Food was good but the server seemed to have an attitude as we walked in 12 minutes to closing time. No hi, how can I help you, nothing. If you don’t want to work until close, lock the door.

Honestly I come to this location at least once a week during the week and employees are always so sweet and patient . Fruit is always fresh & location is kept very clean!:)

When a business doesn’t want your money you name it Nekter juice bar. Tried calling in an order, had to call 4 times before someone answered, then I was informed that they don’t take orders over the phone, I need to order online. But, I’m just visiting this area, so no I’m not gonna download the app and I’ll just spend this money somewhere else. Good luck Nekter.

Ordered my juice online with some customizations. Its prepared quickly and on time. The staff in the store were very careful to double check what I ordered. Overall, very good experience.

I came in to grab a smoothie, and while the store is busy with orders, the staff did absolutely nothing to acknowledge the customers standing in line trying to place an order. I watched upwards of 5 customers leave. I’ve been in the store for nearly 30 minutes and still have not been able to place or order nor be acknowledged nor thanked for my patience. Absolutely terrible customer service. Shouldn’t take 45+ minutes for a smoothie.

I’ve never been to Nekter until a couple days ago, i went to a different location but the person that took our order did not seem to happy to be there but the smoothies were great. so i gave it another shot. I went into this location this morning and was greeted with smiles and excitement. Smoothies were really good but the good customer service is what makes it even better!! Thank you

My daughter dropped her smoothie right after getting it and made a huge mess inside. I was embarrassed, but the staff was so kind. They weren’t rude or annoyed. A young guy asked what the drink was, re made it for free and cleaned up the mess with a smile on his face. That meant a lot to me.

Great place and location. Though mostly in a rush with being busy I feel the staff is always helpful and polite. The portion in the acai bowl is plenty. I love ordering through the app also to run in and grab it. All healthy choices and the store is always kept clean. This is my go-to place being new to CA.

25 min. only one in the store to make 2 bowls. Incredibly slow establishment. I never write reviews but this was ridiculous.
