I wasnt able to pick up my order yesterday due to time constraints and the location being incredibly busy at my quoted pickup time. I returned today and was warmly greeted and offered to remake my order that I never received. The bowl was made promptly and with care. Thank you so much for making up for yesterday! Would recommend & return. Great customer service 👏

I love this location, i tend to come here and work! I love the music and most especially i love Wendys excellent customer service! she is my favorite employee at this location, she always makes me feel welcomed and doesnt pressure me to leave since i hang out here to have my juice and smoothie! Her heart is so warm to others and i hear how much love she puts into speaking with customers and her coworkers. I always look forward to seeing her and her beautiful smile! Thanks, Wendy for making my nekter experience always a good one! My fave location so far!

I ordered on the app, 4 bowls and 3 smoothies and everything was ready and correct when I arrived. Cashier told me about a bundle deal that would have saved a little money, but I didnt notice that on the app. Oh well, next time. I will be back!

I love this location! They always have my order ready on time when I arrive to pick it up, and they greet me by name (it helps that I go a lot for work). Everything always tastes great.

Had a great time in the nekter juice bar😊perfect place for Smoothies and Açaí bowls. Mango delight was so good. Sweetness of smoothies were so perfect. Also has so many left to try out.special mention to the customer friendly atmosphere.

The service is typically quick and friendly. They have juices, smoothies, bowls, and a few other items in a cooler (muffins, protein snacks, etc). They also have a green symbol next to certain items on the menu that they recommend for first-timers. Ive tried a few different smoothies and juices, and açai bowls, all of which were pretty good.

Horrible customer exp, owner should be ashamed, sitting her as the girl with light colored eyes isOpenly bad mouthing customers, came in, she was on register.. seen me and another customer walk in behind me so she turns her back to me and walks to to the counter and proceeds to eat her food with her back turned, thought it was just me and the lady behind me but nope every single customer walking in got the same service. I like nectar but this service completley disregards any policy of customer service your brand created, avoid this one, not just the girl with light eyes but the heavy set one with dark hair and the short one with dark hair all completley are bad apples that feed off each others laziness. The guy with the long black hair seemed to be the only one doing anything, the rest of the employees were all trash… sorry but it’s very bad… time to re staff

I ordered through the app which was super easy. When i arrived to pick up my order, the establishment was clean and in a great location, staff was super friendly. And when I arrived home with my order I enjoyed the delicious items. Yum!
