Nekter Juice Bar in San Marcos exceeded my expectations with their excellent customer service and high-quality products. Even though I arrived last minute before closing time, the staff was incredibly accommodating and made sure that I was able to order and receive my food quickly.Despite the rush, my order was prepared perfectly and took less than five minutes to be ready. The freshness of the ingredients in my acai bowl was evident in the taste, and I appreciated the variety of options available on the menu.The bright and cheerful atmosphere, along with ample indoor and outdoor seating, made for a welcoming and comfortable experience.

Really bad tasting. I frequent a number of different juice bars and make smoothies at home so Im no stranger to healthy high quality foods. The two smoothies I got today were the worst smoothies Ive ever had. I dont typically sweeten my home made smoothies, not necessary if you use ripe fruits and juices. Whatever they used this morning was horrible, the orange crush was sour and flavorless, like the fruit was under ripe, the pb mocha was bitter, sour and had little bits in it like coffee grounds. I couldnt taste and peanut, banana or anything beyond the bitter coffee. They were not drinkable even after taking them home and trying to add a few things to make them better. I will not be returning.

Had one of their main Acai Bowls. It was really really good, Id definitely go back. I will say, the customer service was ehh though, the girl at the front seemed like she did NOT want to be there or talk to anyone.

Love coming here, friendly staff, good bowls. My favorite is the mango acai bowl. Nice clean place and calm relaxing atmosphere. Cant recommend this place enough.

I thought I would have to wait the full 15 minutes because I placed the order so late, but they were super quick. When I walked in I was greeted and asked if I had placed an online order I said yes and she took my name and grabbed my drink! Super fast and friendly!

It took way too long to make 2 drinks considering I was the only customer inside. I ended up accidentally leaving my wallet behind while I was grabbing my drink. So, I called the next day to pick it up but they said they couldn’t find it. About an hour later, I got a call back saying it was found. If anyone else had found it, it would have more than likely been stolen because it is designer. It was way in the back of the safe box but, when I went to pick it up they had stolen my cash and gift cards as well. I decided to confront the employees there about this issue and was told that they would ask the manager working that shift but no one ever got back to me.

I know how it is working in the food industry, these guys work just averageService isn’t consistent. For my birthday they made the smoothie liquidy which is stupid I come at least 10 times a month! It’s never been liquidy.Prices are getting high in this market, that includes the ice cream. This place is pricey.The quality of the products themselves are questionable. They do seem fresh but I am skeptical about their shipment schedule. If they freeze their fruit it’s definitely worth trying it out.The environment is small and can get dirty fast. Not a whole lot of employees work at a time so lines can form. The wait time can vary between 5 and 20 minutes.Inconsistency of service, combined with quality that may seem to be “fresh” and a nice small environment gives this restaurant a 3/5.

I like the concept and have been enjoying green smoothies for years. Only downside is really long wait time during lunch breaks - more than 30 minutes for two smoothies. Maybe someone didnt show up to work or maybe someone in training. Three people trying to handle the counter and making drinks.

Ordered the Pineapple Matcha which was very watery, not like a smoothie texture and had chunks of vanilla protein in it.BF ordered the Popeye Açaí and it was straight up gross.The açaí bowls might be good but definitely not impressed with the strip mall smoothie experience at Nekter

Usually get my order right, and I havent experienced too long of wait times even during lunch hour.One time out of about 7 orders they have made a mistake, so not super bad batting average.I like the franchise menu items a lot, and this staff / location seems about par.

Got those drinks that you blend at home so it’s literally just a cup of frozen fruit. Gave them my order through the app 35 minutes before hand. Got into the Empty store and they said they needed a moment. Told them I also ordered a bottled drink also she said she needed to see my receipt was ready to show it. Then confirmed with someone in the back that I did indeed order a bottled drink.Anyways blended the drink and put my own liquid it’s legit half a cup of smoothie sooo terrible service and smoothieNever one to write reviews and love Nekter but that was completely bs

Employees were snacking on fruit in the back. I’m writing this as I wait 20 min for my Açaí bowl. Customers before me haven’t even been served yet. What a waste of labor. You can use the exact time of this review to figure own who was working.

Told them I was a veteran to see if they had any deals today for veterans day. Although they acknowledged my service, the customer service after was complete garbage. Ive been here a few times and every time the service is inconsistent. Workers usually standing around and the orders take forever to come out. But today they completely forgot my order. I watched a whole family get served before me when they came at least 5 mins after me putting in my order. When I asked about it they said my order got lost in the back. Like how? There was only 4 customers in store and 5 people on shift. I got my money back. Although they offered to give me my order for free, I saw that no one was working on it still. Loss of time. Dont go here unless you want to wait about 20 mins for an acai bowl.

This place doesn’t pay attention to online orders. I have ordered a few times from this location and it doesn’t seem to be correct each time.Today: The dates are supposed to be blended into the açaí but it had whole pieces in it. I asked for no agave and granola on the side with whey protein and cacao nibs, everything was ignored. I had to pay extra for two of those things. I was in hurry so I couldn’t stay to have it remade.

Definitely better than Jamba when it comes to healthy, however the customer service at Jamba is surprisingly miles better. If the owner is reading this, please talk to your employees. I shouldnt end up in an argument just because your exact change rule made no sense to me. If the total is 8.50 and I give you 9 and tell you not to worry about the change and tell you to keep it, why wouldnt that be OK? But more importantly why is your rude employee taking it personal and giving me attitude just becuase it makes no sense to me. This made me not want to come back ever again.
