I just love Nekter. Their ingredients are clean and no added sugar. Their açaí bowls is so yummy. Hands down the best place for raw juices and açaí bowls. Always friendly staff and place is always clean. When you order online time is efficient. Always on time.

The quality of ingredients is excellent and incredible. The customer service is not. There is one guy who is super rude. So I would rather just order on the app and pick my order up in store. Advice to management would be if the rude guy may avoid being a cashier since he obviously hates interacting with people.

Delicious! Some of the most unbelievably delicious juices, bowls, and nowwwww breakfast items~ Nekter will always be my go-to for healthy meals, drinks, and snacks. I couldn’t recommend it enough. The orange crush smoothie, peanut butter acai bowl with chia pudding, and the chia pudding breakfast are HITS you don’t want to miss. Hoping they open another location closer to me in the San Fernando Valley!

The Acai Superfood bowl was amazing!!! It can get a little congested with people but being patient for your health can go a long way in the future. The staff move with a purpose and are very friendly as well. I paid about $10 for the Acai Superfood bowl and remember folks, you are what you eat when comparing $10 worth of food somewhere else!!!

Great customer service. Great product. Great for your health. Quality pressed juice, bowls, smoothies and snacks. This company actually cares about what they sell and who theyre selling to.Once you try this place youll never want to visit a Juice It Up again after experiencing the major difference in quality.

We had their Almond Butter Açaí bowl, split into two portions and it was probably the best bowl I’ve had in town. Friendly staff, clean facilities. Will come back here again soon to try the rest of the menu.

I was on the search around town for a place that served acai when I came across Nekter. I stopped for an acai berry bowl, and it was fantastic—topped with plenty of berries and bananas to keep me going until the end of the bowl. I could argue that its the best place to grab an acai bowl in Valencia.

First time at this location and was pretty surprised by how unfriendly the vibe was. Noticed that nobody greeted me or even acknowledged my existence until I was at the register for a couple of minutes—and I was the only one in there at the time. I ate there and saw that none of the workers greeted other customers with a simple “hello” or “welcome” that came in later on. I’ve never seen that before as someone who has worked in the F&B industry. It was very quiet, it seemed almost… eerie?My acai bowl was pretty good, although it tasted like they put in the tiniest amount of peanut butter. It tasted just like the regular acai bowl with just the slightest hint of PB. The whole point of the bowl I ordered was for the peanut butter? May as well make my own at home then.

My modified Popeye Acai smoothie was delicious! I loved the variety and healthy ingredients from which to choose from. Unfortunately though, the acai bowl and customer service were terrible! The cashier was not warm or welcoming. Then when I kindly asked for any leftovers from the giant smoothie I ordered and paid extra for with added ingredients, the barista went off on me! I told him I would pay for it and he told me not to worry about after having given me attitude and a lecture about “giving away what I didn’t pay for?!!” Are you kidding me?! First and last time visiting this business.

I drive up here just for a drink and love it! I gave it 3 stars because of this boys attitude that had no right to be rude! I never had that problem until today.... I am never usually one to even write reviews and the only reason I am writing this is because I love going to this Nekter location on my lunches, the employees are always friendly and the bowls are usually amazing, and just hope I dont keep having the same problems.The last two times before today that I have gone, I have ordered my favorite Acai Peanut Butter Bowl, but have been a little bummed because both times half of my bowls have been a huge solid chunk of ice. Like I said, I usually never have this problem, but the last two times I was disappointed to find this when I opened my bowl to eat.Today, I got there at 12:35, usually PLENTY of time to get a bowl before I go back to work. I was the only person in line and the other customer was a lady who was already paying, so I didnt worry at all. However, I believe there were some issues with her card and I didnt end up get helped until 12:50, which is a significantly long wait considering I was the only one in line. No one acknowledged what the wait was or that their was a problem (if I would have known there would be such a delay, I would have left to get lunch elsewhere for the day). I was finally acknowledge and no apology for the wait, I asked how long it would be for a bowl and by that time, I was out of time.Like I said, I really dont want this to be so much a complaint, just more of a little feedback because I do love coming here!

I have always gone to a different place.However, today we noticed this little cute shop while over at Target.Boy, did we get a wonderful surprise!Great service! Healthy delicious Smoothies and drinks! Short wait time!To the Owner/Manager, if I could make a request or suggestion?It would be really fabulous to get the Acai Superfood Bowl calorie count down to a healthy meal size (300 - 450). Currently, its over by 125 calories. I ended up throwing out part of my order. 😔 Maybe not a big deal, but it is so good the temptation to finish the rest of the bowl is too powerful, and would have melted before I got home.Maybe consider offering 2 sizes?Single serving, and one to share? 😃I will definitely be back and telling my friends and family about this little hidden gem!!!

Very disappointed for the customer service I received today. I bought 2 three days cleansing pack, 1 advance and 1 classic. 1 bag of advance was expired 6/18/18. I brought it back to the store within 30 minutes and the manager Sam claims that he did not give me an expired bag of juices. I had to call the owner and complain before the manager would give me what he calls complimentary bag. Its not complimentary if I paid for it and did not get credit. Check every single expiration dates. Found 1, outside tag claims 7/23/18 but juice inside expires 7/10/18. Had to call the owner the 2nd time to express my disappointment once I left the store.

We had a similar experience of others who have said that one of the guy workers here is very rude. Unfortunately it makes attending this establishment and having a good experience almost impossible. We recommend checking out other places in the area with similar options but with workers who are committed to good customer service.
