Placed an order for two juice. Says opens at 7am. Its 8am. Nobody here and they still accepted my order online. This is just one of the serval issues Ive experienced here. This will be the last. Im telling everyone I know not to come here.

I ordered a peanut butter bowl online; the bowl is specifically made with Açai puree. When I got to the store, they had just began to make my order, and instead of using Açai, they used strawberry. The issue is that I arrived at the exact moment that they made my bowl and didnt bother to tell me beforehand that they were out of Açai. Very unacceptable.

Great juice but terribly slow service. Every time I place an order ahead on the app they are never on time even when I show up 15+ minutes after it says it’ll be ready. Often they haven’t even looked at the app orders. I’ve left feedback for them before in person and on their reviews and they get defensive and don’t fix it

Friendly staff, healthy food!I was here for breakfast today and built my own bowl. The staff was very friendly and helped me and answered all my questions. The created a very pretty and amazing tasting açai bowl for me. Thank you so so much that was amazing!!Definitely worth a visit!!!

Team members are friendly, but that’s where it ends. Poorly managed, dirty location. Consistently busy but they don’t hire enough staff or have a shift lead, so nobody cares. Frequently out of ingredients and average wait time for a bowl is 40 minutes. Once witnessed a girl have a mental breakdown as she was the only one who showed up for work that day. Never going back.

Very very slow service and workers took about 40min to make a couple bowls. When I got the bowls they were melted. When eating into them we kept finding hard pieces of things that could break teeth if you chewed on them.Might be my worst acai experience thus far.

So I placed an order on google and it wasn’t ready but it was being worked on I was also early for picking it up. I went to this chain in Torrance and the granola was much more in the layer this was super thinly spread out. Not sure if they were rushing cause I was there. I will surely be back here because the location is so much closer to my home. I just like consistency. I know I can add more granola and I may in the future .

Great smoothies and green juice. I enjoy the fast, friendly service - especially when you order through the app, which offers promotions and discounts regularly. We will return soon.

Great service all the time from everyone who works here. Jessica, Sandra and Sam are some of the employees who are always so diligent, friendly and get your order to you with in a timely manner. I recommend this location as whoever is working you will always get the best service.Update: Hadnt been to this location in over two months (its now May 2023) and what is going on with the cleaning here? cause nobody is doing it. It looks like once theyre done for the day they just leave everything and I mean everything all over the place. This place was never like this, WTH happened? Also they got my order wrong after telling them three times the ingredients I wanted in it. I didnt bother saying anything cause all I wanted to do was leave. Is there even a manager at this location?
