I searched the closest smoothie bar, and found nekter juice bar just a quarter mile away. Was very impressed with the fresh ingredients and how fast they pulled it together, and the wonderful selection on the menu. I ordered these almond butter bowl and a tosi super bites almond nut bar.

Staff is rude and unapologetic. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!. I made an order and after the person(employee ) noticed that made a mistake with my order, offered reimbursement . Assuming that I would get my right order I was waiting for a long time but not drink was delivered because I got reimbursed. That is not an apology, if they were really sorry she would offer options to make up for the mistake. I went to this place to get their service not to get my money back, waste my time and unpleasant time with rude uneducated people.

Dont get me wrong.. The whole team here is incredible but every time I am here the people at the front that I speak with, their names are Saravia, and Allen .. some of the most kindest humans Ive ever spoke with! This location is 100% recommended!!

Three stars because the staff was so nice and so helpful. But the berry banana açaí bowl was made terribly. I ate it as soon as I got to my car but it was like a slushy. It was very watery and unpleasant. The young lady who made it even left the grocery sticker on one of my banana slices

I am a dasher and represent a client. When I went to pick up the order, they said we are preparing it. After 15 minutes, they forgot about me and when I asked, they very rudely threw the order in front of me without a bag or preparation. I said this is a customers order, you should put it in a bag !! Saying nervously, there is no need to be disrespectful 🤔 I asked where the manager is, she said we are all managers !!! In short, I had a bad experience and I dont want to go back to that shop again

Lots of good menu options, whether you want juice or an acai bowl, and options are very customizable which is nice. Prices are pretty standard for a juice/smoothie bowl place. Fresh ingredients and very nice staff, I recommend coming here if you’re craving a cold acai bowl.

Clean poppin place. I had to wait a few minutes to order as all three staff were working on orders but was kindly twice told theyd be right with me. I appreciate that attention as a customer.The smoothie was delicious! I was craving a Mango a go go from their competitor (JJ) but liked this one better as it was less sweet. I looked it up later and theirs has HALF the amount of sugar in their Mango Delight.Ill be back to try out their online ordering method.

Pretty good experience at Nekter. The juice is incredible, but the acai bowl is fairly standard fair without anything to write home about. It’s good enough, but nothing creative about it. The staff seemed incredibly hurried and being from a small ski town, I struggled to keep up with the speed they seemed to expect from my order. Nonetheless, good products and I’d return for more.

I really like Nekters juices. No matter how many times I order them, the taste is great and consistent.I wish I could say the same for their bowls. Their acai super food bowl was absolutely delicious the first time I tried it. Since then, its never quite tasted the same. Sometimes I had really fresh fruits on top of my bowl while other times, I could tell the fruits were older.This last time I went went, my bowl seemed to be smaller than usual. I dont mean the actual bowl it comes in... I meant it was only filled about 2/3 of the way. Not too happy when Im paying $10 for this bowl. Not only that, but I found a huge triangle of FROZEN acai in my bowl and instead of purple, my acai bowl was GREEN. Probably because they didnt blend the acai well enough, which completely changed the taste of the bowl. Im so disappointed in Nekter that Im not so sure I want to return.

I love this location! The staff is always friendly and when you order in advance they have always gotten my order right. Yes, juice bars are a little pricey these days with inflation but Ive always felt good about giving this team my money. I would give them a shot!

Told Krisenda our 5 yr old daughter has big allergy with Cashew so she recommended to switch to coconut water. My daughter ends up with swollen eye, vomiting violently all over the car while seated in her car seat during a 2.5 hour drive back home from vacation, and a rash all over her body. We send videos and pictures of everything to the owner Yuen. I only asked to replace our baby blanket because all the vomit would not wash off (sent videos also) 2 days later she calls me and tells me she spoke with Krisenda and said my wife never said anything about allergy and that she checked the cameras and said my wife never mentioned allergy. LIAR! How can she lie about this!!! I told her to send me video which she said she would, but of course she cant because that has all the proof!! So I asked I wanted to speak to her partner since she said she is co owner. Then some guy calls me with a blocked number, said he is the partner and will ship the blanket asks for my home address, then at the end of the call, says you are getting nothing then hung up on me out of nowhere. Why did he get my home address for? This is unacceptable!!!!

I come back to this location every time I’m in San Diego.The owners have done an amazing job running this store, and the staff is always kind and personable.Recommended drink: Toxin flush (don’t add ice, SD is hot and it dilutes fast)Bowl: banana berry bowl (but add extra toppings, it’s more fun that way)I would suggest getting the app and ordering ahead of time. It’s very popular in the summer season and the line can get pretty long.

Staff and service was great. I have only had their smoothies and it is great. The seasonal pumpkin spice smoothie is amazing.If you download their app for the first time, they offer you a 16 oz smoothie for free (no other purchase required). Just scan the offer by redeeming it.

My visit was a little before lunch time, which I think is one of the busiest times for Nekter, so I had to wait a little while until I was able to place an order. It was a clean store, everyone was 6 feet apart, employees were wearing gloves, and just everything that should be done were done. Of course, nobody likes waiting in the line and I do have a long day of work, but I still waited. Catherine acknowledged my long wait time as they only had 2 employees (including Catherine) trying to complete orders as fast and safe as possible. But let me tell you what made the difference of todays visit. It is as simple as acknowledging that someone has waited. The fact that COVID is slowing down other procedures that could make fulfilling order faster is not their fault. But she apologized a few times as if it was her own fault, which I insisted it wasnt and that it is okay. Her customer service was just so amazing and she was very kind even though there was a lot of pressure due to a large number of other pick-up orders and in-store orders. She didnt lose her smile or sacrificed the quality of her customer service.I hope that Nekter can let her know she is appreciated because I do!

I love love love the Açaí Banana Berry bowl!!! I’ve gone to a couple different Nektars throughout San Diego, but I frequent this one most often because it’s near my house. I have to say, I am not nearly impressed when I come here though. I was just in this afternoon and the girl who took and made my order was obviously very unhappy to be there and was not friendly at all. Overall, I’ve had better interactions with staff at the other locations I’ve been to...more upbeat and friendly! There have also been a couple times where I was a bit disappointed with how they’ve made my açaí bowl. I’ve paid over $8 for a bowl that is only halfway full and that includes the granola and fruit toppings. I also like that other locations add an agave honey drizzle...I don’t think this store does, so I will start asking for it.

Amazing catering option for staff meetings and events!! We hosted an event at the nearby Hyatt hotel, and Yuen and her staff went out of their way to make sure my team had a healthy breakfast each day to fuel us. Our orders were right each time, and delivery was on time or early each day, which was early morning already. Superior customer service and delicious product!! Definitely recommend their food and also their catering service!

Located right next to the Sprinkles Cupcakes, which I find funny. The service at this Nekter juice bar is wonderful. They are helpful and efficient. The acai bowls are delicious. And the smoothies and juices are healthy and tasty. If you bring in your Nekter (reusable) cup or a similar non-Nekter one, they discount 50 cents.Also, they have deals on the juice packs from time to time.Parking is tough because there are so many shops in this center and not enough parking. So you might have to drive around for a minute to find a spot, especially during peak hours.

I think I came on a bad day, but they were closed at 9 AM even though they typically open at 7 AM. I knocked on the door, and they opened and the first thing the manager says is My opener didnt come...so I guess it takes the opener around 2 hours and does the work of 3 people to get the place going...Also I feel like they shouldve left a note on the outside door because I wasnt the only one with this problem. In addition, a delivery truck person came in and said he tried twice to deliver there this morning which probably messed up his route...when they couldve again easily left a note on the outside of the door and a potential time that theyd return. The juice is good, and decently priced. However, because I knocked I felt as if the manager was irritated at me the entire time during the service, so thats the reason for 3 stars instead of 4 or 5.

This is one of the premium néktər locations that has skōōps, and it is very worth visiting because those skōōps are awesome. This néktər location in particular gives a larger portion for skōōps than some of the others that are more miserly, and you can even get a double portion for $1 extra. The restaurant is clean and the service is friendly and explains all of the promotions well. The fall/autumn selections are really tasty including the cold brew smoothie and the pumpkin bowl, and you can see a good example of one of those in the photos with this review. Every time we go here we have an issue. Sometimes the issue is that one of their employees in particular is overly rude. Sometimes the issue is that the app wont correctly give rewards and we are told that we have to call corporate and find out how to resolve it. Either way, were done. Its no longer worth trying with this place.
