So, today we were served by Fatima. If I give this service less than one star I would. I was served the day before by a professional gentleman who knew how to do his job properly.The customer service today from Fatima was shocking and I regret going here. We ordered 3 dragon fruit bowls and the portion sizes were smaller than what I imagine a child’s size would be. She must have made one portion and split it across three. Please go to the other juice bar which is just around the corner. Better value for your money and better customer service.

We came in for açaí bowls after a hike. We had the PB&J bowl and Dragon Fruit Bowl - both were just okay. All the fruit that we had was super fresh but the açaí and dragonfruit bases were pretty bland. Tasted watered down.

So delicious!! I got the Açaí Banana Berry bowl and the fruit was fresh, the açaí was the best I’ve ever had.I loved the hemp granola they used. I’m glad we have one of these in town now. I highly recommend trying them

Amazing service. I ordered at the wrong store from my app. The staff there offered to make my bowl for me anyway. Every time I go there they are so friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect, per usual! The Palm Desert location is always friendly and my order is always right/consistent! 10/10 every time! Give everyone there a bonus! :)

My experience with Nékter was brief (as I ordered online for pick up) but was impressed with how polite the gentleman working there was. Not to mention the juice was really good. In fact so good my wife made me go back the next day

Where do I start with this terrible experience? Went in there yesterday to pick up a green juice. The time was 6:35 and their closing time says 7pm. Two girls were working there. One weakly muttered “welcome” upon my entering. I stood there for 10 min while the 1 girl finished up the açaí bowl she was making. The other girl didn’t bother to take my order or be concerned for the amount of the wait and continued to clean up the juice machine. Meanwhile 2 other patrons walked in and the second worker still continued to clean the machine without pitching in to help the waiting customersWhen the first girl finished making the bowl, she asked for my order. When I told her I wanted a green juice, she said “we cannot make juices because we have already started cleaning the juicer for the evening”. I said you are a juice bar right and your hours are until 7pm? I asked what the policy was on when they stop making juices for the evening so this wouldn’t happen to me again. She said she didn’t know, they just started cleaning the juicer when they thought it was time. All of this with no apology.I ordered a difference smoothie as an option. I asked her if I could talk to the manager or have the manager’s number so I could provide feedback. She at first ignored my request and when I asked again, she said, this girl is the manager(pointing to the other girl that was refusing to wait on people). At this point the second worker finally put down her cleaning and pitched in to help the next customer in line. The “manager”, I think her name was Celeste(dark brown/black hair in the braid) had a very difficult time making change for the customer. The customer had to walk her through the correct change he needed. When I asked her for the manager, she said I am the manage or you can call corporate with no eye contact and proceeded to walk to the back!My Points:Isn’t this business in business to provide a product (juice)and make money to paying customers?Why do business close down necessary operational equipment prior to closing time?Celeste has absolutely no skills as a manager, including customer service and has not business even working as a hourly employee if she doesn’t want to wait on customers let along, know basic math to make change.I will never go back to this place of business as they do not want/deserve the business.I called the corporate customer service number yesterday and have yet to get a call back.If their customer service is so bad, I am concerned about the quality of their fruits/veggies and what other shortcuts they are putting into place to get rid of the customer?They do not deserve even 1 start and will be taking my business to another juice bar.
