Ok, don’t get me wrong. The smoothies and juices are great.. but, if we are talking about overall experience. Well let me just say “Sorry to bother you..” is what it felt like. It was almost as if I was an inconvenience in that moment and I felt like I was bothering them ordering a smoothie even though I’m paying for it. Just felt weird and unwelcoming. Will not be visiting this location anytime soon. Enter at your own risk.

I really wanted to like it!The pros:This location is across the street from my hotel.Açaí makes me feel healthy. I know there is a ton of sugar but it’s a good morning start.Location is clean and easy to access.Staff wore masksThe consLocation was supposed to be open at 7am. I arrived at 7:10 and it was locked. Very kind lady tells me she is waiting for her manager to come.The açaí was more frozen then creamy. Maybe they felt bad that I had to wait outside, I don’t know.Not sure I would come here again. And I normally I don’t write less than positive reviews.

They don’t wash the blenders, and my juice always tastes like ginger even though I don’t order ginger. I abhor ginger. So I do not recommend. I asked some friends and they said similar.

Super rude girl at the register. Bathroom was disgusting and smelled like urine. Smoothie color looked like it must’ve had other fruits in it, but only tasted like unripe banana. Wow. What a rip off. I make waaay better quality smoothies at home. For a fraction of the price. Not impressed.

Ordered a peanut butter bowl and it had hard nut shells in it- not just one, but many-I could have cracked my teeth on them! Called to let them know so they could find out which item they were using had the nut shells and fix it so no one else potentially hurt a tooth. But no answer- left a message and no one called me back. Won’t be going back

Me and my friend stop here regularly after runs. I order the same thing every time and what I get is very inconsistent. I stopped going for a while and would give it another try cuz it’s so close to me but The last couple times it honestly sucked so I’m finally writing a review.

Girl who served my drink this morning was so unpleasant. It took her several minutes to to come out from the back (probably busy) but no acknowledgment for the wait, no smile, no greeting, just “what do want?” Just blank. After I told her what I wanted she mumbled what I thought was “Do you want a small.” I said yeah, ok :) and then she said, “What size?” All annoyed. I understand customer service can be draining but damn I didn’t even do anything to you. And I can’t believe I still left a tip.

Love this chain, the highest-quality juice and acai bowl shop, very fresh and healthy ingredients in a clean setting. Everything I have tried from their extensive menu is delicious. Majority of staff is great, very prompt and professional. Highly recommend this place.

I ordered online around 8:15, and the order was supposed to be ready at 8:30. I waited 30 minutes. It wasn’t ready until 9. Not the guys fault. He was the only one working and it was super busy. They need to get more help. Poor guy was trying his best.

I arrived before 8am and the server, Stephanie, served us with a smile and was very attentive to our preferences. She blended the peanut butter- chocolate smoothie to perfection!I travel to about 4 different Nektar locations in the Inland Empire and this one by far has the best customer service, has longer hours and does its best to be quick and efficient! ❤️

Call me stupid, but in a rush I mistakenly thought the PB Mocha was there new PB and Chocolate protein drink. Long story short got a large PB Mocha, and started to feel very weird (still do). I understand now that it has caffeine in it and some people are caffeine drinkers; but I feel like they shouldn’t offer that drink in a large ever. No need for that much sugar and caffeine!! Hope to feel back to normal soon!

I only gave it three stars because they were completely out of strawberries which is kind of the main ingredient to most of their drinks so this was a huge disappointment because I ordered the orange crush which is strawberries and oranges.

It was 15 minutes until closing and my 4 and 6 year old needed to use bathroom. I asked the gal that was working and she preceded to give me the code and half way through giving me the code she turned to her co-worker and said, oh did you clean the bathroom already? He said, yes! She said sorry you cant use it.I said, its a child he cant hold it. She said yogurt-land has a bathroom.So, first of all Im a paying customer (who tipped) and second, we can only use the bathroom if its dirty. Just because you already cleaned it, doesnt mean we cant use it especially a child then direct us to yogurtland. Im baffled!

1st time visit. Ordered the ginger shot and the Banana Berry bowl for breakfast. Can’t go wrong on that ginger shot. And the banana bowl was really good was expecting a few more bananas but it was alright. For the price I would like just a little bit more fruit to even everything out. But the flavors were great

Love this place! I was just there a few days ago. the drinks are great and the açaí bowls are delicious. Love the staff. They’re super friendly! The guys are cute. The girls not so much. But they make a killer dragon bowl with cashew milk. My drinks are always filled to the top and the floors are so squeaky clean I can lick them. The bathrooms are always clean and they smell so good. They have a very distinct smell, not sure what it is but smells a little cheesy and fruity. Yummy.

Went in the evening and they had kids working there that were extremely busy but slow. I wasnt greeted, I had to ask if they were taking orders because a few of us were standing in line unacknowledged. They also turned off Google ordering. Finally Took my order and it took 25 minutes to make an acai bowl! The bowl itself lacked flavor and toppings. Wont be coming back.

I love this place so much! It’s the only smoothie/juice place I know of that uses real ripened fruit instead of concentrated fruit juice bases. Their smoothies never becomes watery like Jamba Juice or Juice It Up because it’s actually made of whole fruit. Not to mention their plastics are biodegradable. This business cares about your health and the health of the planet and I’m all about it! I come here at least once a week and I highly recommend.

I was craving for nectars fresh squeezed orange juice, and the one at my place changed hours and closed by 9 Pm. So i drove here 10 miles to this ranchos location. They stopped doing juices by 9:30. I reached here by 9:40. Audrey is so much helpful, she brought back the machine and did the juice for me. A big thanks to Audrey small little girl.

I had Brandon assist me with my order. Brandon was a wonderful waiter. Extremely nice and professional. As for the food I ordered a lobster tail and a half rack of ribs. The ribs were tender and juicy. Perfectly seasoned and cooked. The lobster was a little tough for my liking, but I enjoyed eating the lobster. I would visit this location again.

The juice is great, the wait time, and customer service is mediocre at best. When youre the only person in line and you pay $8.25 for a juice you expect friendly and prompt service. Only one person working when I walked in, she acted like she hated her job, very robotic, no smile, and zero personality. Several people walk in after me same cashier takes their order. Finally, two more people come out of the back and start making the drinks. Two customers get their drinks before I do. After 10 minutes I got up to inquire about my juice, a different girl says they were still working on it. She calls me right back up and hands me my juice. Wait time was ridiculous. Like I said, the product is great, but how about some basic customer service skills?

For the price I really wish they loaded me up with more fruit in the bowl. Seemed like mostly granola and a few berries and small banana. I got the original açaí and truly think mine was made with less love and less fruit. I wish they would offer better portion sizes for what you pay for.

On July 11th 2020 I ordered a banana berry bowl. I asked that no Acai be placed in the bowl die to food allergies. I asked that the Cherry?? be used instead of the Acai. I let the cashier know multiple times to please swap out the two items. She said yes no problem I made sure to put in the ticket no Acai. I used my reward points of 400 for the bowl.When I was handed my purchase it had two bowls inside. I let the workers know I only ordered one. And that I think the additional bowl belongs to someone else. They took the extra bowl. On the bowl I took it is written on top no ACAI. I asked the girl ate you sure this has no ACAI in it because I am allergic. She said yes I made it myself. The bowl looks exactly like the photos with ACAI in it. My gut said it was wrong but she was adamant that it had no ACAI.I ate half the bowl, but my gut kept telling me something was wrong. The next morning I woke to a breakout on my face and both arms. The bowl clearly had ACAI in it. Thank goodness I did not eat all of it, because I could have gone into anaphylactic shock and would have to use my epiPen and go to the Emergency room.This was the first time I ordered a bowl from Nekter, and these were the results. I am disappointed on so many levels. People need to understand and completely pay attention to what is ordered and stated by a customer. Food allergies ate nothing to be played with. Not a happy customer at all.P.S. I kept the receipt and have the 2nd half of the bowl still in my freezer for proof of my claims.Tiffany P.

First time having nektar, it looked amazing. Thought I would stop by with my girls and try an acai bowl. It was 4 of us and we got less than half of bowl. 😏 The man that worked there used 1 blender for all 4 of us. Sorry I was expecting to have a decent bowl for about $10. It felt like a small mc Donalds smoothie amount.

I came here a bit after 9 on a Saturday night.I asked for a juice, they informed me that they had already cleaned the juicer so would not be able to make me a juice ..... My question is why would they clean the juicer before they close? I used to work at a health food store that made fresh juice, i would clean the juicer earlier then closing but if someone asked for a juice at any point I had to make it for them and then reclean it.Nekter why dont you step up your game and have your juices available for your open hours, not just the hours convenient for your employees.
