Great experience and awesome food. Presentation and ingredients are always great and portion sizes are perfect.The rewards program is nice as well. The app could use a little work as it can tough to navigate sometimes.

Came here everyday and use to love the place.. Today I came in to load a gift card for 100.00 dollars and the girl refused to take my money. She was rude and said the new management would not take 100 dollar bills.. I already paid like a dollar or two on the gift card that ran out of money and she did not even offer to refund it.. so not only did I lose money but was unable to get a gift card! Because of the terrible interaction and handling of this situation, me or my friends and family will never be back.

Service is great but the managers overwork their underpaid employees and do a terrible job overall. You can see the stress in the Employees eyes. Terrible work environment.

I love nektar and the workers do an amazing job, they really do. However, they seem super stressed because they need to hire more staff. It takes fifteen minutes to get your drink because they are inundated with more orders than they can handle.

I love Nektar but this location is severely understaffed and it took me three hours to get my order of 5 items due to the single lonely employee not being able to keep up with the demand of walk in customers and online orders. Management is lacking

Yumm healthy protein options. I was happy with the low sugar higher protein options. I got a PB shake and was delish. Highly recommend!

I placed an order online to be picked up for three days straight the business has not been open at that time I can’t get a refund or my drink!!!!!! I love Nekter and the Folsom location is awesome but this fair oaks location has disappointed me and I don’t know if I’ll ever get my drink or refund!!!!!! Won’t be placing orders before work here ever again!

Cant wait to order again!! I was surprised with the portion amount you really get what you paid for and its super filling. I ordered through doordash and everything was packed nicely. Picture below is the protein power bowl.

Drinks are amazing. They get my order right every time. Only leaving a 2 star review because you guys severely understaff this location and I feel bad for the workers. Always only one person here please hire more people!!

I used your mobile app and even showed up 5 min after it was supposed to be ready. The two kids working in the back had no one else they were helping and both came out looking like they’ve been taking a nap. My smoothie wasn’t made but the ticket was sitting in the counter. I had to stand there and watch the boy make my smoothie, no apology, no discount for the inconvenience. I use the online order app so I can make it on time to work. Thx for the inconveniences. What we happened to customer service these days? It’s all a bunch of lazy kids milking the clock. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location. I will go elsewhere for a $10 smoothie.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Nékter!! Everything I’ve tried has been phenomenal and leaves their closest competitor in the dust. I’m so thankful that I now have a healthier choice available near me, especially in this melting Sacramento heat. Their deliciousness is also available on delivery apps such as UberEats and Postmates, (although I personally won’t use the latter), or you can order ahead via their App. I couldn’t love this juice bar more. 😊💗

Very unprofessional staff. They were wearing pajamas and ignoring customers as they engaged in conversation among themselves. I ordered online and my drink was 11 minutes late. Eventhough the quality of the drink was decent they did not get my order right and given the cost its highly unlikely that I will be returning to any Nekter location in the future.

The girl who made my drink was awesome, I didnt get her name though. It was my first time in and I expressed I didnt know the menu and asked what was good and she didnt just say so and so is good she based her opinion on the drink I ordered and explained to me how to order my next smoothie and it was awesome plus added a couple extra opinions as well about popular items . Really welcoming feeling so Ill definitely be back. Its always nice to have people engaged... instead of just clerking. Also used my first 16oz free drink coupon which made it an even better experience! You now have a loyal customer.. Yours truly - the Verizon girl :)

Love fresh pressed juice bars. There are not many that specialize is straight up fresh fruits and veggies. I dont count Jamba Juice. Nektar is delish!

I enjoy Nekter products and generally enjoy all of their locations. This specific location always has the music SO extremely loud. It is very off putting and I consider not stopping because of it.

Friendly staff. Fresh items and you can watch them make it order. I tried the celery juice and it is very good. Ill be back to try the items on their menu offering. If you want to swap out your caffeine fix with a healthier plant 😉 juice then this is the place to go.

I heard so many good things about this place so I decidedto try it!I loved the decor and ambiance as I walk in. Staff was friendly and wants to help you. I ordered 2 smoothies and found that yes they taste way better then jamba juice(not that I recommend jamba).However, considering the price I was really bummed when their food wasnt organic.I feel the drinks upset my stomach like most non organic products do. It is still way better then 90% of other food places out there.

Their smoothies are pretty pricey ($8-$10). My husband and I ordered different kinds, and we both thought the flavor was only so-so. Mine (a PB mocha) wasnt properly blended at all - it was chunky and gritty, like maybe theyd included instant coffee granules and not blended it up? I also dont care for the agave nectar thats in everything. I dont plan to return.

Great power bowls and smoothies with a variety of different flavors. The dragon fruit bowl is very flavorful. You feel like youre getting a premium quality meal. Only downside, its a tad pricey.
