I ordered to go items for a meeting I was hosting on 9/9/23. This was my first time at Nekter, so I didn’t know what to expect. I was extremely impressed with the customer service. Hailey, was knowledgeable and so helpful with guiding me through what would work best for what I was attempting to do. The parfaits I ordered were a hit! Thank Hailey for being so kind and patient with me. This was a great experience.

We really enjoy the smoothies but the store is rarely open on time. We wait 10-15 minutes passed 8 AM and no one opens the door to open the store. Today was another example of this happening.

My experience was good, the people working there were awesome, but I felt that my item was pretty expensive once I added things I wanted on it, in comparison to many other places I get acai bowls. For example, if I wanted coconut on top, it was an extra $1.00, peanut butter drizzle, another $1.00, but it didnt deduct anything if I wanted no granola, no agave, etc. My bowl came out to $18+. Similar bowls from 2-3 other place I go run between $10-$12. It was delicious, but I dont know that Id pay that much again.

The people that work here are terrible. They need to be fired. We went inside of Nekter and the girl didnt even acknowledge that we walked in. We had ordered online and she didnt even start my meal. I cannot believe how rude this is. ❗❗TERRIBLE SERVICE❗❗ I would definitely not reccomend this place they also have a B rating outside and it has not been fixed for months. I only eat at restraunts with an A.

Awesome every time I come. I typically mobile order and my order is always timely ready when I arrive. No complaints on the quality and taste of the smoothies, bowls and teas! Very happy to have a great Nektar near my new home.

Solid spot. Good açai bowls, they dont skimp on the granola! Other stuff is hit or miss, but I mean thats standard. You arent gonna like EVERYTHING.

Can you please go back to fresh juicing? The ginger and turmeric are now sitting and no longer made to order. It has a different taste when its juiced and just sitting there in the fridge. Especially after more than a day.

Service was very slow! I love Nekter and their drinks but this location has very slow service. I was the only person at this location and they took forever taking my order and it took over 15+ to get my drink after ordering.

Service:I have come here every day this week with large orders and the staff was always very accommodating and helpful.Food:AMAZING. The Green Apple Detox is my favorite. My whole crew tries to get me to do Nekter runs for them-- if they want to take it up a notch, find an innovative way to travel with more than five drinks in your car! (I didnt have any spills, but I would if I had even one more drink in my order.)Atmosphere:The location is small but designed well and everything is right where it should be. Bathrooms are nice single-user/neutral. It has never been busy when I have visited, so I never had to deal with a line.

Worst Nekter I’ve ever been to! They are always out of ingredients they almost always mess up orders. I will no longer keep trying to give this place a chance. Today was the final straw I ordered my bowl payed and waited 25 min in the over crowded place in the middle of covid with no air conditioning! Then they call me only to tell me they don’t have the main ingredient. Wow thank you! If it wasn’t so close to where I live I wouldn’t even bother. I will be going to rancho or San Dimas from now on.

Just paid $10.20 for a superfood acai bowl. Rip off!! Wasnt even filled to the top. The blended mixture tasted very bland and was runny. Wasnt topped with agave or honey, poor set up very disappointed for the price I paid. I also asked for a 50\50 shot of turmeric and ginger, but they wanted to charge me $6 for it! Do yourself a favor and find yourself a mom and pop health food place those are the best ones!! Im going back to my spot in rancho. You get more quality for your buck!

I love Nekter and am a regular customer at this Upland location. Today I bought a 16oz pink flamingo that was 6 dollars and it was not good at all! It was completely melted and bland. I’ve gotten this smoothie before, it’s usually bright pink but it was a much lighter color. Definitely need to speak up next time, not ok to spend that much money on a melted/bland smoothie.

Nekter is my go to place for fresh juice. The people there are super friendly, and their juices help me feel a lot better with my health. Also join their rewards on their app, they give you a free juice just for signing up and a free one for 10 visits. Totally worth it. Thanks nekter!

Jose is the best. He is a great manager and easy to talk to. Ill be switching my coffee out occasionally for a green tea blend. If you ever have any smoothie related needs or questions regarding the 180° method or pan focus he is your guy.

I love Nekter but this is the worst one. Slow service, orders are never done right. And the employees dont really seem to know what they are doing. Its hard to make raw/organic bowls smoothies, and juices,if you dont live the lifestyle daily. I think nekter (upland)should hire more people that live that lifestyle not just some random high school kids.

A little pricey but worth it sometimes. i would come more often if it was a little more affordable but quality isnt really an option is it? . i think of this place as a natural pharmacy. get the greenie, especially if you have a stomach ache. the celery and cucumber is the best and unless you got food poisioning or the plague, youll be feeling a lot better. its really worked for me the few times i tried it
