2023-09-16 23:27:46This Filipino- owned spot is definitely worth the wait to be seated.Their breakfast bowl was like nothing I’ve had before with the potatoes lightly fried to perfection and a unique blend of okra and seasonal squash inside. We also had their Ricotta pancakes topped with a fresh berry blend and you could easily taste the difference between what you would find in a mainstream chain restaurant serving breakfast. They were both so good that I can’t decide on which of the 2 plates we enjoyed more.We each had their Honey Lavender Latte w/ oat milk and it was one of the best I’ve had!Servers were friendly and attentive and I couldn’t be more impressed by how knowledgeable their host was. She knew all about where they sourced their produce… Organic as much as possible and harvested locally. Our meal was insanely good and I will definitely be back!

2023-10-20 00:50:22The Ricotta pancake was rather a big disappointment, not even the blueberry compote, whipped créme fraiche and maple syrup could save the dissatisfaction of paying that price for over the counter pancake powder mixed with Ricotta cheese, it was too dense and rubbery, it wasnt well executed. So lets jump to the Local Halibut Bowl: chef kiss! Beautiful presentation, exquisite combination of veggies and the perfect sauce. Yummy!

2023-10-02 16:33:00Good and bad at Native GreensExcellent quality ingredients, local, organic and it makes a difference. I had the breakfast sandwhich on brown sourdough. Eggs were perfect, cheddar cheese, greens and avocado, excellent. Great staff and friendly. The bad were just not picking but to me it matters. Total for latte and breakfast sandwich with tip was $28. For me, that’s pricey. Also, not being a jerk but music in restaurants is for the customer. Not the workers. Hardcore rap with F bombs made me move outside where the volume was lower. Music appeals to everyone but know your audience. We’re all not 19-22.Update: excellent latte with cinnamon and wonderful music! Luv the mug and decretive milk design on top. Because coffee ( pause) matters. Modifying to 5 stars. Appreciate the great service and relaxing music

2023-06-03 03:58:44Love this place. The last time I ate here was in 2019. They renovated and can now accommodate a good sized group.I went today for a private event. Very classy with great food as always. We had a charcuterie spread, salad, and calamari. We also got a ticket to get a drink, I got a delicious glass of Prosecco. The owner introduced herself and gave everyone a 15%off card toward a future visit. The servers are knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to interact with.

2023-05-05 02:54:44This is my favorite restaurant in this whole area. I have been living in Walnut my entire life and I havent been able to find another restaurant with as much diversity and attention to detail. I have been coming here since they opened and everything continues to get better and better. The service Is always amazing with a knowledgeable staff that actually cares about making your experience unforgettable. The food is always amazing as well. On this visit I got a good amount of food to share with my family. I started off with the Shakshuka, this being my first time indulging in it I didnt have much of an expectation and it blew my tastebuds away. I believe its the best way to enjoy a fresh bowl of spaghetti minus the pasta. The crab pasta put a smile on my uncles face that I havent seen in a while he highlighted the fact that he could actually taste the crab which is a rare feat umong restaurants. The French toast was so decadent. It was perfectly drenched and cooked, consisting of a soft and bread pudding like interior accompanied by a crunchy exterior! Lastly but most definitely not least were the pancakes, the strawberries andblueberry compote had the perfect amount of sweetness without clashing with the cream on the top. If you live on the area and havent been it may be time to reevaluate your taste in food, and if you dont live in the area trust me when I say it will be worth the drive to come give Native Fields a try. They will be expecting you!

2023-01-07 18:01:28What an amazing restaurant with a mission to serve legitimate 100% organically grown food. The flavors in the vegetables were delicious, and the service was excellent. Atmosphere, quality of food and price were all spot on, a definite value in my book.

2023-06-07 12:56:14I will definitely share and suggest making a visit to Native Fields Restaurant. Located in the 24 Hour Fitness center parking lot in the city of Walnut Ca. A healthy & very delicious alternative to the mass produced, low quality foods offered by other establishments. Beautiful atmosphere, a simple menu of deliciously prepared creations of farm fresh foods with a blend of multiple cultures in them. Great prices, wonderful staff and a chef to receive honors for her beautiful vision for everyone to eat and enjoy. I ate the Turkey Avocado Sandwich & Chicken Tocino Bowl. Delicious experience with each bite. It will be my pleasure to return and try other items on the menu. Thank you Kathleen & your staff for a great time at your restaurant. Blessings & Much Respect.

2022-03-12 14:25:34I have passed by this plaza so many times in my life, but did not know a place like this existed here. I was able to discover this place from Yelp when I tried to look for different food to try around the area. Great to see that this place has options for people that are Vegan or Vegetarian. The food here seems to be quite healthy and note that it is fused with other types of cuisines. One thing to note is that it could get quite pricey, but you get what you paid for.FoodSo I ended ordering a few dishes for me and my family.Korean Braised Brisket- This dish was a bit underwhelming. Dont get me wrong but I just felt like there needed to be some sauce or something more for this bowl. The Beef brisket had the flavor in its fat but was lacking on the meat itself. Just have higher expectations for a $18 bowl.Kids Grilled Chicken Tocino Bowl (I believe this isnt on the menu, great to have it suggested to us, since we have a kid that has an allergy to egg) - The chicken is excellent, and it was a great mix with the cauliflower!Broccolini and Mushroom Sandwich- This was a pretty good sandwich but also just probably needed a bit more sauce or something. One thing you HAVE to get is the potatoes, it was packed with flavor, and crispy.Thought the place looked cool, liked that they had a huge outdoor patio, it was just a bit hot the day we went, and the patio top can only shield so much of the sun. Overall it is a great place to try, and maybe if I am around in the area again, I can try some other things on the menu. Until then!
