Service was great until I turned the banana slices over and saw the bug...I was contacted by the manager very quickly after this and received a full refund within a day or two. Excellant customer service.

I normally order through the app. When I went inside the Temecula store located off Temecula parkway to pick up my items I was grossed out by how dirty the store was and how the preparation area had food items open, spilled and just laying around. Not typically what you see at most Nekter stores. My food items were also disappointing; my bowl about an inch of açaí mix and the rest of the bowl consisted mainly of granola with one strawberries and three pieces of pineapple and pieces of frozen bananas. Clearly the fruit isn’t fresh at this location. My mango smoothie was watery and bland. The drink tasted like chemical water, not sure what was used. Overall very disappointing experience will not return to this store, it’s like throwing your money away. The food items aren’t even enjoyable.

Very poor experience. Went in for an açaí bowl. They were out of most produce; still charged the same amount. AND they forgot to put in the ACAI into our açaí bowls! What a let down.

Fresh fruit is what it’s all about! I truly enjoy the dragon fruit bowls and smoothies! A lot of different choice to choose from. Also adding coconut water is refreshing. I’m so thankful there are two different locations in Temecula!

Excellent customer service!!! Stopped here for our first time and had no idea what to try! A young lady by the name of Destini helped me pick the perfect smoothie. She was such a sweetheart and, so patient as I went back and forth between my choices😁 we will definitely be back.

I do not recommend the Peanut Butter Bowl. It did not taste like much. Also, it was barely filled half way. A total of $12.24 for tasteless fruit.

Dont order from this location. It took 45 minutes to make two acai bowls. Once the bowls were made they were incorrect and had none of the adders we requested. The two kids that were working could have used another 1-2 people. If you cant find anybody to work the owner should be there helping.

When we walked into this Nekter, the tables were a mess. There was sticky fruit on each one. The person working seemed overwhelmed and there probably needed to be another worker because it took awhile to get the bowls. My son asked for no coconut flakes, but she forgot and added them. She offered to take them off, but she seemed overwhelmed, so my son just took them off. He didn’t get the extra berries we paid for. She forgot the water he asked for. When he asked again, she said they ran out of lids. When we got into the car, he spilled the water in the car. This was not a good trip.
