I enjoyed the available seating, outlets, wifi, and air conditioner available. Definitely want to come back to study/get work done here! I originally came to the packing house to study at iron&kin but all the seats were taken. A smoothie sounded better in this hot weather.Banana berry blast was an 8/10Nekter is also offering a free 16 oz smoothie your next visit if you order one on the app first. You also get a free 16 oz smoothie for each person who downloads the app and inputs your promo code! I came with 2 friends and gave them my code, now I have 2 more free smoothies :)

This review is directly for the owner and corporate office.Visited this establishment 6 times. The last 3 times only had a single employee working. Taking orders over the counter and filling mobile orders while trying to help walkins. During my last visit, 2 groups of 3 walked out without anybody coming to the counter because employee was too busy making orders. Not only this time, but two other times we were told they did not have all the ingredients to complete our orders - example, no bananas!!! This is NOT fair for your excellent employees and you are losing customers and getting a bad reputation. I have visited many Nektar locations in Southern Calif., Arizona and Nevada. All of those establishments had 2 or more employees. If the owner cant find employees then the owner should be working there, it is the owners business AND responsibily to NEKTAR. Tony

I recommend using the app to order so once you arrive your order is ready. You also get points by using the app. Pretty easy to use. I received great customer service today by the young man who helped me when I was picking up my order.

Really enjoyed the tropical juice I got and only a dollar for the immunity protein powder. Was very refreshing and delicious.

The girl making the drinks in the morning is amazing but it’s unfortunate that she is all alone!! There needs to be at least 2 people!! Be patient if you come here you will be waiting awhile!!!

I placed an online order for pick up at 7:30 am on Thursday, July 21, 2022. I got to the store at 7:33 am and the door was locked, lights inside were off, and nobody around. ??? I want my money back. Nekter @ The Claremont Packing House, I left a message on your machine, please call me back, I want a refund.

This place is the worse! There was one person working i waited 20 minutes for one bowl and when i said something the employee was rude and did nothing but offer me a refund. I understand she was alone but i feel like my order should have been done before stopping to take 5 other orders and keep me waiting.

The worst I was standing there for 20 minutes trying to do my order and the 2 girls looked at me 1 gurl was doing nothing and while doing 1 girls order and I said excuse Im ready to order and she looked at me and ignored me and she said we r closed! And 2 other girls came in and she took their order I said well u just took the girls order they were racist Im Mexican and all of the other girls were white!!! Ive never experienced it before ugh I hate it dont go!!

Messy place. I went there last weekend to pick up a cleanser order I was told was ready. There was food on the floor. one of the workers almost fell because of all the food on the floor. I was greeted with sorry we arent taking anymore orders today this was at 3:30pm on a Saturday. I told them I was there for the order I called earlier to confirm was ready. They said to come back the following day. Went back and again, a mess. I got my cleansers though, hence the 1 star. I will not be returning to the Claremont location.
