea. I hope they do well and expand into a larger place. It would be fun to see a lot more dedication go into the memorabilia and play up the theme that they have chosen. More Naruto! Maybe really play up his favorite dish...Ramen!

I ordered the Awesome and the Emerald, plus the bulgogi/veg dinner that came with 3 gyoza, a small salad and rice. I ordered take out, but I think you also get miso soup if you eat there. All of this was so delicious, my husband loved that there was mushrooms in his dinner plus the gyozas rounded out his meal.I was amazed all of this was half of what we usually pay at pricier but not better restaurants. Ill be back to try their udon noodles and teriyaki dishes!

Ordered the sashimi combo a. Upgraded to the blossom roll for a buck. The nigiri was chefs choice. The fish was not the freshest, you could tell by the texture. It also had a light teriyaki sauce poured over it. In my experience, this means they were trying to hide the flavor of the fish. The salmon on the blossom roll didnt taste right. It wasnt flavorless, but it didnt taste like salmon, either.The wife ordered a vegetable tempura, they brought her a tempura combo instead. Shes not allowed seafood medically right now, so I ate the shrimp. It was crisp, but you couldnt taste the shrimp whatsoever.Sadly, we will not be eating there again.

Honestly its just another typical sushi place except that their rolls are overpriced. I tried a few rolls ranging from around $6-$25 each roll and I was pretty dissapointed. Their signature Ramen was also very disappointing and lacked flavor

Naruto SMTS has the most incredible ramen bowl. It is spicy with lots of seafood. The name of it escapes me at the moment. But it cant be mistaken, if you like spicy, really spicy try it. You will get hooked. My husband and I just call it soup. Hey ya wanna have soup tonight? Enjoy!
