New favorite place to grab lunch. Their smoothie bowls are delicious! It does take a long time since its freshly made so dont go if youre in a rush. Most times our order is 5-10min after our scheduled pick-up time when placing online. All that said, totally worth the wait 🤤

I was wanting something to push me through the morning.The first time I went here I liked what I got. The second time it was so so the item I got.The first time I came in the employee was a little rude because I didnt hear her ask for my name. Cool it, not that serious and for what I was paying... Chill out.Second time the staff was better but really weird they had only 2 employees working the front at a busy time. All of a sudden 3-4 employees came out of the back.Aka be prepared to wait for pick up order or in house.I might go back but just kind of like lacking in customer service.

4/21/22; RN, stopped in before 12 hr pm shift to get bowls and juices for a myself and a few staff. Nektar is an amazing place, but Roseville location on this particular day staffed what seems to be a bunch of high school chatting girls who was very unsanitary, talking, laughing and chatting over the bowls and juices being made. They were touching their hair and cabinets with the same hands they grabbed ingredients with. I was disappointed to have my bowl not with all the ingredients it was supposed to come with. I ordered the Acai superfood bowl, no bee pollen was added..wasnt a happy camper. This place doesnt need to staff these girls together anymore. Not good for business.

Had to wait 25 minutes for a juice and a smoothie. There were 3 people working, but it didnt seem like there was any hustle. There was at least 5 minutes between each item that was completed and put up on the bar. If there was just 1 person prepping food that makes sense, but to have 2.5 people (one was the cashier, and she was handling food when there wasnt anyone at the register) making items and they were coming out so slow... I just dont get it.

Had the protein power bowl.BLENDED: It has vanilla protein, coconut flakes, strawberry, banana, cocoa nibs, and housemade cashew milk. TOPPED: With peanut butter granola, strawberry, blueberry, peanut butter, banana, and superfood blend. It is very good ! Fills you up ! Highly recomend having one after a good work out at the gym.

Ready to wait 20 minutes for a smoothie? Always in the past I’ve ordered online to avoid wait times. The app lets you pick a time when you’d like your order to be ready. The last two times I’ve done this I end up waiting, no joke, 20 minutes past my pick up time.Today I gave them one more shot as it’s close to my work and a healthy option. I made my order in store this time, no other costumers in the store. I waited for.. you guess it: 20 minutes. “The ticket didn’t’ print out” they said.Your whole store is a joke.I hate writing negative reviews but you guys deserve it.

Was hot and wanted a nice fruit drink walked in, stood at the register for 5 minutes. Wasnt greeted, or acknowledged both workers had short glances at me and then went back to what they were doing. Seemed like they were intentionally ignoring me. No hold on Ill be with you in a minute or anything. I waited a bit longer, no one got their drinks or bowls as the workers chatted away and worked on 2 items the entire time. I just walked out.Terrible customer service.

As much as I used to love this place Ill have to say Ive come to hate it now. This location is horrible. As much as I am sure they are sick of me complaining about my messed up orders I can guarantee that theyre not as sick as I am of the constant messing up of my orders. The incompetence has become extremely ridiculous. The same rude and disrespectful girl has messed up my order so many times its not even funny anymore. When I try to address it with her she likes to get argumentative and not fix my order or replace it like she should because she cant make it correctly. When I call for the manager I either get no response or no refund and just some Stars added to my account but not what my order was worth. Im trying to be healthy and this is the only nectar juice bar in my neighborhood or I would have stopped going long ago because they are so disrespectful and cant seem to make an order right. Not only have they messed up my order order multiple times but I get the same thing every time and they mess it up multiple times every time the same exact way. Its ridiculous and seems intentional at this point. Im already paying an overpriced amount for my items and I dont think its unreasonable to expect them to be made correctly or replaced when theyre not. If you want competent friendly courteous service I wouldnt suggest going to this location.

Do NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!I have horrible dietary restrictions so I do smoothies a LOT. This location used to be good but in the few months they are garbage. ZERO CUSTOMER service, wrong orders, smoothie orders taking 30 min. Call ahead orders just not done. I emailed their corporate customer service and they were VERY uninterested in making anything right. Today I ordered 35min ahead of time and only had a few minutes to grab the order. First off i stood at the counter being ignored by all 5 employees. 9ne even walked up to the counter, looked at me then walked away. I finally spoke up loudly and they were all annoyed that i bothered them.. Of course the drink wasnt ready (or even started) so I asked for a refund. Their manager Andrew never apologized or offered the refund. I had to demand it from across the room. He never even spoke to me. The girl next to him yelled that it was being done. Get back to my office and check. No refund. I called and they said it will be 24-48hrs. This is ridiculous!

Bowls are good. but every single time I order it for delivery, the extra granola I pay for is never included. EVER. Its a dollar extra and after months of this happening and ordering every week money adds up. It might sound like Im being a ninny but seriously MONEY ADDS UP. I called to see whats the issue, and I was told that sometimes they throw an extra scoop on top or they put it on the side, and then to call every time I order to make sure they include it. Um, Im sorry but its your job to make sure that orders are sent out correctly. Its so annoying. I dont know how many times this has happened, Im curious to know how much money Ive wasted. So I guess moving forward I will be calling every time I place an order.

I honestly LOVE Nekter for their bowls and smoothies but their customer service needs some major work. Over the last 6-9 months I’ve put in 3 inquiries; ONE of which I actually got a response but the issue was not resolved. If you order for delivery using the Nekter online delivery and don’t receive something you paid for, consider that money gone for good because they’ll never respond back to make it right.What finally made me never want to go back was the service I received at the Roseville store. We waited 45 minutes for 2 bowls and 1 smoothie, and one of the bowls was done incorrectly. The guy was super rude about me asking for him to fix it. PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE THAT CARE. I really want to love you but it’s not worth the stress.

First time customer. I downloaded the app and ordered from it so that I could get a free drink. The app is easy enough to use and was told when it should be ready. I walk in ten minutes early fully expecting to wait for my time slot and then some. I waited...then waited some more...then after 30 minutes I go to the employee at the counter and they look at the work area and back at me and say that they will make it right now. The drinks were great just make sure that you walk in and check in I guess. Or better yet just order there.

If you like açaí bowls, this is the place for you. Everything was fresh and clean and smelled fresh and clean. I went pretty early in the morning, so there wasn’t many people there and I got my bowl within about five minutes of getting there. Everything is out in the open, so I saw them cutting my fruit and putting the bowl together so I know everything is fresh. The staff is kind and the atmosphere is very relaxed. My breakfast tasted incredible and I have been craving one ever since, I’m going to have to check if they have one locally where I live, Ha! Overall definitely recommend 10 out of 10!

I never like to do this but I have now been here 3x over the past 2 weeks and the service is unreal terrible. 20-25 mins wait for an açaí bowl and only 1 other customer max has been in the store with me during that time also waiting. Not busy what so ever. 2 of the staff were just standing around and cleaning blenders while I was the only one waiting for my food. Will not be coming here again. Which is a bummer because the bowls are delicious. But waiting for almost half an hour is unacceptable.

The young lady working the counter was very polite and handled a disgruntled customer with grace ( none of the workers were at fault for anything). Roseville has now had a couple new juice bars open over past few months, but none come close to comparing to Nekter! The juice and bowls are of the highest quality and the staff is extremely friendly. The Pink Flamingo smoothie is honestly hands-down the best smoothie Ive ever had, and the fact theres no sugar or diary added is unbelievable. If youre looking for a deliciously fresh juice, smoothie, or bowl, I highly recommend Nekter Juice Bar in Roseville!
