Found this on the way home. It serves boba drink and also something that you usually find in Vietnamese dessert drink place like durian related drink. Overall the drink is tasty but the durian and avocado one a bit pricey.

Drinks were too sweet and the sugarcane drink that I ordered was unadjustable in sweetness. They also had some special drinks but the server wasnt able to tell me exactly what they were. The vibe was nice inside with some instagrammy walls, but I cant imagine staying there for an extended period. They also didnt have any dairy alternatives

Fairly priced tea shop, with a great variety of options to chose from! I tried the Green Thai Tea which was an incredible floral twist from the standard Thai Iced Tea. I would highly recommend it for anyone who wants to experience something new, which is also hard to find at usual tea spots. Unfortunately they do not seem to have good milk substitutes so I had to get the tea without any milk.

I had the avocado and durian drink for $7.50 as I never been to this location and it is listed as a popular item. I didn’t like the drink because of its flavor i thought i would and i even ordered a large. I also didnt like the texture because it had chunks and i prefer just plain but its personal preference so I still feel it should get 4/5. I saw so many drinks that i will try like the oreo cookie drink and the taro slush. Another customer ordered the oreo one and it looked nearly identical to the picture advertising it. So i will definitely have to go back and try again with another drink :) also its a nice place to sit they have a flower wall so cute

The workers are very nice. I am on a diet and tries to stay away from sweet. I asked the nice tall gentleman for a cup of water.on a Saturday afternoon I was there waiting for my friend. Bao was verly nice, he pour ice cubes and water into a pretty cup with a lid and given to me with a straw. I admire the hard thses workers hard work of taking care of their boba drinks lover.If you want great drinks and excellent service, please consider this wonderful tea house. Once again thank you to Bao and a nice Asian lady who help me refill my water. May your business always prosper.

Edit: they no longer have the Jamaica fruit tea but their other drinks are still pretty good! also they started carrying these $3 soy puddings that are really tasty and def worth it - has this really amazing texture and subtle flavor that i love and would recommend. its a cute spot with a flower wall as well and an overall comfortable atmosphere. the people that work there are nice as well. more people should visit

My favorite Boba place in 626. Its always quick service and the selection is great. Price is also under 5 dollars for a drink, very rare now. They also take mobile pay which is rare, but there is a 30cent charge unfortunately.

I love this place. The grapefruit slush is my favorite item on the menu.I only wish that the toppings didn’t come with so much syrup. I used to get my drinks with jellies or pearls but it makes the bottom of the beverage way too sweet. I always receive great service.I suggest you call in your order to avoid the wait. Sometimes it does get a bit busy.

This is a great little jewel of a tea house! Its small but has everything you could want! We got boba green tea and a moca frap. Both were delicious.

First time here. Was craving for some Boba. This place is clean, staff works there explained and educated me of different types of Bobas they have. Staff were professional and cool. Def.love the music they play and this place was clean.

This is an edit from a previous review. I said that I would review again once I had revisited a few times. I have since been back to Neighbors multiple times and they have not disappointed me. Each time I visited they had boba. Their drinks are great and the price cant be beat!My one and only disappointment is they do not have my favorite drink any more (Hokkaido milk tea). I really hope they get it back on the menu soon. Thank you for responding to my previous post. I am happy to continue my patronage at Neighbors Tea House!

Wonderful SanGabriel Valley gem. Great drinks and service. My wife loves the Avocado and Durian mash. I love their Jasmine Milk Tea and Fresh Sugarcane (separate drinks).Right across from In-n-Out.

Very well priced teas with choices to make your own drinks by mixing flavors. A medium drink starts at $3.09! What a deal!The only downside to it and the reason why it lacks full stars is due to something in the kitchen fogs up the place and gives off a foggy rain smell. If you get it to go it isnt an issue but it starts to get unpleasant after a while.Drinks wise its great for its price. However, my drink didnt stand out much. Its good, but didnt have the wow factor. Id come here again if I was passing by, but I wouldnt make a long journey for it.
